プ211の受光ランプ(211−2)を介した受信光を受信し増幅させるランプ信号受信部214と、ランプ信号受信部214の受信出力をデジタル変換させて、マイクロコンピュータ250の端子(P7)に提供するアナログデジタル変換機215とを備えている。
提案され、ボイス及びデータの両方向の伝送が可能な近距離無線通信方法である前記ブルートゥース通信技法は、今後の通信端末機の分野に広く応用され得ると予想され、現在このようなブルートゥースの通信技法を携帯電話に適用して公共の場所における携帯電話の着信音問題を解決するための技術は提供されていない。これを解決しようとする技術が、例えば特許文献1に開示されており、これは図6及び図7に示すようなものである。
前記ブルートゥース通信装置300が制御可能な携帯電話400は、ブルートゥースモジュール410をそれ自体に備えなければならない。

Claims (3)
- インシュリンポンプ500、血糖測定器600及び、個人携帯情報端末機器400に各々無線通信モジュール700を内蔵し、各無線通信モジュール700はコンピュータ本体のメインボードに設けられた無線通信装置を媒介としてIDで区分して送受信し、コンピュータ本体及び個人携帯情報端末機器に対しインターネットを介して接続されたインシュリンポンプユーザー管理用サーバー900が行うインシュリンポンプ制御方法であって、
ユーザー接続時にログインした後、医師であるかどうかを判断する第1段階(S1)と、
医師でなければ看護婦と判断し、このユーザーに対応する個人携帯情報端末機器に対し予め設定された患者のIDと登録病院のデータとを送信するとともに、前記患者のIDに対応する血糖測定データに基づき判断された注入量を、前記IDに対応する患者が有しているインシュリンポンプに指令する第2段階(S2)と、
医師であれば、主治医かどうかを確認して主治医でなければ主治医変更を行なう第3段階(S3)と、
主治医である場合と、主治医に変更した場合に、当該医師の判断したインシュリン注入量の設定値が当該医師により入力されたか否かを判断し、入力されたと判断されたときに、当該インシュリン注入量をインターネット又は無線通信モジュールを介して前記IDに対応するインシュリンポンプに指令して、当該インシュリンポンプを駆動させる第4段階(S4)とを順次行うことを特徴とするインターネットを介したインシュリンポンプ制御方法。 - 第2段階(S2)は、患者のIDと、登録病院のデータとをダウンロードする第2−1段階(S2−1)と、
患者の血糖測定データをIDで区分して入力する第2−2段階(S2−2)と、
該当IDに対応する患者が有するインシュリンポンプに、前記血糖測定データに基づいて判断された注入量を指令する第2−3段階(S2−3)と、
血糖測定器及びインシュリンポンプのアップロード及びダウンロードデータを該当ID別に区分してリアルタイムに更新して格納する第2−4段階(S2−4)とを順次に行なうことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインターネットを介したインシュリンポンプ制御方法。 - 前記第4段階(S4)は、主治医の管理下にある患者の血糖測定データ及びインシュリン注入量のデータをタウンロードさせる第4−1段階(S4−1)と、
主治医の判断したインシュリン注入量が入力されたかどうかを確認する第4−1段階(S4−2)と、
インシュリン注入量の入力があれば本体にこれを指令する第4−3段階(S4−3)と、
本体の指令を該当IDに対応するインシュリンポンプに指令する第4−4段階(S4−4)とを順次に行なうことを特徴する請求項1に記載のインターネットを介したインシュリンポンプ制御方法。
