【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ機に装着される遊技盤に関し、詳しくは、遊技盤の裏面側に装着される遊技部材の取付構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
いわゆるパチンコ遊技を実施するための弾球遊技機(以下「パチンコ機」という。)には、数多くの遊技装置類を備えた遊技盤が装着される。例えば、遊技盤の表面側(パチンコ機の正面側)には、当該遊技盤面上に射出されたパチンコ球の流下方向を異ならせる釘や風車の他に種々の入賞装置や装飾装置が配備されており、これら装置類によってかかる遊技盤特有の遊技領域が構成されている。すなわち、パチンコ機の正面側からみて、遊技盤のほぼ中央にはセンター役物(液晶ディスプレイ等を搭載した中央図柄表示装置や開閉羽根等を備えた大型の入賞装置等の総称)といわれる比較的大型の遊技装置が装着され、その周囲には数々の入賞装置や装飾用ランプ等の遊技装置類が配置されている。

また、遊技盤の裏面側(パチンコ機の背面側)には、それら遊技装置類に対応して裏側に設けられた種々の部材(以下、これら部材を「裏側部材」と総称する。)が設けられている。例えば、センター役物を構成する遊技盤裏面側に配置される部材(液晶ディスプレイ等)を所定の位置に配置してそこで支持するための裏側部材、ならびに、各種入賞装置から入賞した遊技球を所定の位置まで誘導する誘導樋や装飾ランプを所定の態様で点灯制御するためのランプ基板を所定の位置に配設してそこで支持するランプ基板取付部材等の裏側部材が、遊技盤裏面側の対応部位に設けられている。而して、これら裏側部材は、各遊技装置に対応させて個々に遊技盤裏面側の所定位置に取り付けられている。あるいは、それら裏側部材の機能を保持しつつ一体に成形した単一部材(以下「一体成形裏側ユニット」という。)を予め形成しておき、それを遊技盤裏面側の所定の位置に取り付けていた。なお、かかる一体成形裏側ユニットは、遊技盤構築における作業効率向上の観点からは好ましい。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、近年、パチンコ遊技の高度化および複雑化に連動して遊技盤の盤面構成も複雑且つ多様なものとなってきている。また、このことに伴って、センター役物の形状のみならず、その周囲における各種遊技装置の種類やそれらを配置する部位についても機種(パチンコ遊技)ごとに異ならせることが多くなっている。かかる場合、上記一体成形裏側ユニットに関していえば、遊技盤の内容(すなわち盤面構成)に応じて相互に異なる一体成形裏側ユニットを供給する必要があった。一体成形裏側ユニットでは、その一部の形状や構成要素(遊技球が通過する穴等)の位置が僅かに相違するのみで、かかるユニットそのものが使用できなくなるからである。

しかしながら、上述のように遊技盤の種類に応じて個別対応式に裏側ユニットを供給することには以下のような問題点があった。すなわち、多様化した遊技装置の形状や配置部位に応じて何種類もの一体成形裏側ユニットを別個に製造することは、製造コスト(成形金型の製造費等)の負担が大きくなり、経済的に不利である。また、遊技盤の盤面構成の変更によって不要になった一体成形裏側ユニット全体を廃棄することは、省資源・リサイクルの観点からも好ましいことではない。一方、かかる一体成形裏側ユニットを採用する代わりに、遊技盤の種類に応じて供給した機能が異なる何種類もの裏側部材を各遊技盤の所定位置に個々に取り付けることは、遊技盤製造過程(延いてはパチンコ機製造過程)における作業効率の悪化を招くため、好ましいことではない。

本発明は、遊技盤の盤面構成の多様化に伴う上記問題点を解決すべく創出されたものであり、その目的とするところは、製造コストの上昇を抑制するための裏側部材の標準化(汎用化)と、遊技盤の構築における作業効率を良好に維持することとを共に実現した遊技盤およびそのような遊技盤を装着したパチンコ機を提供することである。

上記目的を達成するため本発明は遊技盤の前面に構成された遊技領域のほぼ中央に設置され裏側に図柄表示装置を有するセンター役物と、

したがって、図柄表示部支持部材を中心(コア)とし、かかる中心部材に複数種類の裏側付設部材を予め相互に組み付けることによって、それらが一体状に合体した複合部材(以下「組み付け裏側ユニット」という。)を遊技盤の裏面側に一体的に取り付けることができる。この結果、上記従来の一体成形裏側ユニットと同様、物理的に一つとなった組み付け裏側ユニットを遊技盤に装着することによって上記複数種類の裏側部材を一度に装着することが可能となるため、遊技盤構築における作業効率を良好に維持することができる。

また、センター役物またはその周囲に配置される機能が異なる複数の遊技装置の種類やその配置位置を変動させた場合にも、その変更に対応して上記図柄表示部支持部材またはいくつかの裏側付設部材を個別に交換することのみで対処することが可能であり、裏側部材全体を交換する必要はない。このため、上記従来の一体成形裏側ユニット全体を交換する場合と比較して、成形金型製造費等の製造コストの上昇を低く抑えることができる。遊技装置(センター役物、入賞装置、風車等)のうち、交換または配置位置を変更したものに対応する裏側部分(即ち図柄表示部支持部材または機能の異なるいくつかの裏側付設部材)の変更のみでよいからである。そして、本発明の遊技盤では、その盤面構成の変更(即ちセンター役物の交換またはその周囲の遊技装置類の交換やそれらの配置位置の変更)において、変更を要しない図柄表示部支持部材または裏側付設部材をそのまま使用することができる。このため、本発明の遊技盤によれば個々の裏側付設部材や図柄表示部支持部材の互換性を高めることができ、結果、これら裏側部材の標準化(汎用化)に寄与することができる。さらに、図柄表示部支持部材を中心(コア)とし、かかる中心部材に機能の異なる複数種類の裏側付設部材を予め相互に組み付けることによって、それらが一体状に合体した複合部材(以下「組み付け裏側ユニット」という。)を遊技盤の裏面側に一体的に取り付けることができる。この結果、上記従来の一体成形裏側ユニットと同様、物理的に一つとなった組み付け裏側ユニットを遊技盤に装着することによって上記複数の裏側部材を一度に装着することが可能となるため、遊技盤構築における作業効率を良好に維持することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の遊技盤の好適な一実施形態を図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、図1は本実施形態に係る遊技盤10を装着したパチンコ機1の正面図である。図2は本パチンコ機1の背面図である。また、図3は裏セット板15を取り外して本実施形態に係る遊技盤10の裏面側が露出した状態を示す背面図である。

図1に示すように、本実施形態に係るパチンコ機1は、従来の一般的なパチンコ機と同様、長方形枠状に成形された木枠2の前面に額縁状に成形された前枠3が装着されている。この前枠3の上部には、後述する遊技盤8を透視し得るガラス板を嵌め込み装着した金枠4が開閉可能に軸着されている。而して、この金枠4の裏面側には、本パチンコ機1においてパチンコ遊技(ここでは第1種パチンコ遊技)を実施するために必要な種々の遊技装置類を備えた遊技盤10が着脱可能に装着されている。本遊技盤10の詳細については後述する。

一方、前枠3の下部には、上記金枠4に隣接して前板5が開閉可能に軸着されている。この前板5の表面にはパチンコ球の受け皿である上皿5aが取り付けられている。この前板5の下方には、パチンコ球の受け皿の一つである下皿6やパチンコ球を遊技盤上に発射するための発射装置16(図2)に連通するハンドル7等が装着されている。なお、これら装置類は、一般的なパチンコ機に装備されているものと同様のものであり、本発明を何ら特徴付けるものではないので、これらに関する詳細な説明は省略する。

次に、本パチンコ機1の裏面側の構成について説明する。図2に示すように、前枠3の裏面側には、その開口部の周縁部においてベース枠14が組み付けられている。而して、図3に示すように、このベース枠14の枠内に本遊技盤10が着脱可能に嵌め込まれている。また、遊技盤10の下方には遊技球発射装置16が装着されている。一方、遊技盤10の後方の周縁部には裏セット機構9が配備されている。裏セット機構9の主体部をなす裏セット板15は、裏カバー体18の周囲を取り囲むようにして枠状に構成されている。そして、裏セット板15は、その一方の側(図2の向かって右側)において裏セットヒンジ8によってベース枠14の一側に開閉可能に組み付けられている。さらに、裏セット板15は、その自由端側(図2の向かって左側)において複数の締め具14aによってベース枠14に対し着脱可能に締め付けられている。これによって裏セット板15はベース枠14に対して閉じ状態に保持されている。なお、ベース枠14に嵌め込まれている遊技盤10は閉じ状態の裏セット板15に押し付けられて保持されている。

また、図2に示すように、通常のパチンコ機と同様、この裏セット板15には、球貯留タンク19、タンクレール19a、配電盤17の他、図示しない賞球払出し装置や下部集合樋等の裏セット機構9を構成する各種装置類が配設されている。また、裏カバー体18の裏面には、パチンコ制御の主要部をなす制御回路を有する制御基板(図示せず)が収納された基板収納ボックス20が取り付けられている。なお、裏セット板15に装着されるこれら装置類は、一般的なパチンコ機で通常使用され得るものであればよく、本発明を特定する事項ではないため、詳細な説明は省略する。

次に、本実施形態に係る遊技盤10の構成を説明する。図1に示すように、本実施形態に係る遊技盤10は、従来のものと同様、平板状のパネル部材12と当該パネル部材12上に装着された後述する種々の遊技装置類とから構成されている。このパネル部材12の表面には、パチンコ機1の発射装置16から射出されたパチンコ球を遊技盤10上部に誘導するための誘導レール11が円形渦巻き状に装着されている。そして、この誘導レール11によって包囲された内側の領域が本遊技盤10における遊技領域である。而して、この遊技領域のほぼ中央部には中央開口部13(図3)が形成されており、その中央開口部13には本実施形態に係るセンター役物31に相当する大型の中央表示装置が装着されている。本実施形態に係るセンター役物31は、大まかにいって、上記中央開口部13の周縁部を覆うようにしてパネル部材12表面側に典型的にはビスによって取り付けられている本体枠31aと、その本体枠31aの後方(即ち遊技盤10の裏面側)に配備される図柄表示装置40(液晶ディスプレイ装置)とから構成されている。図1および図1におけるIV−IV線断面図である図4に示すように、かかる本体枠31aは、中央開口部13に入り込むように後方に向かって形成されている周壁部34を当該開口部13の前方から挿入するとともに当該開口部13からはみ出して遊技盤10前面に配置される部分(以下「前面装飾部分」という。)を遊技盤10の前面に当接させる。而して、当該前面装飾部分における周縁部の複数箇所に設けられた取付孔を通してビス等が遊技盤10前面にねじ込まれることによって装着されている。

一方、図1に示すように、このセンター役物31の周囲には、遊技盤10上に射出された遊技球の落下速度や方向を調節するための多数の遊技釘(図示せず)とともに、種々の遊技装置が配置されている。すなわち、センター役物31の上方には遊技状況に応じて点灯するランプ(図示せず)を備えた風車23a,23bが備えられている。また、センター役物31の両側方には、いわゆる普通入賞口を形成する普通入賞装置21a,21b(チャッカー)が備えられている。

また、センター役物31の下方には、本実施形態に係る遊技盤10において第1種始動口を形成する特別入賞装置22が備えられている。特別入賞装置22の前面には普通図柄表示部(7セグメントLED)が付設されている。さらに当該入賞装置22の下方には、後述する大当たり時に開放される大入賞口25aと第1種始動口に相当する変動入賞口25bとを有する大型の変動入賞装置24(アタッカー)が備えられている。この変動入賞装置24の下方(即ち遊技領域の最下部)にはいずれの入賞口にも入賞しなかった遊技球を回収するためのアウト口29が設けられている。一方、図1に示すように、変動入賞装置24の両側方において、図示しないランプを内蔵したサイド装飾部材26a,26bが誘導レール11に沿って備えられている。而して、かかるサイド装飾部材26a,26bの内側に隣接して普通入賞口を形成するサイド入賞装置27a,27bが備えられている。

次に、上記構成からなる本実施形態に係る遊技盤10において通常の基本的パチンコ遊技(即ち遊技球の入賞に伴い所定数の賞品球を払い出す通常の遊技状態)とともに行い得る特別遊技について簡単に説明する。本実施形態にかかる遊技盤10は、いわゆる第1種パチンコ遊技を実施するためのものであり、上述の各種遊技装置の動作は、パチンコ機1本体に設けられた制御部(図示せず)によって遊技内容およびその進行状況に応じて制御されている。すなわち、本遊技盤10に射出された遊技球が上記普通入賞装置21a,21bが形成する入賞口に入球すると上記普通図柄表示部において図柄(ここでは7セグメントLEDによる0〜9の数字)が変動する。そして、かかる普通図柄表示部において普通図柄が所定時間(例えば20秒間)変動した後に所定の当たり図柄(例えば7)が表示された場合、上記変動入賞装置24の変動始動口25b(第1種始動口)が所定時間(ここでは1秒間)開放される。

而して、第1種始動口に遊技球が入球すると上記センター役物31の図柄表示装置40において特別図柄が変動する。なお、この特別図柄変動時にさらに遊技球が第1種始動口に入った場合、4回まで変動機会が保留される。すなわち、特別図柄変動時にさらに遊技球が第1種始動口に4個入球した場合、いわゆる特別図柄変動についての保留満タン状態となり、それ以上の入球は無視される。なお、保留されている回数は、センター役物31における本体枠31aに設けられた計4個の光が透過可能な穴(典型的には光透過可能なカバーが嵌め込まれている。)からなる保留表示部31bによって遊技者に認知される。すなわち、この保留表示部31bの後方に設けられた保留表示ランプ66(図3、図4参照)のうちの対応する数だけの点灯が保留表示部31bを通してパチンコ機正面側において認知される。従って、計4個の保留表示部31b(保留表示ランプ66)が全て点灯した場合が特別図柄変動に関する保留満タン状態である。而して、図柄表示装置40に上記リーチ時期を経て所定の当たり図柄(ここでは777)が表示された場合には、変動入賞装置24における大入賞口25aが、所定時間(典型的には30秒間若しくは10個の遊技球が入賞するまでの間)開放する。そして、当該大入賞口25aより入賞した遊技球が当該大入賞口25aの内部にある特別入賞区域(Vゾーン)を通過した場合には、一旦閉じた大入賞口25aが再び所定時間開放することとなる。この反復動作は典型的には最大16回継続される。

次に、本実施形態に係る遊技盤10の裏面側の構成について詳述する。図3に示すように、本実施形態に係る遊技盤10(パネル部材12)の裏面側には、本実施形態に係る組み付け裏側ユニット51が典型的にはビスによって取り付けられている。図3および図5に示すように、本実施形態に係る組み付け裏側ユニット51は、上記裏側センター部材に相当する図柄表示部支持部材52に、上記裏側付設部材に相当する左右一対の風車基板取付部材75a,75b、左右一対のチャッカー入賞球誘導部材80a,80bおよび下部誘導部材90がそれぞれ組み付けられて合体物とされている裏側ユニットである。なお、これら裏側部材はいずれも典型的には合成樹脂製の成型品である。以下、詳細に説明する。

本実施形態に係る組み付け裏側ユニット51の中心部材となる図柄表示部支持部材52は、上記中央開口部13に覆い被さるようにして取り付けられた方形枠状部材である。すなわち、図3および図5に示すように、本実施形態に係る図柄表示部支持部材52は、遊技盤10の裏面側に直立した壁状に突設される上側枠部53、下側枠部56および左右の側枠部54a,54bから構成されている。図5に示すように、この図柄表示部支持部材52における左右の側枠部54a,54bの内壁面には延伸プレート55a,55bが当該側枠部54a,54bの頂面より若干低い位置(即ち窪んだ位置)に形成されている。而して、当該延伸プレート55a,55bおよび下側枠部56には、上記本体枠31aに関連する装飾物としての装飾ランプ65を備えた装飾用ランプ基板63を装着するための役物装飾用取付部が形成される。すなわち、本実施形態においては、下側枠部56のほぼ中央部および延伸プレート55a,55bの上部寄り部分の計3箇所に形成された取付用ボス56aと、延伸プレート55a,55bの下部寄り部分に形成された左右の両位置決め用ボス56bとによってかかる役物装飾用取付部が構成されている。

一方、図3に示すように、かかる役物装飾用取付部に取り付けられる装飾用ランプ基板63は、図柄表示部支持部材52の下側枠部56および左右の側枠部54a,54bに沿って略U字状に形成された基板である。而して、この装飾用ランプ基板63は、各取付用ボス56aおよび位置決め用ボス56b上に設置され、且つ、位置決め用ボス56bの位置決めピンによって位置決めされる。そして、この状態で各取付用ボス61においてビスで締め付けることによって、かかる装飾用ランプ基板63が図柄表示部支持部材52(上記役物装飾用取付部)に装着されている。図3に示すように、装飾用ランプ基板63の左右の両側板部63aには、パチンコ機1の正面からみて本体枠31a(前面装飾部分)に隠れる位置において、左右各複数(図3では左右各4つ)の装飾ランプ65が装着されている。また、図3に示すように、装飾用ランプ基板63の下板部63bには、複数(図3では4つ)の上記保留表示ランプ(典型的にはLED)66が装着されている。

また、この図柄表示部支持部材52の上側枠部53および下側枠部56には、上記装飾用ランプ基板63と所定の間隔を隔てつつその後方に図柄表示装置40を装着・支持するための支持部が設けられている。本実施形態において、かかる支持部は、上側枠部53のほぼ中央から遊技盤10の後方に突設されている上壁部57および当該上壁部57の頂部から下方に折れ曲がって形成されている支持片57a(図4参照)、ならびに、左側枠部54aの下端部と下側枠部56の左端部とのコーナ部および右側枠部54bの下端部と下側枠部56の右端部とのコーナ部において各々略L字状に突設されているコーナ壁部58a,58bとから構成されている。また、かかるコーナ壁部58a,58bに隣接して取付用ボス59および位置決め用ボス60がそれぞれ突設されている。

一方、図4に示すように、本実施形態に係る図柄表示装置40は、一般的なパチンコ機で通常使用されているものと同様、ほぼ直方体形状に形成されている液晶ディスプレイ装置から成る表示装置である。而して、その上部の中央部分には、装着時に上記上壁部57の支持片57aが差し込まれ得る凹部42が後側面から前側近傍にわたって形成されている。また、図柄表示装置40の下面の左右両端部寄りには、取付用ボス59および位置決め用ボス60の先端面に向けて張り出す左右一対の取付片43が略垂下状に形成されている。而して、図4に示すように、この図柄表示装置40は、その凹部42に上壁部57の支持片57aが差し込まれながら、その下部の左右コーナ部が上記コーナ壁部58a,58bの内壁面に当接された状態で設置される。この状態で、図柄表示装置40の上記左右一対の取付片43が取付用ボス59および位置決め用ボス60の先端面に押し当てられ、当該位置決め用ボス60の位置決めピンによって位置決めされる。ここで、図4に示すように、左右一対の取付片43を通してビスvを各取付用ボス59にそれぞれねじ込むことによって、本図柄表示部支持部材52の支持部に図柄表示装置40を装着・支持することができる。このように、図柄表示装置40を装着・支持することによって、図1および図4に示すように、パチンコ機1(遊技盤10)の正面側から中央開口部13を通して当該図柄表示装置40の表示部分41が視認可能となっている。

また、下部誘導部材90の誘導樋形成部92の表面には、大小異なる大きさの2種類の制御基板96,98を択一的あるいは共に装着するための基板取付部95,97がそれぞれ後方に向けて突出された状態で形成されている。すなわち、誘導樋形成部92のほぼ中央には、額縁状にフレームが突設されて成る小基板取付部97が形成されている。一方、誘導樋形成部92の外縁近くには、上記小基板取付部97を取り囲むようにして額縁状にフレームが突設されて成る大基板取付部95が形成されている。ここで、大基板取付部95を構成するフレームは上記小基板取付部97を構成するフレームよりも高くなるように(即ち後方により突出するように)突設されている。このように二つの基板取付部95,97を二重に設けることによって、大小二つの回路基板96,98をそれぞれ額縁状フレーム状に位置決めしつつ上下(高低)二層に装着することができる(図3)。なお、本実施形態においては、図示しないメイン制御基板に接続される大小二つの中継回路基板96,98がかかる基板取付部95,97にそれぞれ装着されている。なお、ここで装着された中継回路基板96,98には、図示しない種々の回路素子と共にいくつかのレセプタクルが配設されている。これにより、他の電気部品や制御基板に接続された図示しない接続コードの一端に設けられるコネクタプラグを当該レセプタクルに差し込むことによって、当該中継基板96,98を他の回路基板(例えば上記基板67a,67b,68a,68b)等と電気的に接続することができる。なお、これら中継基板96,98に構築される回路は、本パチンコ機1におけるパチンコ遊技の内容に応じて適宜異なり得るものであり、その内容自体は本発明を特に特徴付けるものでもないため、具体例等を挙げた詳細な説明は省略する。

このようにして、図6に示すように、上記各裏側部材を相互に組み付け、固着することによって、これらが合体した状態の本実施形態に係る組み付け裏側ユニット51を構成することができる。而して、チャッカー入賞球誘導部材80a,80bに付設されている取付用フランジ83a,83bおよび/または下部誘導部材90におけるフランジ部90a,90bを遊技盤10(パネル部材12)裏面側に密着させてビス等によって固着することによって、当該組み付け裏側ユニット51全体を遊技盤10裏面側に一挙に取り付けることができる。従って、本実施形態に係る組み付け裏側ユニット51によれば、上記従来の一体成形タイプの裏側ユニットと同様、物理的にみて一つ(相互に組み付けられた合体物)となっている組み付け裏側ユニット51を遊技盤10に装着することによって上記複数の裏側部材を一度に装着することが可能となる。このため、遊技盤10構築における作業効率を良好に維持することができる。さらに、本実施形態に係る組み付け裏側ユニット51では、遊技盤10の盤面構成を変更した際、変更を要する裏側付設部材(例えば上記チャッカー入賞球誘導部材80a,80b)のみを交換し、変更を要しない裏側付設部材(例えば上記図柄表示部支持部材52や風車基板取付部材75a,75b)をそのまま使用することができる。これら複数種の裏側付設部材は相互に機能が異なるため、それらの一部の種類の裏側付設部材を交換しても他の種類の裏側付設部材(交換を要しないもの)には影響がない。このため、かかる組み付け裏側ユニット51を備える本遊技盤10においては、交換部分のみの成形金型を別途供給すればよいため、従来の一体成形裏側ユニット全体を交換する場合と比較して製造コスト上昇を低く抑え得るとともに個々の裏側部材の互換性を高めることができる。この結果、個々の裏側部材の標準化(汎用化)に寄与することができる。
