Description
Claims (9)
- 注入点より下流の地点における血管内の流速を測定し、注入点より下流の血管内の流速の変化を測定する検出器を備え、管外遊出が起きたときに出力信号を供給する、血管内への目的とする物質注入中の管外遊出を検出する装置。
- 前記検出器は検出素子のアレイを備え、前記検出素子のアレイは、少なくとも1つの検出素子が血管上に位置するように、前記注入点より下流の流れの方向に対して交差するよう設けられる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記検出素子は前記注入点より下流に位置し、血管に沿って離間した複数の位置で血管内の流速を測定する請求項1または請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記出力信号はアラームなどの通知である請求項1乃至請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記出力信号は注入を制御する制御信号である請求項1乃至請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記検出器は超音波ドップラープローブである請求項1乃至請求項5記載の装置。
- 前記検出素子は超音波変換素子である請求項2記載の装置。
- 血管内に物質を注入する注入ポンプと、前記注入ポンプを制御する請求項1乃至請求項7記載の管外遊出検出器を備える注入システム。
- 前記装置は、目的とする注入を開始した後に流速が上昇しない場合の出力信号を提供するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
