Description
以下、図面を参照して本発明の第1の実施形態について説明する。
1.ユーザによるテレビ放送番組の視聴開始(テレビ放送番組表示タスク起動)
2.イベントを含む放送の受信開始(図11の全画面表示)
3.放送管理タスク起動(図9、図10のイベントテーブル検出、分析、各イベントよりストリーム受信を検出、転送モードの決定、イベント開始時刻tBS1、tBS2決定)
4.イベント管理タスクの起動(イベント起動時刻tBS1、tBS2で各イベント起動)
5.放送イベント1のイベントタスク起動(転送モード2iでのストリーム放送受信、表示開始時刻tDS1で表示、図12の大小画面表示)
6.放送イベント2のイベントタスク起動(転送モード5cでのストリーム放送受信、表示開始時刻tDS2で表示、図15の大小画面逆転表示)
次に各タスクの動作について説明する。尚、1、2の受信、表示タスクは、通常のテレビ放送番組の受信、表示及びチャンネル切り替え制御処理であり、本発明の内容と直接関係ないので説明は省略する。

尚、tαは、その他の処理、余裕を見込むための時間である。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態について説明する。
1.表示タスクが、テレビ放送画面の表示用の表示制御テーブルを生成し、表示タスクに表示要求→図11の様にテレビ放送番組の画像を全画面に表示する。
2.ユーザ操作により親子2画面でのテレビ放送番組とストリーム放送番組の表示要求があると、子画面タスクが起動し、図31のような子画面用の表示制御テーブルを新規生成し、転送モード表示タスクに表示要求→図29の様にテレビ放送番組とストリーム放送番組を2画面で表示する。
尚、本形態においても、受信するストリームのコンテンツ情報テーブル、転送モードテーブルは第1の実施形態と同じく、図7、図8であるとする。また、図29において表示されている子画面の表示モードは、解像度が320×240、フレームレートが30Pであり、最適な転送モードとして、図8の2iが選択されている。
3.その後、ユーザが表示器106の子画面で視聴していたストリーム放送番組を表示装置2600にて表示するための操作がなされると、表示装置タスクが起動し、表示装置への送信用の最適な転送モードでのストリーム受信を開始し、切り換える。

Claims (1)
- 放送波から放送信号を受信する第1の受信回路と、放送波とは異なるネットワークを介してサーバからコンテンツ画像データを受信する第2の受信回路と、前記第1の受信回路で受信した放送信号から生成される放送番組画像データと前記第2の受信回路で受信したコンテンツ画像データとを共に表示装置の表示画面に表示させる映像受信装置であって、前記サーバは、同一のコンテンツについて、複数種類の画素数及び複数種類のフレームレートの組み合わせ毎にコンテンツ画像データを複数備えるとともに、当該組み合わせの画素数及びフレームレートの情報を管理するコンテンツ情報テーブルを有し、
前記第1の受信回路で放送信号を受信し、当該放送信号から生成した放送番組画像データを前記表示画面に表示中に、前記第2の受信回路を介して前記サーバから取得するコンテンツを特定するための特定情報と、当該コンテンツに対応するコンテンツ画像データを表示画面上に表示する際の表示位置を示す情報と、当該コンテンツ画像データを表示する際の画素数を示す情報と、フレームレートを示す情報と、当該コンテンツ画像データと前記放送番組画像データとの表示サイズ比を示す情報とを含むイベント情報を放送信号から受信したか否かを検出する検出手段と、
前記検出手段で前記イベント情報を検出した場合に、前記イベント情報に含まれる前記特定情報を用いて、当該コンテンツに対応するコンテンツ情報テーブルを前記サーバから前記第2の受信回路を用いて取得する取得手段と、
前記イベント情報に含まれる前記表示位置を示す情報と前記画素数を示す情報と前記フレームレートを示す情報と前記表示サイズ比を示す情報及び前記表示画面の画素数並びに前記コンテンツ情報テーブルを用いて、前記サーバから取得する前記コンテンツ画像データの画素数及びフレームレートを決定する決定手段と、
前記決定手段で決定された画素数及びフレームレートに対応するコンテンツ画像データの送信を前記サーバに要求し、前記第2の受信回路で当該コンテンツ画像データを受信する制御を実行する制御手段と、
前記第2の受信回路で受信したコンテンツ画像データと前記表示画面の表示中の放送番組画像データとを、前記イベント情報に規定された前記表示位置を示す情報と前記表示サイズ比を示す情報とを用いて前記表示画面上にともに表示する制御を行う表示制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とする映像受信装置。
