Claims (4)
- 画像を表示するディスプレイ装置であって、
複数のバリアリブ、
前記バリアリブによって画定された複数のセル、
前記セルの前面に形成された誘電材料層を含む前面基板を含み、
前記誘電材料層はストライプ状パターンを含み、前記ストライプ状パターンは、その厚さがセル周囲の誘電材料層の厚さより大きい凸形状を有し、セルの中心を通るようになっており、
前記前面基板は、水平方向に伸びる複数の行電極を含み、前記行電極は、それぞれ複数の矩形翼部を備え、隣接する行電極の矩形翼部が対面するようになっており、
前記行電極の矩形翼部が、前記セルの中心を通るストライプ状パターンの上に重ならないようになっており、
更に、前記ストライプ状パターンの表面上に配置されるデータ電極を備える、ディスプレイ装置。 - データ電極の上に配置される保護層を備える請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- データ電極は、セルの内側に伸びるブロック部を複数備える請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- セルは、デルタ形状に配置される請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイ装置。
