図7に示す本発明の第3実施例の含油廃水の浄化装置における含油廃水を移送する装置は、図1の第1実施例の含油廃水の移送装置を含む含油廃水の浄化装置における吸着槽53とポンプ54を除いた構成において、吸入管52が含油廃水貯留槽200内の底に開口面が底面に対して真向かいに位置する含油廃水吸入口56a及び開口面が底面に斜めに対向して位置する含油廃水吸入口56bを備えており、沈殿廃棄物吸入口56aと56bとの中間で吸入管52に連通した構造である。
図7に示す本発明の第3実施例の含油廃水の浄化装置における含油廃水を移送する装置は、吸入管52と吸着槽53とポンプ54と排出管51とをこの順で連結する。含油廃水貯留槽200の水面が浅い場合には、含油廃水吸入口56aから含油廃水吸入口56bに至る管が、水面近くの排出管51から含油廃水貯留槽200に流入する水流をせき止めるように作用し、また、含油廃水吸入口56bが含油廃水貯留槽200内の底面に対して約60度の角度で傾斜した開口面となっているため、含油廃水貯留槽200表面から含油廃水吸入口56aと含油廃水吸入口56bに向かって渦巻きが発生し、廃油と沈殿廃棄物を巻き込んで、これらを効率的に吸入することができる。そのため、本発明の第3実施例の含油廃水の浄化装置は、第2実施例の含油廃水の浄化装置より更に水深の浅い含油廃水を貯留した槽200において好適に使用することができる。

油吸着槽2′のための支持部材16は、2本の同じ長さのパイプを略コの字形に折り曲げて、平行する2つの両端同士をゴム製のリングで止めた構造であり、リングで止めた両端を起点としてV字形に開いて、V字上端に油吸着槽2′を乗せて支持する。
水流調整筒4′は下端部に3本の脚部8を備えた円筒であり、本実施例においては支持部材16が使用されているため、第1実施例におけるものと異なり、油吸着槽2′を設置するための支持部9は設けられていない。
その他の構造はすべて、前記第1実施例におけるものと同じである。
