Description

The present invention relates to an automobile seat, and more particularly to an automobile seat having a function of reliably preventing an occupant from moving forward while sinking into a seat cushion when the automobile is suddenly decelerated.

Conventionally, when an automobile decelerates suddenly, a seat belt is provided as a means for preventing an occupant from moving forward due to inertia. However, there is a problem that the butt portion of the occupant does not work effectively while moving forward while sinking into the seat cushion. Referring to FIGS. 34 (a) to 34 (c), when the occupant 100 is normally seated on the seat cushion 101 as shown in FIG. 34 (a) and receives a frontal collision with the seat belt 102 attached, As shown in (b), the occupant 100 moves forward while sinking as shown in (b), and when the deceleration becomes maximum, the butt of the occupant 100 sinks into the seat cushion 101 as shown in (c). It will move greatly to the front end. This is sometimes called a submarine phenomenon.

In order to prevent the butt portion of the occupant 100 from moving forward of the seat cushion 101 in this way, as shown in FIG. 35, the position of the front portion of the butt portion of the occupant 100 in the normal seating state is placed on the seat cushion 101. In addition, it has been proposed to dispose a cross member 103 such as a pipe across the width of the seat cushion 101. According to this, by receiving the butt portion of the occupant 100 by the cross member 103, it is possible to absorb the impact by the deformation of the cross member 103 and to suppress the forward movement.

However, if a cross member 103 such as a pipe is provided at the front portion of the seat cushion 101, the seating comfort of the occupant 100 is deteriorated, and there is a problem that the driving comfort is hindered. When the arrangement position of the member 103 is lowered, there is a problem that the effect of preventing the occupant 100 from moving forward is not obtained.

また衝突時にシートクッション自体の前部を持ち上げるようにしたものも知られている(例えば、特許文献3参照)Therefore, as shown in FIG. 36, the cross member 103 is normally disposed at a low position as shown in FIG. 36A, and in the event of a collision, the driving means 105 such as an inflator is actuated as shown in FIG. An apparatus in which the cross member 103 is lifted upward via 104 has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2) . Further , there is also known one that lifts the front part of the seat cushion itself at the time of a collision (see, for example, Patent Document 3) .

In addition, the applicant previously arranged a receiving member extending in the left-right direction inside the seat cushion in a state of being supported by the guide so as to be movable in the vertical direction, and means for biasing the receiving member upward When a load is applied from above, the receiving member smoothly moves downward. When a load is applied from the rear, the receiving member engages with the front edge of the guide to prevent downward movement. A configuration has been proposed in which the receiving member can receive the forward movement of the occupant (see Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-38402) .
JP-A-5-238297 JP-A-7-81466 Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-5898

However, in the configuration shown in FIG. 36 and the configuration disclosed in each of the above publications, a mechanism for forcibly lifting the cross member 103 when necessary and its driving means 104 and 105 are necessary, so that the apparatus is complicated. As a result, there is a problem that the cost is increased and the weight is also increased.

On the other hand, in the configuration disclosed in the above Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-38402, the configuration is simple and the seating comfort is not bad at the time of sitting, but the load applied to the receiving member when the butt of the occupant moves forward at the time of a frontal collision There is a possibility that the receiving member may escape downward due to the component force, and there is a problem that the effect of preventing the forward movement of the occupant cannot be obtained stably.

In recent years, in many countries, child seats have been legally obligated when an infant is on a car. Therefore, various methods have been proposed as a method of installing the child seat on the seat cushion 101. For example, there is a method in which a child seat is placed on the seat cushion 101 and fixed using the seat belt 102. However, there is a problem that the fixing method is time-consuming and requires skill to quickly achieve a highly reliable fixing state.

As another method, as shown in FIG. 37, an anchor 109 is attached to the vehicle body frame 108 so as to face between the rear end portion of the seat cushion 101 and the lower end portion of the seat back 107, and the rear of the child seat 110. A method has been proposed in which an engaged portion 111 that can be engaged with the anchor 109 is provided at the lower end, the child seat 110 is placed on the seat cushion 101, and the engaged portion 111 is engaged with the anchor 109 and fixed. ing. This method is defined by the ISO standard and is called the ISO method.

However, in this system, there is no fear that the child seat 100 jumps forward during sudden deceleration, but a forward rotational moment acts on the child seat 100 around the engagement position of the engaged portion 111 and the anchor 109 as indicated by an arrow. However, because of the cushioning property of the seat cushion 101, as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 37, the front portion of the seat cushion 101 easily bends and the child seat 100 swings forward, and the infant's head moves. However, there is a problem that safety may not be sufficiently secured.

In contrast, as shown in FIG. 38 (a), a hard pad or a metal cross member 112 is disposed in the front portion of the seat cushion 101, or as shown in FIG. 38 (b), a child seat is provided. A support leg 113 is disposed between the lower front end of the vehicle 100 and the passenger compartment floor, or as shown in FIG. 38 (c), a connecting member is provided between the upper back of the child seat 100 and the hook 114 provided on the vehicle body side. The method of connecting with 115 is considered. However, the method of FIG. 38 (a) has a problem that the riding comfort is deteriorated during normal sitting, and the method of FIGS. 38 (b) and 38 (c) deteriorates the workability when the child seat 100 is mounted. There is a problem, in particular, in the method of FIG. 38 (b), there is a problem that the vibration of the floor surface is transmitted to the child seat 100 and deteriorates the ride comfort of the infant.

Accordingly, the present invention solves the above-described conventional problems, and is an automobile that can reliably prevent the occupant from moving forward when the automobile suddenly decelerates while having a simple and inexpensive configuration that does not deteriorate sitting comfort. The purpose is to provide a seat for the use.

It is another object of the present invention to provide an automobile seat that can reliably obtain the above effects even when the seating position and physique of the occupant are different.

In addition, when the child seat is installed, when an ISO fixing method is adopted, the child seat can be prevented from swinging forward, and the safety of an infant is sufficiently ensured. Yes.

The vehicle seat according to the present invention has a structure in which a seat cushion has a structure in which a spring receiving portion and a receiving portion extending in the width direction of the seat cushion are disposed at a lower portion of a cushion pad, and a plurality of spring receiving portions and receiving portions. Are arranged in parallel in the front-rear direction with the receiving portions in the front row, and are supported by a strength member inside the seat cushion at a position in front of the butt of the occupant seated on the receiving portions. The shaft is supported so that it can swing up and down through the shaft, and the receiving portion is usually located behind the support shaft so that the means for moving the receiving portion upward can be moved around the support shaft. And a locking means that is actuated by an inertial force during sudden deceleration to prevent the movement of the receiving portion in the vertical direction.

With this configuration, when an occupant sits on the seat cushion, a pressing force acts on the receiving portion from above, so that the receiving portion easily moves downward, and the feeling of foreign matter is alleviated and the sitting comfort is deteriorated. However, if the vehicle suddenly decelerates due to a frontal collision, the locking means are activated by inertia and the downward movement of the receiving part is prevented, so that even if the butt part of the occupant tries to move forward, the butt part is Therefore, the occupant can be reliably prevented from moving forward, and the push-up mechanism and the drive means are not provided separately, so that the configuration is simple, light weight and low cost. In addition, the same function as the spring receiving part can be combined with the receiving part to support the entire butt of the occupant with a comfortable cushioning property, and the urging force of the receiving part can be strengthened according to the spring receiving part, And since the position of a receiving part can be located more upwards and a motion to a passenger | crew's downward movement can be largely taken by extension of a spring receiving part, a passenger | crew's forward movement suppression function can be obtained more reliably. In addition, as a spring receiving part, the wire and net | network which have spring property other than S spring can be used.

In addition, the receiving part is supported by a strength member inside the seat cushion so as to be swingable in the vertical direction via a support shaft, and is arranged so that the receiving part is located behind the support shaft in normal times. since the disposed biasing means to pivot around not only can be made compact vertically movable support mechanism receiving portion, buttocks of the passenger tries to move forward at the time of rapid deceleration When a force is applied to the receiving portion from the rear in the forward direction, a component force that swings the receiving portion upward acts, so that the front portion of the occupant's buttocks can be more reliably suppressed by the receiving portion. Can do .

Further, the locking means is constituted by a pendulum member that is swingably attached to the strength member on which the receiving portion is pivotally supported and has a meshing engagement portion with the receiving portion. According to this, the locking means can be configured in a compact manner by the swing mechanism and can be reliably locked while suppressing play during operation.

Further, biasing means for biasing the pendulum member in a direction opposite to the direction in which the pendulum member is engaged with the receiving portion is provided. According to this, it is possible to reliably prevent unexpected locking during normal use and to ensure sitting comfort.

Further, the locking means is constituted by a locking member that is slidably attached to the strength member that supports the receiving portion so as to be slidable obliquely upward and has a meshing engagement portion with respect to the receiving portion. According to this, since the configuration becomes smaller and simpler than the case where the pendulum member is disposed, the weight and cost can be reduced, and the lower space of the swing arm can be disposed compactly. The degree of freedom of attachment to the seat cushion can be increased .

Also, locking means, it prevents the downward movement of the receiving portion, and a ratchet mechanism forgive moving upward. According to this, when the locking means is actuated by inertial force, the downward movement of the receiving part is reliably prevented, and the upward component force acts on the receiving part as it moves forward of the occupant's buttocks In addition, when the upward upward force is applied separately, the receiving portion moves upward, so that the occupant can be reliably moved forward by the receiving portion .

Also, the receiving portion is constituted by a pair of oscillating arms with both ends fixed receiving member at one end is rotatably supported by the receiving member and the support shaft extending in the width direction of the seat cushion The swing arm is composed of two members connected so as to be rotatable between the support shaft and the receiving member when a predetermined load is applied. According to this, even when the height position of the receiving member when the sudden deceleration is applied depending on the seating position and physique of the occupant is not much higher than the support shaft, the occupant's buttocks start moving forward to the receiving member. When a predetermined load or more is applied from the rear, the member on the receiving member side of the swing arm pivots upward, whereby the receiving member moves upward, and is thereby received by the load acting on the receiving member. A component force in the direction of lifting the member is generated, the swinging arm swings upward and the receiving member is further lifted, and thus the occupant can be reliably prevented from moving forward, and the push-up mechanism and drive means Is not provided separately, the configuration is simple, and it can be configured at a light weight and low cost.

In addition, the receiving portion is supported to be swingable via a support shaft, and a holding member equipped with the receiving portion, the biasing means, and the lock means is supported and held so as to swing back and forth at a position below the support shaft. Means are provided for biasing the member rearward. According to this, even when the height position of the receiving member when the sudden deceleration is applied depending on the seating position and physique of the occupant is not much higher than the support shaft, the occupant's buttocks start moving forward to the receiving member. When a predetermined load or more is applied from the rear, the holding member swings forward against the urging force of the urging means, and the receiving member moves upward, thereby receiving the load by the load acting on the receiving member. A component force is generated in the direction in which the member is lifted upward, the swing arm swings upward and the receiving member is further lifted, and thus the occupant can be reliably prevented from moving forward in the same manner as described above .

Also, fixed to the frame by disposing an anchor for child seat fixed so as to reach the vicinity of the position between the lower end of the rear and the seat back of the sheet over cushions, provided in the rear lower end of the child seat locked The part is configured to be locked to the anchor. According to this, when sudden deceleration is applied with the child seat mounted, the receiving portion is locked so as not to move downward, and the front portion of the child seat is supported by the receiving portion, so that the child seat is engaged. It is reliably prevented from swinging forward around the engaging position of the stop and the anchor, and the safety of the infant on the child seat can be ensured.

In addition, when a lock operation means for switching the lock means between the locked state and the unlocked state is provided, the lock means is operated during the sudden deceleration by operating the lock operation means when the child seat is mounted. Therefore, the child seat on the child seat can be more sufficiently secured by preventing the child seat from swinging forward.

According to the present invention, the receiving portion is easily moved when the occupant is seated to secure the seating comfort, while the locking means that operates with inertial force at the time of a frontal collision prevents the movement of the receiving portion. Since the movement of the occupant in the forward direction can be reliably suppressed by the stopping portion, and the push-up mechanism and driving means of the receiving portion are not provided, a lightweight and inexpensive vehicle seat can be obtained.

First , prior to description of each embodiment of an automobile seat of the present invention, a reference example preceding it will be described with reference to FIGS.

1 to 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a seat cushion for an automobile seat, which is mounted on a floor so that the front and rear positions can be adjusted by seat rails 2 on both the left and right sides. The seat rail 2 is mounted so that the upper rail 4 can slide and be fixed at an arbitrary position with respect to the lower rail 3 fixed to the floor of the vehicle body. Reference numeral 5 denotes a steel plate frame portion of the seat cushion 1, and both lower surfaces thereof are attached to the upper rail 4 of the left and right seat rails 2. A cushion pad 6 made of urethane foam or the like is attached to the upper portion of the frame portion 5, and the outer surface thereof is covered with an exterior material (not shown). A peripheral bank portion 5a bulging upward is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the frame portion 5, and the cushion pad 6 is formed so as to be fitted to the inner and outer peripheral surfaces thereof.

A support bracket 7 that rises in a space between the inner and outer walls of the peripheral bank portion 5 a of the frame portion 5 is fixed to the front portions of the left and right upper rails 4 by mounting bolts 8. An intermediate portion of the swing arm 10 is pivotally supported on the support bracket 7 by a support shaft pin 9 so as to be swingable in the vertical direction. A mounting piece 11 is bent in an L shape toward the inner side of the seat cushion 1 at the front end portion of the swing arm 10, and the mounting piece 11 is formed on the inner wall of the peripheral bank portion 5 a of the frame portion 5. It extends through the opening 12 toward the space surrounded by the peripheral bank portion 5a. Further, the cushion pad 6 is formed with a groove 13 having a lower end opened across the left and right cutout openings 12 and 12 of the peripheral bank portion 5a.

A receiving member 14 made of a pipe material is laid across the mounting pieces 11 of the left and right swing arms 10 and both ends thereof are fastened and fixed by fastening bolts 15. The swing arm 10 and the receiving member 14 constitute a receiving portion, and the receiving member 14 is supported by the front portion inside the seat cushion 1 so as to be movable in the vertical direction. Further, a torsion spring 16 is disposed around the support pin 9, one end of which is engaged with the swing arm 10 and the other end is engaged with the support bracket 7, and the receiving member 14 is swingingly biased upward. .

The uppermost position of the receiving member 14 is regulated by engaging the receiving member 14 with the upper end of the groove 13 of the cushion pad 6 so that the downward displacement of the cushion pad 6 is directly transmitted to the receiving member 14. In addition, the generation of abnormal noise at the uppermost position is prevented.

The rear end edge of the swing arm 10 is formed in an arc surface centering on the axis of the support pin 9 and an engagement tooth row 17 is provided on the arc surface. In addition, a pendulum member 18 is swingably attached to the front edge of the pendulum member 18 by a pivot pin 19 at an appropriate distance rearward position from the pivot position of the swing arm 10 in the support bracket 7. A meshing tooth 20 is formed which meshes with the engagement tooth row 17 when moved. A tension spring 21 that biases the pendulum member 18 rearward is interposed between the rear portion of the pendulum member 18 and the rear end portion of the support bracket 7.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 22 denotes a butt portion of an occupant seated on the seat cushion 1, and reference numeral 23 denotes a pelvis thereof.

According to the above configuration, when the occupant sits on the seat cushion 1 of the automobile seat or when the occupant operates the pedal, the cushion pad 6 is displaced downward while being compressed. At this time, the pendulum member 18 is moved and urged rearward by the urging force of the tension spring 21 and does not swing forward, so that the receiving member 14 is pressed downward and swings as shown in FIG. As the arm 10 easily swings downward against the urging force of the torsion spring 16, the receiving member 14 moves smoothly downward as indicated by the arrow a, so that the passenger feels uncomfortable or sits down. There is no deterioration in comfort.

Further, since the pendulum member 18 is urged rearward by the tension spring 21 as described above, the lowering operation of the receiving member 14 is prevented unexpectedly during normal use, and the sitting comfort is not deteriorated. .

On the other hand, when the automobile collides with the front and sudden deceleration occurs, the pendulum member 18 moves around the pivot pin 19 against the urging force of the tension spring 21 as shown by the arrow b by the inertial force, as shown in FIG. Swing forward, the meshing teeth 20 on the leading edge mesh with the engagement tooth row 17 on the trailing edge of the rocking arm 10, and the rocking of the rocking arm 10 is locked, preventing the receiving member 14 from moving downward. The state of FIG. 1 is maintained. In addition, since the pendulum member 18 supported in such a manner as to swing is used as the locking means, it can be configured compactly and can be reliably locked while suppressing play during operation.

Thus, in the state of FIG. 1, even if the occupant's buttocks 22 are about to move forward in the locked state as shown in FIG. 5 by sudden deceleration, the buttocks 22 are reliably received by the receiving member 14. Therefore, the occupant's forward movement is reliably prevented by the receiving member 14, and the movement energy forward of the occupant is absorbed by the elastic deformation of the receiving member 14, and the forward movement amount is suppressed.

Further, according to the above configuration, since a push-up mechanism and driving means as in the conventional example are not provided separately, the configuration is simple, and the configuration can be reduced in weight and cost.

Next, a first embodiment of a vehicle seat of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the following description of the embodiment, the same reference numerals are assigned to the same components as those in the preceding reference example and embodiment, and the description thereof will be omitted, and only the differences will be described.

In the present embodiment, the support bracket 7 supports the frame portion 5 and a pair of holding plates that swingably hold the swing arm 10 and the pendulum member 18 constituting the receiving portion on the support bracket 7. 24a and 24b are mounted with a spacer 24c interposed therebetween. In FIG. 8, 5 b and 5 c are fixing bolts and nuts for fastening and fixing the frame portion 5 to the support bracket 7. The pair of holding plates 24a and 24b are fastened and fixed to the support bracket 7 by three pins, which are a spindle pin 9, a pivot pin 19 and a mounting pin 25, each of which includes a threaded pin having screws at both ends. Reference numerals 9a, 9b, 19a, 19b, 25a, and 25b are fastening nuts.

The swing arm 10 is supported in such a manner that the intermediate portion is swingable by the support shaft pin 9 in an oblique posture such that the mounting piece 11 for mounting the receiving member 14 is located rearward and upward and the engaging tooth row 17 is located forward and downward. Has been. The pendulum member 18 is disposed in front of the swing arm 10, and an intermediate portion is swingable by the pivot pin 19 in an oblique posture in which the meshing teeth 20 are positioned rearward and downward and the weight portion is positioned forward and upward. The tension spring 21 that is supported and spanned between the upper portion of the weight portion and the rear portion of the holding plate 24b is normally urged rearward. At the time of sudden deceleration, the weight portion of the pendulum member 18 moves forward by the inertial force, the meshing teeth 20 swing back, and engages with the engaging tooth row 17 of the swinging arm 10 to receive the receiving member 14. Are configured to be prevented from moving downward.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the frame portion 5 is provided with a relatively thin space for placing the cushion pad 26 in the upper portion, and the receiving member having the above-described configuration is provided in the lower portion so as to support the cushion pad 26. 14 and a plurality of (two in the illustrated example) S springs 27 functioning as spring receiving portions are arranged in parallel at appropriate intervals in the front-rear direction with the receiving portions in the front row. Yes. A seat back 28 is connected to the rear end portion of the frame portion 5 so as to be swingable back and forth.

According to the above configuration, the receiving portion having the receiving member 14 performs the same function as the S spring 27, and the butt portion of the occupant is interposed between the receiving portion and the S spring 27 via the relatively thin cushion pad 26. Since 22 is supported, the entire butt portion 22 of the occupant can be supported with a comfortable cushioning property. Further, the upward biasing force of the torsion spring 16 of the receiving member 14 can be increased in accordance with the S spring 27, and the position of the receiving member 14 can be positioned further upward. Since the downward movement of the portion 22 can be greatly taken, the forward movement restraining function of the occupant's buttocks 22 can be obtained more reliably.

Further, in this embodiment, when force is applied to the receiving member 14 from the rear to the front so that the butt portion 22 of the occupant tries to move forward during sudden deceleration, a component force that swings the receiving member 14 upward is generated. Since it acts, the front movement of the passenger | crew's buttocks 22 can be suppressed more reliably by the receiving member 14.

FIG. 9 shows a modified configuration example of the present embodiment. In this modified configuration example, a ratchet tooth 29 a is formed instead of the engaging tooth row 17 of the swing arm 10, and a ratchet claw 29 b is formed instead of the meshing tooth 20 of the pendulum member 18. The ratchet mechanism 29 is configured to prevent the movement of the upper side and allow the upward movement.

As described above, the ratchet mechanism 29 is interposed between the swing arm 10 and the pendulum member 18 to apply a force to the receiving member 14 from the rear to the front by the occupant's buttocks 22 at the time of sudden deceleration as described above. Even when the pendulum member 18 is swung first and the ratchet claw 29b is engaged with the ratchet teeth 29a when a component force that swings the receiving member 14 upward is applied, the receiving member 14 is allowed to swing upward, the forward movement of the occupant's buttocks 22 can be more reliably suppressed by the receiving member 14 that has moved upward.

Next, a second embodiment of the automobile seat of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In the present embodiment, in the vehicle seat having the configuration shown in FIG. 9, an auxiliary plate 31 as an auxiliary means is disposed at the rear position of the receiving member 14. Support plates 31a are suspended from both sides of the front-rear direction intermediate portion of the auxiliary plate 31, and supported by a pivot bracket 33 fixed on the frame portion 5 via a pivot pin 32 so as to be vertically swingable. . At the front end portion of the auxiliary plate 31, there is provided a push-up engagement portion 34 that can be pushed up by engaging with the lower end portion of the receiving member 14, and a stopper that restricts the downward swinging end of the push-up engagement portion 34. 35 and a tension spring 36 that swings and urges downward is provided. The auxiliary plate 31 is disposed in an auxiliary plate arrangement recess 37 formed in the cushion pad 6 or 26, and the rear passive plate 38 is in a state where the push-up engagement portion 32 is in contact with the stopper 35. The auxiliary plate arrangement concave portion 37 is configured so as to be substantially in contact with the ceiling surface.

According to the above configuration, when the vehicle suddenly decelerates due to a frontal collision or the like, as shown in FIG. 12, the passenger's buttocks 22 move forward while sinking into the seat cushion 1 due to inertial force, and the cushion pad 6 or 26 is moved. Since the bottom plate 22 moves forward while being pushed down, the passive plate portion 38 of the auxiliary plate 31 is pushed down as shown by the arrow by the butt portion 22, whereby the push-up engagement portion 34 swings upward to push up the receiving member 14. . As described above, since the receiving member 14 is positively moved upward based on the movement of the butt portion 22 of the occupant, the occupant can be reliably moved forward by the receiving member 14. Furthermore, depending on the design of the auxiliary plate 31, the lifting height position of the receiving member 14 at the time of sudden deceleration can be made higher than the height position at no load, and the forward movement of the occupant is more effectively suppressed. You can also.

Also, during this sudden deceleration, if the passive plate portion 38 of the auxiliary plate 31 is pushed down before the pendulum member 18 is actuated and engaged with the swing arm 10, it acts as described above. However, when the pendulum member 18 is actuated first and the meshing teeth 20 of the pendulum member 18 are engaged with the engagement tooth row 17 of the swing arm 10, the receiving member 14 is engaged at the height position at that time. In this embodiment, however, since the engaging portion of the swing arm 10 and the pendulum member 18 is formed by the ratchet mechanism 29, the receiving member 14 can be further moved upward as described above. The forward movement of the occupant's buttocks 22 can be reliably received by the receiving member 14.

Further, in the present embodiment, since the load of the occupant is supported by the auxiliary plate 31, a braking effect is generated against the inertial force acting on the occupant, and then the occupant moves forward to be received by the receiving member 14. A spring for improving the seating comfort of the seat cushion 1 can be obtained if the effect of absorbing energy in two stages can be obtained, and if the shape of the auxiliary plate 31 and the biasing force of the tension spring 36 are optimized. It can also be applied as a support structure.

Next, a third embodiment of the automobile seat of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In this embodiment, instead of the auxiliary plate 31 in the second embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 13A to 13C, an inner belt stay that engages and fixes the inner side end of the seat belt 41 is used. 42 and a lifting bracket 44 capable of lifting the engaging member 14 are connected via a wire cable 43, and the seat belt 41 is moved forward as shown in FIG. The lifting bracket 44 is rotated as the inner belt stay 42 is rotated forward by being pulled, and the engaging member 14 is lifted.

A specific configuration will be described. The inner belt stay 42 is supported so as to be swingable back and forth by fitting a pivot shaft 46 into a shaft hole 45a formed in the pivot portion 45 at the lower end thereof. An operating arm 47 extends downward from 45, and a pair of locking grooves 48 are formed in a connecting portion 47a bent in an L shape at the lower end thereof. A locking tool 43 a at one end of the pair of wire cables 43 is engaged with each locking groove 48. The pair of wire cables 43 are connected to lifting brackets 44 provided at both ends of the receiving member 14. The lifting bracket 44 is supported so as to be swingable together with the swing arm 10 by allowing the support pin 9 to pass through a shaft hole 49 formed in an intermediate portion thereof. A locking groove 51 is provided in a connecting portion 50 formed by bending the lower end of the lifting bracket 44 into an L shape so that the locking tool 43a at the other end of the wire cable 43 is engaged, and the upper end portion of the lifting bracket 44 is engaged. An engagement piece 52 that engages with the upper rear edge of the swing arm 10 is provided at the rear edge.

According to the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 14, when the occupant's buttocks 22 move forward due to inertial force due to a frontal collision or the like, the inner belt stay 42 moves forward from the state indicated by the phantom line. As a result, the operating arm 47 swings rearward and the wire cable 43 is pulled rearward, and the lower portion of the lifting bracket 44 swings rearward. Is swung upward, and the receiving member 14 is pushed upward and moved. Thus, since the receiving member 14 is positively moved upward based on the movement of the butt portion 22 of the occupant, the forward movement of the occupant can be reliably received by the receiving member 14.

Next, a fourth embodiment of the automobile seat of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In automobile seat of the above embodiment, the height position of the receiving member 14 at the time of rapid deceleration is applied, as shown in FIG. 15 (a), if in the above the pivot pin 9, occupant When the buttocks 24 start moving forward and a load W is applied to the receiving member 14 toward the front, a component force F in the direction of lifting the receiving member 14 is generated, and the receiving member 14 is further lifted. However, depending on the seating position and physique of the occupant, as shown in FIG. 15 (b) , the height position of the receiving member 14 at the time when sudden deceleration is applied can be suppressed. There is a possibility that it may not be much above the spindle pin 9. In this case, a component force for lifting the receiving member 14 by the load W is not generated, and the receiving member 14 is not lifted. Occupants move forward due to sudden deceleration during a collision There is a problem that a to dynamic may not be reliably suppressed.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 16, the left and right swing arms 10 are rotatable between the support pin 9 and the receiving member 14 when a predetermined load is applied. It is composed of two connected members. That is, the swing arm 10 is rotatably supported at the intermediate portion by the support shaft 9 and has a first swing member 55 having a ratchet tooth 29a formed at one end on the front lower side, and the first swing member 55. A base end portion is connected to the other end via a fulcrum pin 57 so as to be swingable, and a receiving member 14 is fixed or integrally fixed to the distal end portion. As shown in FIG. 18, the second swing member 56 is configured to bend and form a plate material in an inverted U shape to sandwich the first swing member 55 from both sides.

These first and second swinging members 55 and 56 are fixed to each other at a fixed rotational position during normal operation, and shearing is performed when a predetermined load or more is applied to the second swinging member 56 via the receiving member 14. Thus, a shear pin 58 that allows the first and second swinging members 55 and 56 to turn is provided in pin holes 58 a and 58 b formed in the first and second swinging members 55 and 56. It is provided to penetrate. In addition, a stopper 59 is provided to prevent further rotation of the second swing member 56 in a state where the second swing member 56 is rotated upward by a predetermined angle with respect to the first swing member 55.

According to the above configuration, when the occupant sits on the seat cushion 1 of the automobile seat or when the occupant operates the pedal, the cushion pad 6 is displaced downward while being compressed. At this time, the pendulum member 18 is moved and urged rearward by the urging force of the tension spring 21 and does not swing forward, so that the receiving member 14 is pressed downward, and the swing arm 10 is easily moved downward. By swinging in the direction, the receiving member 14 smoothly moves up and down as indicated by an arrow c in FIG. 16, so that the passenger does not feel uncomfortable or does not deteriorate the sitting comfort.

Further, since the pendulum member 18 is urged rearward by the tension spring 21 as described above, the lowering operation of the receiving member 14 is prevented unexpectedly during normal use, and the sitting comfort is not deteriorated. .

On the other hand, when the automobile collides with the front and sudden deceleration occurs, the pendulum member 18 swings forward around the pivot pin 19 against the urging force of the tension spring 21 by the inertial force, as shown in FIG. Then, the ratchet pawl 29b at the rear edge engages with the ratchet teeth 29a at the front edge of the swing arm 10, and the swing arm 10 swings in the direction in which the receiving member 14 moves downward (clockwise in the illustrated example). Is prevented.

Further, when the occupant's buttocks 22 start to move forward due to the inertial force during sudden deceleration, a load acts on the receiving member 14 from the rear as indicated by the white arrow d in FIG. When the height position of 14 is higher than the height position of the support pin 9, a component force that lifts the receiving member 14 upward is generated by this load, and the swing arm 10 has ratchet teeth 29 a and ratchet claws. Since the swinging of the counterclockwise direction is allowed at 29b, the swinging arm 10 swings and the receiving member 14 moves upward and is locked at that position. Even if it tries to move, the buttocks 22 are reliably received by the receiving member 14.

On the other hand, even when the height position of the receiving member 14 is not so high with respect to the height position of the support pin 9 as shown in FIG. A load acts on the stop member 14 as indicated by a white arrow d. When the load exceeds a predetermined value, the shear pin 58 is broken, and the second swing member 56 of the swing arm 10 is moved as shown in FIG. It swings as shown by the arrow e, so that the receiving member 14 moves upward. Further, when the shear pin 58 is broken, the movement energy of the occupant is absorbed. Thereafter, a component force in the direction of lifting the receiving member 14 is generated by the load acting on the receiving member 14 in the same manner as described above, and the swinging arm 10 swings upward as indicated by the arrow f, so that the receiving member 14 is moved. Furthermore, it is lifted and it can suppress reliably that a passenger | crew moves ahead by this receiving member 14. FIG. Accordingly, the occupant can be prevented from moving forward by the receiving member 14, and a high impact absorption capability can be obtained by shearing the shear pin 58 and elastic deformation of the receiving member 14, so that the occupant can move forward. Is reliably absorbed and forward movement is suppressed.

In the above description of the embodiment, an example in which the shear pin 58 is used as a configuration in which the first rocking member 55 and the second rocking member 56 can be rotated when a predetermined load or more is applied. As shown in FIG. 19, the first rocking member 55 and the second rocking member 56 are urged toward the initial relative rotation position by the torsion spring 60 and fixed at the rotation position. You may make it rotate against the urging | biasing force of this torsion spring 60 when a load acts.

Next, a fifth embodiment of the automobile seat of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In FIG. 20, the present embodiment is based on the first embodiment, and the holding plates 24 a and 24 b swing back and forth around the mounting pin 25 for mounting and fixing the lower end of the support bracket 7. It is mounted movably. The mounting pin 25 is disposed so as to be positioned almost directly below the support pin 9 that pivotally supports the upper swing arm 10. The pivot pin 9 that pivotally supports the upper swing arm 10 and the pivot pin 19 that pivotally supports the pendulum member 18 are arc-shaped elongated holes 61 centered on the mounting pin 25 formed on the support bracket 7, It is slidably mounted along 62. In addition, a tension spring 63 that swings and biases the holding plates 24a and 24b rearward is interposed between the holding plates 24a and 24b and the rear end edge of the support bracket 7, and is usually almost the same as the mounting pin 25. The holding plates 24a and 24b are configured to be held so that the support shaft pin 9 is located at a position directly above.

According to the above configuration, the height position of the receiving member 14 at the time the rapid decrease speed is applied by an occupant of the sitting position and the body size, as shown in FIG. 21 (a), pivotally supported swing arm 10 Even when not higher than the support pin 9, if a predetermined load or more is applied to the receiving member 14 from the rear by the start of the forward movement of the occupant's buttocks 22, the holding plates 24 a and 24 b are applied to the urging force of the tension spring 63. anti and swings forward as shown in FIG. 21 (b), the receiving member 14 moves upward with it.

Thus, if a force is applied forward from the rear to the receiving member 14 in such a state that the butt portion 22 of the occupant tries to move forward, a component force in the direction of lifting the receiving member 14 upwards acts. The moving arm 10 further swings upward and the receiving member 14 is further lifted, and the moving forward movement of the occupant's buttocks 22 can be more reliably suppressed by the receiving member 14. It is possible to reliably suppress movement.

Next, a sixth embodiment of the automobile seat of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

In the above-described embodiment, the example using the pendulum member 18 as the locking means has been described. However, in order to perform the locking function by reliably swinging with the inertia force, the mass of the weight portion is increased and the pivot of the rotation center is supported. It is necessary to move away from the pin 19, and the weight of the locking means is increased, and a large space is required in front of the receiving member 14 in terms of space, and there is a difficulty in securing an arrangement space.

Therefore, in this embodiment, FIG. 22 (a), the is composed of (b), the locking member 65 of the locking means, is slidably supported on the obliquely upward toward the front. Specifically, a holding plate 66 is attached and fixed to the frame portion 5 of the seat cushion 1, and a holding plate 67 is opposed to the inside of the frame portion 5 at a predetermined interval. The holding plates 66 and 67 are supported by a stepped shaft. The shaft pin 9 is fastened and fixed by a mounting shaft 68 composed of a similar stepped shaft disposed below the shaft pin 9. The swing arm 10 that supports both ends of the receiving member 14 is supported by the support pin 9 so as to be swingable, and the lock member 65 is supported by the mounting shaft 68 so as to be slidable obliquely upward toward the front. Yes. A ratchet tooth 29a is formed at the lower end edge of the swing arm 10, and a ratchet claw 29b is formed at the upper end edge of the lock member 65 to form the ratchet mechanism 29. When the lock member 65 slides forward with inertial force, the swing arm swings. The arm 10 is configured to prevent the receiving member 14 from moving downward and allow upward movement.

The slide mechanism of the lock member 65 is configured by forming a parallel portion 68a at the position where the lock member 65 of the mounting shaft 68 is disposed, and forming a long hole 69 slidably engaged with the parallel portion 68a in the lock member 65. In addition, a guide portion 67a with which the lower end edge of the lock member 65 engages is formed at the lower end edge of the holding plate 67 so as to guide the lock member 65 in the sliding direction. When the attachment shaft 68 is fastened and fixed by the guide portion 67a, the parallel portion 68a can be easily positioned around the axis. In addition, since the lock member 65 is slid obliquely upward, there is little fear of unexpectedly moving forward due to the action of gravity, but the tension spring 70 is more reliably prevented from moving forward unexpectedly. Is interposed between the end of the rear extension 67 b of the holding plate 67 and the rear end of the lock member 65.

According to the present embodiment, the locking member 65 slides obliquely upward toward the front due to inertial force during sudden deceleration, so that the rocking arm 10 is locked only by moving the locking member 65 for a short distance, and the receiving member Since the downward movement of 14 is prevented, the forward movement of the occupant is surely suppressed immediately at the time of sudden deceleration. Further, when the lock member 65 is used, the configuration becomes smaller and simpler than the case where the pendulum member 18 is provided, so that the size and weight and cost can be reduced. Since it can be compactly disposed in the lower space, there is no member projecting forward of the receiving member 14, so that there is no possibility of interfering with the lifting mechanism of the seat cushion 1, and the degree of freedom of attachment to the seat cushion 1 is increased. Can do.

Next, a seventh embodiment of the automobile seat of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 23 (a) , the receiving member 14 has a uniform section modulus over the entire length, such as a pipe material. As shown in FIG. 23 (b), when the load is strongly pushed forward and a large load acts on the center of the receiving member 14 in the downward direction, the maximum stress is applied to the center of the receiving member 14. The stop member 14 is bent downward in a V shape at the center, and the pelvis 23 slips forward, and there is a possibility that the effect of suppressing the forward movement cannot be sufficiently obtained. Further, by increasing the rigidity of the frame portion 5 with respect to this, to prevent the both side portions thereof as indicated by an arrow g in FIG. 23 (b) collapses inwardly to suppress bending of the receiving member 14 Although it is conceivable, it is difficult to obtain an effect for an increase in weight, which is not a preferable measure.

Therefore, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 24 (a), the reinforcement portion 71 provided with the rigidity over appropriate length ranges in central receiving member 14, the bending inducing portion 72 at both ends thereof Provided. According to this structure, when a large load forwardly downward in the central portion of the receiving member 14 acts not be bent at one central location, as shown in FIG. 24 (b), both sides of the central portion Bending downward at the two points distributes the stress and does not cause significant downward bending, making it difficult for the pelvis 23 to slip through, increasing the impact energy absorption effect, and ensuring the effect of suppressing the forward movement of the occupant. Is obtained.

As a method of providing the reinforcing portion 71 at the central portion of the receiving member 14 as described above, as shown in FIG. 25 (a) , a reinforcing pipe 73 is inserted into the receiving member 14 made of a pipe. As shown in FIG. 25 (b) , the reinforcing pipe 74 is externally fitted and fixed to the outer surface of the receiving member 14, and as shown in FIG. 25 (c) , pipes having different thicknesses and diameters are integrally joined or molded at the center. For example, a method of arranging the high-rigidity pipe portion 75 in the center portion is conceivable. Further, instead of providing the reinforcing portion 71 at the center portion, as shown in FIG. 25 (d) , the low-rigidity portion 76 deformed so that the section modulus becomes small at two or more places other than the center position is formed. The bending induction part 72 can also be provided.

Next, an eighth embodiment of the automobile seat of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In the above embodiment, the receiving member 14 having a uniform section modulus over the entire length, such as a pipe material, is used, so that the pelvis 23 of the butt portion 22 of the occupant is obliquely below the receiving member 14 during sudden deceleration. When a large load is applied to the receiving member, the receiving member 14 is easily deformed so that the cross-sectional shape of the receiving member 14 is bent in the load direction, so that the receiving member 14 is greatly bent downward to ensure that the occupant moves forward. There is a problem that it may not be able to be suppressed. In addition, this problem remains even in a configuration in which the receiving member 14 is moved upward by a load acting on the receiving member 14 so that forward movement is more reliably suppressed. For example, an example of the sixth embodiment (see FIGS. 20, 21 (a), (b) ) will be described with reference to FIGS. 26 (a), (b) . Since a pipe material is used as indicated by the phantom line in (a) , if a large load acts on the receiving member 14 diagonally downward at the pelvis 23 of the butt portion 22 of the occupant during sudden deceleration, the receiving member 14, its sectional shape is larger bent obliquely forward and downward by deformed easily as Hishageru the load direction as shown by the solid line, as shown in FIG. 26 (b) in this state, the holding plate When the receiving member 14 is lifted upward by the rotation of 24a, 24b, the bending direction becomes more downward, so that it is easily deformed further downward by the load from the occupant, and the forward movement of the occupant is reliably suppressed. The problem of being unable to is there.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 27A and 27B, a large load acts on the pelvis 23 of the butt portion 22 of the occupant during the rapid deceleration due to the cross-sectional shape of the main part of the receiving member 14. The shape is such that the section modulus is large in the direction to be cut and the section modulus is small in the direction perpendicular thereto. In the illustrated example, as shown in FIG. 28, a flat portion 77 is formed along the diagonally downward direction that is the input direction of the load over almost the entire length except for both ends of the receiving member 14 to increase the cross-sectional height and to be orthogonal thereto. The cross-sectional height in the direction to be made is reduced. In place of the flat portion 77, as shown in FIG. 29, by forming bead-shaped grooves 78 at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the receiving member 14, the section modulus in the input direction of the load is increased. Also good.

According to this structure, when an impact load obliquely downward relative to the receiving member 14 at the occupant's buttocks 22 during rapid deceleration is entered, as shown in FIG. 27 (a), the receiving member 14 not be significantly deformed by acting impact load high direction stiffness, followed by the action of the input load, as shown in FIG. 27 (b), the holding plate 24a, the receiving 24b rotates member 14 When the lift is lifted, the direction in which the section modulus of the receiving member 14 is small is directed to the front-rear direction, not up and down, so that the occupant's buttocks 22 are reliably received by the lifted receiving member 14 and received in that state. By deforming the member 14 forward, the impact energy is absorbed, and the forward movement of the occupant can be reliably suppressed.

Next, a ninth embodiment of the automobile seat of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

In the present embodiment, the child seat 81 faces the vicinity of the position between the rear end of the seat cushion 1 and the lower end of the seat back 28 in the configuration of each of the above-described embodiments (the illustrated example is the second embodiment). An anchor 80 is provided for fixing the. The anchor 80 is fixed to the vehicle body frame. When the child seat 81 is installed on the seat cushion 1, the locked portion 82 provided at the lower end of the rear portion of the child seat 81 is locked to the anchor 80 as shown in FIG.

According to this structure, when sudden deceleration by the front collision or the like when it is installed the child seat 81 on the seat cushion 1, as in the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 30 (b), lowering of the receiving member 14 Even if the movement is prevented by the action of the pendulum member 18 that is a locking means and a rotational moment that swings forward is applied to the child seat 81 on the seat cushion 1, the front lower surface of the child seat 81 remains on the receiving member 14. Therefore, the child seat 81 can be reliably prevented from swinging forward and the safety of the infant on the child seat 81 can be ensured.

Next, a tenth embodiment of the automobile seat of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In the ninth embodiment, the locking means acts at the time of sudden deceleration, so that the descending movement of the receiving member 14 is prevented and the child seat 81 is prevented from swinging forward. If there is a delay, the effect may be reduced. On the other hand, when the child seat 81 is installed on the seat cushion 1, the sitting comfort does not deteriorate even if the receiving member 14 cannot be lowered.

Therefore, in this embodiment, the locking means 83 for switching operation between the pendulum member 18 unlocked state is the locking means (see FIG. 31 (a)) in the locked state (see FIG. 31 (b)) Provided. As shown in detail in FIGS. 32 (a), (b) , and FIG. 33, the lock operating means 83 has a length penetrating the side surface of the frame portion 5 of the seat cushion 1 and the holding plates 24a and 24b. A shaft 84 in which an operation plate 85 having a thickness smaller than a width corresponding to the diameter is formed in a portion facing the space between the holding plates 24a and 24b, and the operation plate 85 of the pendulum member 18 is formed. It is arranged so as to be engaged with the rear end edge above the pivot pin 19. One end of the shaft 84 faces the outer surface of the frame portion 5 of the seat cushion 1 and a rotary operation knob 86 is provided, and the other end portion of the shaft 84 is provided with a mounting screw 87 at a portion protruding inward from the holding plate 24b. The nut 89 is fastened and fixed via a washer 88. Reference numeral 90 denotes a resin bearing member attached to the penetrating portion of the shaft 84 of the frame portion 5. On the outer surface of the resin bearing member 90, an indication is provided indicating whether the rotary operation knob 86 is positioned in the locked state or the unlocked state.

According to this structure, when the normal use state by positioning the rotational position of the rotary operation knob 86 to the unlocked position, as shown in FIG. 31 (a), the rear edge operating plate portion 87 of the pendulum member 18 The pendulum member 18 is swingable back and forth, and the effect of suppressing the forward movement of the occupant is exhibited as in the above embodiment. On the other hand, when installing the child seat 81, by operating the rotational operation knob 86 to position the rotational position to the locked position, as shown in FIG. 31 (b), the side edge of the operation plate 87 is pendulum Engage with the rear edge of the member 18 to swing the pendulum member 18 in the same manner as when suddenly decelerating. The ratchet pawl 29b engages with the ratchet teeth 29a of the swing arm 10, and the swing arm 10 swings. Accordingly, the lowering movement of the receiving member 14 is prevented, and the receiving member 14 is fixed at the raised position. Thus, the lower surface of the front portion of the child seat 81 is supported by being stretched from below by the receiving member 14, and the child seat 81 is reliably prevented from swinging forward, and the safety of the child on the child seat 81 is ensured.

As described above, the vehicle seat according to the present invention is configured such that the receiving portion is moved by the inertial force at the time of a frontal collision while securing the seating comfort by moving the receiving portion easily when the occupant is seated. As a vehicle seat with a light weight and low cost configuration, it is possible to prevent the occupant from moving forward by this receiving portion and to reliably suppress the forward movement of the occupant and no push-up mechanism or driving means for the receiving portion is provided. It is suitable for ensuring the safety of passengers in various automobiles.
