Claims (3)
- 絶縁性を有する基板上に導電性を有するリード部と、導電性を有し、かつ核酸が固定化された導電性微粉末を有する検出部とが直列に形成された複数のDNAマイクロアレイユニットが、各検出部の上に他のDNAマイクロアレイユニットの基板が重複せず検出部の表面が露出するよう階段状に積層されていることを特徴とする多層DNAマイクロアレイ。
- 各リード部の抵抗値が一定である請求項1記載の多層DNAマイクロアレイ。
- 各リード部の長さが一定である請求項1記載の多層DNAマイクロアレイ。
