【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主にコンビニエンスストアーやスーパー等の店内に設置されている商品陳列ケースの棚等に載置することにより用いられ、商品の手動前出しが容易に出来る商品陳列具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、コンビニエンスストアーやスーパー等では、図29に示すような商品陳列ケース50の各商品陳列棚51に、多種類の商品52が豊富に陳列されている。商品52は手前の方から売れてゆくため、必然的に手前の部分が空くことになるから、奥にある商品52を手前に出す所謂前出し作業が必要となる。この為、種々の自動又は半自動の前出し機能を備えた商品陳列棚又は商品陳列具が多数提案されている。例えば、▲1▼自動前出し機能を有するものとしては、収納ケース53の底部に多数のローラ54が商品陳列ケース50の扉55側に下り勾配となるように取り付けられた商品陳列具56がある(特開平8−24091号公報参照)。この商品陳列具56は、商品52を仕切る機能を有する仕切り板57、57における幅寸法が決められているから、その幅寸法に適合する商品52のみが利用できる。従って、商品52のサイズに合わせた複数種類の商品陳列具56を取り揃えておく必要がある。

▲2▼手動前出し機能を有するものとしては、図30に示すように、仕切り板57の下端を棚板58の上面に設けたスライド溝59に嵌めると共に、仕切り板57の後端に商品押し板60を連設し、この商品押し板60に設けた爪片61をスライド溝59に嵌めてなり、棚板58上の奥に残った商品52を仕切り板57を引き寄せることにより、前出しできる商品陳列具62がある(実公平5−27894号公報参照)。

また、▲3▼手動前出し機能を有するものとしては、図31に示すように、底板58aの一側に仕切り板57を起立させて連設し、この仕切り板57にスライド溝59を設け、このスライド溝59に商品押し板60を設けた引出し具63を嵌めてなり、底板58a上の奥に残った商品を引出し具63を引き寄せることにより、前出しできる商品陳列具64がある(実開昭63−140254号公報参照)。

更に、▲4▼手動前出し機能を有するものとしては、図32に示すように、商品落下防止枠のある棚板58上にL型仕切り板65を配置し、このL型仕切り板65に商品押し板60及び引出し具63をそれぞれ嵌合することでガイドする案内板66を設け、かつ引出し具63に衝合片67を設けて商品押し板60を後押し可能に構成してなり、L型仕切り板65上の奥に残った商品52を引出し具63を引き寄せることにより、衝合片67を介して商品押し板60を後押して前出し出来るようにした商品陳列具68がある(実開平4−125761号公報参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の▲1▼商品陳列具56は、上記の通り複数種類のものを取り揃えておく必要があるから、その費用が高く管理も煩雑となりやすい。また、この商品陳列具56はサイズが決まっているから、商品陳列ケース50内の各商品陳列棚51の模様替えをするときの自由度が低く、やりずらい。更に、この商品陳列具56は、商品52のサイズ毎に1台必要になり、その製作費用が高くなりがちである。
▲2▼の商品陳列具62は、仕切り板57に連設した商品押し板60の爪片61をスライド溝59に単に嵌めているだけだから、不用意に仕切り板57を引き寄せると、棚板58上の商品52と共に棚板58から脱落してしまう恐れがある。
▲3▼の商品陳列具64は、ユニットになっているが、商品陳列棚51への止め方によっては、勢い良くあるいは不用意に引出し具63を引き寄せたりすると、底板58a上の商品52と共に引出し具63自体も、商品陳列棚51から脱落してしまう恐れがある。更に商品落下防止具69の高さが引出し具63の設置高さに規制されるから、背の高い商品ではやはり商品陳列棚51から脱落する可能性がある。
▲4▼の商品陳列具68も、ユニットになっているが、棚板58上に単に載せてあるだけだから、商品52が円筒状の缶ジュースで前出しする時や、引出し具63を斜め方向に強く引き寄せてしまった時に、商品陳列具68がずれてしまい、陳列してある商品52がばらばらになってしまう。更に、更に商品落下防止具69の高さが引出し具63の設置高さに規制されるから、背の高い商品ではやはり商品陳列棚51から脱落する可能性がある。

従って、本発明の目的は、様々な商品サイズに対応出来、棚板上の商品がバラバラになったり、商品と共に構成部品が棚等から脱落したり、背の高い商品であっても落下する様なことがなく、商品をスムーズかつ確実に前出しすることができる商品陳列具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる状況において、本発明者は、鋭意検討を行った結果、棚板上の商品を区分けしその移動をガイドする基板を、棚板に着脱自在に設けかつ棚板上の商品の前出し方向と直交する方向に移動可能に設け、更に基板に商品押し板を移動自在に設けて、この商品押し板に引出し具を回動自在に軸支し、商品押し板をストッパー機構により棚板の商品取出部位近傍で停止できるようにすれば、様々な商品サイズに対応出来、棚板上の商品がバラバラになったり、商品と共に構成部品が棚等から脱落するようなことがなく、商品をスムーズかつ確実に前出しすることができることを見い出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち、本請求項1に係る発明は、棚板上の商品を区分けすると共に商品の前出し移動をガイドする基板を、前記棚板に商品の前出し方向と平行に着脱自在に設けかつ前記棚板上の商品の前出し方向と直交する方向に移動可能に設けると共に、前記基板に商品押し板を前記商品の前出し方向に進退移動自在に設け、該商品押し板の側部に引出し具を回動自在に軸支する突起を設け、該突起に該引出し具の孔又は長孔を嵌めることで、該商品押し板に対し該引出し具を着脱自在かつ上下方向に回動自在に軸支してなり、前記棚板の商品取出部位近傍で前記商品押し板をその移動を規制するストッパー機構により停止させるものであって、該突起は、側方に向けて突出する円形断面の基部と、該基部の先端面であって且つ該先端面の上側半分から上方へ延び上端が該基部の上端より上方に位置する先端突起部とからなることを特徴とする商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、棚板上に載せた商品のサイズに合わせて基板を移動して棚板に設置し、背の高い商品に対応したストッパー機構を設置してあっても、引出し具を上に回動して手前に引けば商品を前出しでき、ストッパー機構により商品及び商品押し板は商品取出部位近傍で停止するから、商品、商品押し板及び引出し具が脱落しない。また、引出し具が不必要の時外せるし、新しい引出し具と取り替え得る。また、商品を前出しするため引出し具により商品押し板を引き出した後、引出し具を元に押し戻すと、引出し具が商品押し板上を移動して元に戻り、商品押し板は引き出した位置に留まり、戻らない分その負荷が減る。

また、本請求項2に係る発明は、前記基板下部に底板を設けた商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、上記機能に加え、基板が自立するし、基板及び引出し具の振れが無く、商品押し板も底板にガイドされる。

また、本請求項3に係る発明は、前記基板に所定長さのスライド溝を設け、該スライド溝内で前記商品押し板を移動自在に設けてなる商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、上記機能に加え、スライド溝の長さを規制することで、商品押し板の移動量を制限できストッパー機構とすることも可能になり、少なくとも商品押し板及び引出し具を商品取出部位近傍で停止させることが出来る。

また、本請求項に係る発明は、前記商品押し板に押し面積拡大補助具を着脱自在に設けてなる商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、商品押し板に押し面積拡大補助具を着せば、その分大きな商品を前出し出来る。

また、本請求項に係る発明は、前記ストッパー機構は前記棚板の商品取出部位近傍に設けた商品落下防止具である商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、引出し具により商品を前出しした際、棚板に設けた商品落下防止具に商品が当たり、それ以上商品を前出し出来ず、商品、商品押し板及び引出し具を棚板から脱落させない。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、実施の形態をあげて本発明を図1〜28に基づいて詳述する。
図1は本発明の実施形態である商品陳列具を示す斜視図、図2は図1の商品陳列具を構成する各部品の斜視図、図3は図1の商品陳列具を構成する商品押し板と引出し板との取り付け状況を示す斜視図、図4は図1の商品陳列具を示す断面図である。図において、商品陳列具1は、棚板3上に設けられ商品2を手動前出しするもので、棚板3上方の商品2を区分けすると共に商品2の前出し移動をガイドする基板4を、棚板3に商品2の前出し方向(矢線B)と平行に着脱自在に設けかつ棚板3上方の商品2の前出し方向と直交する方向(矢線C)に移動可能に設けると共に、基板4に商品押し板5を商品2の矢線Bの前出し方向に進退移動自在に設け、商品押し板5に引出し具6を回動自在に軸支してなり、棚板3の商品取出部位G近傍で商品押し板5をその移動を規制するストッパー機構7により停止させるものである。

前記棚板3は、矩形状をなし、その切欠3aにより商品陳列ケースの陳列段の止め金(不図示)上に載置するもので、多数の商品2の重量に耐え得るように、強度面から箱状になっている。棚板3の商品取出部位G近傍には基板4を着脱自在かつ商品2の移動方向に直交する方向、すなわち、矢線C方向に移動可能にするためのレール10が設けられている。また、図1中3bは商品名等の表示部である。また、棚板3上に置く商品2は円筒状の缶飲料、直方体の紙パック飲料、板状物、瓶入り飲料など限定がない。

この実施形態では、前記基板4の下部に底板11が取り付けられ自立出来、更に、側面には所定長さのスライド溝12が形成され、このスライド溝12内に前記商品押し板5のスライド片13が移動自在に嵌められている。従って、商品押し板5は基板4に設けられた所定長さのスライド溝12内に限り、矢線B方向に進退移動することが出来て、少なくとも商品押し板5及び引出し具6が基板4から脱落することはない。また、基板4及び底板11の商品取出部位G側の端部には商品落下防止板14が取り付けられ、その下端部に前記棚板3のレール10に沿い嵌めることのできる溝部15が設けられている。従って、基板4は棚板3上で図1中矢線C方向に自在に移動できる。

前記商品押し板5は、前述のように、側部にスライド片13が設けられ、更に図3に示すように、その上部に前記引出し具6を回動自在に軸支する突起20が設けられている。そして、この突起20に引出し具6の孔21を嵌めることで、商品押し板5に対し引出し具6を回動自在に軸支する。この引出し具6の商品取出部位G側の端部に引き出すのに都合良いように孔22が設けられている。従って、この引出し具6を用いて商品2を前出しするには、孔22を手指で掴みそのまま引き出しても、あるいは商品2の背が高いため商品落下防止具14が高くなっている場合には、引出し具6を上に挙げ商品落下防止具14を避けて引き出せば、商品押し板5により商品2を前出しできる。

そして、前記ストッパー機構7は、図1における商品陳列具1の場合、商品押し板5と相まって商品落下防止具14により構成される。すなわち、この商品陳列具1は、引出し具6により商品押し板5を引き出して行き、基板4の所定長さのスライド溝12の商品取出部位G側の端部12aに商品押し板5のスライド片13が当たり、商品押し板5が止まるから、商品押し板5及び引出し具6が脱落することはない。しかし、商品2が脱落する恐れがあるから、商品落下防止具14により商品2の脱落を防いでいる。また、スライド溝12が基板4の商品取出部位G側の端まであっても、商品2が有る場合は商品2が、商品2が無くても商品押し板5が最終的に商品落下防止具14に当たり止まるから、それ以上引き出せず商品2と共に商品押し板5及び引出し具6も脱落することがない。

次に、上記構成になる商品陳列具1の使用方法を説明する。
まず、棚板3、必要数の商品陳列具1を用意し、商品陳列ケースの陳列段の止め金(不図示)上に切欠3aを嵌めて、陳列段に棚板3を載置する。次に、図5に示すように、棚板3のレール10に必要数の商品陳列具1を嵌め、最後に仕切り板8を有するエンド商品陳列具1Aを嵌め、これらを図5中矢線C方向に移動して棚板3上の商品2のサイズに合わせて設置する。設置した各商品陳列具1及びエンド商品陳列具1A間に商品2を足して行き満たす。そして、取り出したい商品2が商品取出部位Gから離れ奥にある時は、引出し具6の孔22を手指で掴みそのまま引き出すか、引出し具6が商品落下防止具14に当たる場合は、引出し具6を上に挙げ商品落下防止具14を避けて引き出せば、商品押し板5により商品2を押すから前出しできる。その際、商品2が有っても無くても商品押し板5が最終的に商品落下防止具14に当たり止まって、商品2と共に商品押し板5及び引出し具6が脱落することがない。そして、商品2を取り出した後、引出し具6を元に押し戻すことで商品押し板5を元の位置に戻すことが出来る。

図6、7及び8は本発明の他の実施形態である商品陳列具1a及び1bを示し、この図6、7の商品陳列具1aと図1〜5に示す商品陳列具1との相違点は、基板4に底板11を取り付けておらず、その上を商品押し板5がスライドできないから、商品押し板5下部に滑り突起5aを設けている点にある。また、図8の商品陳列具1bと図1〜5に示す商品陳列具1との相違点は、底板11の側端部ではなく内側に基板4を取り付け、基板4を境にして同じ底板11上に商品2を載置できるようにしている点にある。その他の構成、作用は図1〜5の実施形態とほぼ同様であるから、図面に符号を付してその説明を省略する。

図9〜12は本発明の他の実施形態である商品陳列具1cを示し、この商品陳列具1cと図1〜5に示す商品陳列具1との相違点は、長孔21aを開けた引出し具6aを商品押し板5の突起20に嵌め、商品押し板5に引出し具6aを回動自在かつ商品2の前出し方向、すなわち、B方向にスライド自在に係合してなる点にある。従って、図11に示すように、引出し具6aにより商品押し板5を引出し商品2を前出しした後、引出し具6aを元に戻しても、図12に示すように、商品押し板5の突起20上をスライドして引出し具6aのみが元に戻り、商品押し板5を戻さない分その負荷が減る。その他の構成、作用は図1〜5の実施形態とほぼ同様であるから、図面に符号を付してその説明を省略する。

図16〜18は本発明の他の実施形態である商品陳列具1eを示し、この商品陳列具1eと図1〜5に示す商品陳列具1との相違点は、商品押し板5に押し面積拡大補助具30を着脱自在に設けて、商品2のサイズが商品押し板5に比して大きい場合に、商品押し板5に押し面積拡大補助具30を着して、商品2のサイズが大でもスムーズに前出し出来るようにした点にある。すなわち、商品押し板5に設けた3つのスリット31のうち2つに商品2のサイズに合わせて、押し面積拡大補助具30の2つの掛止部32を掛けて商品2の押し面積を拡大するものである。図16は商品押し板5より若干大きい場合を示し、更に大きくするには図18に示すようにすることで、達成される。その他の構成、作用は図1〜5の実施形態とほぼ同様であるから、図面に符号を付してその説明を省略する。

図19〜28は本発明の実施形態である商品陳列具1(1A、1a、1b、1c、1d、1eも同様)を棚板3に設置する際の種々の形態を示すものである。そして、この商品陳列具1を棚板3上に設置する方法は、特に限定がないから、以下に示す以外の形態も本発明の範囲内である。
図19は、棚板3にU字型のレール10aを設け、このレール10aに沿い移動可能に嵌めることのできる溝部15aが商品落下防止板14の下端部に設けられたものを示している。図20は、棚板3に半円型のレール10bを設け、このレール10bに沿い移動可能に嵌めることのできる溝部15bが商品落下防止板14の下端部に設けられたものを示している。図21は、棚板3に凹溝33を設け、この凹溝33に沿い移動可能に嵌めることのできる突起片20bが商品落下防止板14の下端部に設けられたものを示している。図22は、棚板3に凹溝34を設け、この凹溝34に沿い板35を嵌め、更にこの板35に沿い移動可能に嵌めることのできるL型スライド部36が商品落下防止板14の上端部に設けられたものを示している。

【発明の効果】
以上詳述したように、請求項1の発明によれば、棚板上に載せた商品のサイズに合わせて基板を移動して棚板に設置し、背の高い商品に対応したストッパー機構を設置してあっても、引出し具を上に回動して手前に引けば商品を前出しでき、ストッパー機構により商品押し板は商品取出部位近傍で停止するから、商品、商品押し板及び引出し具が脱落しない。従って、様々な商品サイズに対応出来、棚板上の商品がバラバラになったり、商品と共に構成部品が棚等から脱落したり、背の高い商品でも落下する様なことがなく、商品を確実に前出しすることができ、しかも保有あるいは在庫管理をすべき構成品の種類が少なくて済む効果がある。また、引出し具が不必要の時外せるし、新しい引出し具と取り替え得る。従って、上記効果に加え、商品陳列具を設置する時や、他の商品陳列具上に商品を移し変える時等引出し具が邪魔になる時外せるし、斬新なデザインの引出し具に取り替えることも出来、様々な要望に対応出来る。また、商品を前出しするため引出し具により商品押し板を引き出した後、引出し具を元に押し戻すと、引出し具が商品押し板上を移動して元に戻り、商品押し板は引き出した位置に留まり、戻らない分その負荷が減る。従って、上記効果に加え、商品押し板は商品を前出しする分だけ実質的に移動するだけになり、商品押し板の無駄な動きが無くなり、負荷も減るから、その分長持ちし、前出し動作も容易になる。

請求項2の発明によれば、基板が自立するし、基板及び引出し具の振れが無く、商品押し板も底板にガイドされる。従って、上記効果に加え、設置し易く引出し負荷が少なくなるから、商品を容易かつ安定確実に前出しすることが出来る。

Claims (5)

棚板上の商品を区分けすると共に商品の前出し移動をガイドする基板を、前記棚板に商品の前出し方向と平行に着脱自在に設けかつ前記棚板上の商品の前出し方向と直交する方向に移動可能に設けると共に、前記基板に商品押し板を前記商品の前出し方向に進退移動自在に設け、該商品押し板の側部に引出し具を回動自在に軸支する突起を設け、該突起に該引出し具の孔又は長孔を嵌めることで、該商品押し板に対し該引出し具を着脱自在かつ上下方向に回動自在に軸支してなり、前記棚板の商品取出部位近傍で前記商品押し板をその移動を規制するストッパー機構により停止させるものであって、
該突起は、側方に向けて突出する円形断面の基部と、該基部の先端面であって且つ該先端面の上側半分から上方へ延び上端が該基部の上端より上方に位置する先端突起部とからなることを特徴とする商品陳列具。
