Claims (6)
- 浄化対象であるガスを流通可能な三次元構造の基体に光触媒を担持させた光触媒モジュールと、この光触媒モジュールの周囲に配置され、紫外光を発光して前記光触媒を励起させる互いに対向する対を成す電極とを備え、前記対を成す電極のうちの一方の電極である作動極の、前記対を成す電極のうちの他方の電極と対向する面の裏面側に接地極を設け、この接地極と前記作動極との距離が前記対を成す電極同士の距離よりも大きい距離となるように構成したことを特徴とするガス浄化装置。
- 前記負極と前記光触媒モジュールと前記正極と前記接地極とが、前記ガスの流れ方向の上流側からこの順番に積層されて多層構造に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス浄化装置。
- 前記作動極と前記接地極との間隙にオゾン分解触媒を設置したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス浄化装置。
- 前記対を成す電極が、ガス透過性を備えた導電性材料であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス浄化装置。
- 前記接地極が、ガス透過性を備えた導電性材料の基体にオゾン分解触媒を担持して構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス浄化装置。
- 浄化対象であるガスを流通可能な三次元構造の基体に光触媒を担持させた光触媒モジュールの周囲に互いに対向する対を成す電極を配置して、この電極により紫外光を発光させて前記光触媒を励起させて前記ガスを浄化する一方、前記対を成す電極のうちの一方の電極である作動極の、前記対を成す電極のうちの他方の電極と対向する面の裏面側に、前記作動極との距離が前記対を成す電極同士の距離よりも大きい距離となるように設けられた接地極により、前記作動極からの電磁波によるノイズの発生を抑制することを特徴とするガス浄化方法。
