Claims (3)
- 内燃機関の気筒に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁と、
燃料が貯留される燃料タンクと、
前記燃料タンクに貯留された燃料を加圧して前記燃料噴射弁に送る燃料ポンプと、
前記燃料ポンプから送られた燃料を前記燃料噴射弁に供給する燃料供給手段と、
前記燃料供給手段から前記燃料噴射弁に供給される燃料のうちの余剰燃料を前記燃料タンクへ排出するリリーフ手段とを備え、
前記燃料供給手段に、前記燃料ポンプに吸い込まれる燃料に予め気体を含ませる気体供給手段と、前記燃料ポンプから送られた燃料に含まれる気体を微細化して前記燃料と混合する微細気泡発生装置とが設けられ、
前記リリーフ手段には、前記燃料供給手段よりリリーフされた余剰燃料から気体を分離する分離手段が設けられ、
前記燃料ポンプは前記燃料タンク内に配設されており、
前記分離手段により分離された気体は、前記燃料タンク内において前記気体供給手段に繋がる燃料吸い込みパイプに戻されて、前記気体供給手段に供給されることを特徴とする内燃機関の燃料噴射装置。 - 前記燃料供給手段は、前記内燃機関の複数の前記気筒に対応して設けられた複数の前記燃料噴射弁に分岐して繋がり、前記燃料ポンプからの燃料を前記複数の前記燃料噴射弁にそれぞれ供給するデリバリーパイプを有し、前記デリバリーパイプより前記燃料ポンプが設けられる側に前記微細気泡発生装置が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記デリバリーパイプに、前記デリバリーパイプ内の余剰燃料を前記燃料タンクへ導く前記リリーフ手段たるリリーフ弁が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関の燃料噴射装置。
