【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主にコンビニエンスストアーやスーパー等の店内に設置されている商品陳列ケースの棚等に載置することにより用いられ、商品の手動前出しが容易に出来る商品陳列具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、コンビニエンスストアーやスーパー等では、図17に示すような商品陳列ケース50の各商品陳列棚51に、多種類の商品52が豊富に陳列されている。商品52は手前の方から売れてゆくため、必然的に手前の部分が空くことになるから、奥にある商品52を手前に出す所謂前出し作業が必要となる。この為、種々の自動又は半自動の前出し機能を備えた商品陳列棚又は商品陳列具が多数提案されている。例えば、▲1▼自動前出し機能を有するものとしては、収納ケース53の底部に多数のローラ54が商品陳列ケース50の扉55側に下り勾配となるように取り付けられた商品陳列具56がある(特開平8−24091号公報参照)。この商品陳列具56は、商品52を仕切る機能を有する仕切り板57、57における幅寸法が決められているから、その幅寸法に適合する商品52のみが利用できる。従って、商品52のサイズに合わせた複数種類の商品陳列具56を取り揃えておく必要がある。

▲2▼手動前出し機能を有するものとしては、図18に示すように、仕切り板57の下端を棚板58の上面に設けたスライド溝59に嵌めると共に、仕切り板57の後端に押し板60を連設し、この押し板60に設けた爪片61をスライド溝59に嵌めてなり、棚板58上の奥に残った商品52を仕切り板57を引き寄せることにより、前出しできる商品陳列具62がある(実公平5−27894号公報参照)。

また、▲3▼手動前出し機能を有するものとしては、図19に示すように、底板58aの一側に仕切り板57aを起立させて連設し、この仕切り板57aにスライド溝59aを設け、このスライド溝59aに押し板60aを設けた商品引出し具63を嵌めてなり、底板58a上の奥に残った商品を商品引出し具63を引き寄せることにより、前出しできる商品陳列具64がある(実開昭63−140254号公報参照)。

更に、▲4▼手動前出し機能を有するものとしては、図20に示すように、商品落下防止枠のある棚板58b上にL型仕切り板65を配置し、このL型仕切り板65に押し板60b及び商品引出し具63bをそれぞれ嵌合することでガイドする案内板66を接着することにより設け、かつ商品引出し具63bに衝合片67を設けて押し板60bを後押し可能に構成してなり、L型仕切り板65上の奥に残った商品52を商品引出し具63bを引き寄せることにより、衝合片67を介して押し板60bを後押して前出し出来るようにした商品陳列具68がある(実開平4−125761号公報参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の▲1▼商品陳列具56は、上記の通り複数種類のものを取り揃えておく必要があるから、その費用が高く管理も煩雑となりやすい。また、この商品陳列具56はサイズが決まっているから、商品陳列ケース50内の各商品陳列棚51の模様替えをするときの自由度が低く、やりずらい。更に、この商品陳列具56は、商品52毎に1台必要になり、その製作費用が高くなりがちである。
▲2▼の商品陳列具62は、仕切り板57に連設した押し板60の爪片61をスライド溝59に単に嵌めているだけだから、不用意に仕切り板57を引き寄せると、仕切り板57は棚板58上の商品52と共に棚板58から脱落してしまう恐れがある。
▲3▼の商品陳列具64は、ユニットになっているが、商品陳列棚51への止め方によっては、勢い良くあるいは不用意に商品引出し具63を引き寄せたりすると、底板58a上の商品52と共にユニット全体が、商品陳列棚51から脱落してしまう恐れがある。更に商品落下防止具69の高さが商品引出し具63の設置高さに規制されるから、背の高い商品ではやはり商品陳列棚51から脱落する可能性がある。
▲4▼の商品陳列具68も、ユニットになっているが、棚板58上に単に載せてあるだけだから、商品52が円筒状の缶ジュース等で前出しする時や、商品引出し具63を斜め方向に強く引き寄せてしまった時に、商品陳列具68がずれてしまい、陳列してある商品52がばらばらになってしまう。更に、更に商品落下防止具69の高さが商品引出し具63の設置高さに規制されるから、背の高い商品ではやはり商品陳列棚51から脱落する可能性がある。また、ガイドする案内板の厚みがあるため、商品の陳列容積が減少するという問題がある。

従って、本発明の目的は、様々な商品サイズに対応出来、棚板上の商品陳列容積を大きく採れ、商品がバラバラになったり、商品と共に構成部品が棚等から脱落したり、背の高い商品でも落下する様なことがなく、商品を確実に前出しすることができる商品陳列具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる状況において、本発明者は、鋭意検討を行った結果、棚板に基板を商品の移動方向に直交する方向に移動可能に設け、その基板に、棚板上の商品の区分と移動とをガイドしかつ押し板を有する仕切り板を、前記商品の移動方向に移動自在かつ回動自在に設けて、仕切り板はストッパー機構により棚板の商品取出部位近傍で停止きるようにすれば、様々な商品サイズに対応出来、棚板上の商品がバラバラになったり、商品と共に構成部品があるいは背の高い商品でも、棚等から脱落する様なことがなく、商品を確実に前出しすることができることを見い出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち、本請求項1に係る発明は、棚板に基板を着脱自在かつ棚板上の商品の移動方向に直交する方向に移動可能に設け、前記基板に、前記棚板上の商品を区分けすると共に商品の移動をガイドしかつ押し板を有する仕切り板を、前記商品の移動方向に移動自在かつ回動自在に設けてなり、前記仕切り板はストッパー機構により前記棚板の商品取出部位近傍で停止させることを特徴とする商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、棚板上に載せた商品のサイズに合わせて仕切り板を移動して設置し、背の高い商品に対応した商品落下防止具を設置してあっても、仕切り板を上に挙げて手前に引けば商品を前出しでき、ストッパー機構により仕切り板は商品取出部位近傍で停止するから、仕切り板及び背の高い商品は脱落しない。

また、本請求項2に係る発明は、前記基板にスライド及び回動溝を設け、該スライド及び回動溝内に前記仕切り板に設けた突起を嵌めてなる商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、上記機能に加え、基板のスライド及び回動溝内に仕切り板の突起を嵌めてあるから、仕切り板を回動させれば、背の高い商品に対応した商品落下防止具を越えて手前に引き出せ、商品を落下させないで前出しできる。

また、本請求項3に係る発明は、前記基板に前記仕切り板を回動自在に設けると共に、前記仕切り板に商品引出し具を前記商品の移動方向に移動自在に設けてなる商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、上記機能に加え、仕切り板に設けた商品引出し具でも、仕切り板を回動させれば、商品引出し具を背の高い商品に対応した商品落下防止具を越えて手前に引き出せ、商品を落下させないで前出しできる。

また、本請求項4に係る発明は、前記基板下端に水平板を設け自立型とした商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、上記機能に加え、基板を自立型としたから基板及び仕切り板の振れが無くなって設置し易くなり、商品を安定、確実に前出しすることが出来る。

また、本請求項5に係る発明は、前記ストッパー機構は前記商品引出し具の後方に設けた押し板と前記棚板の商品取出部位に設けた商品落下防止具で構成される商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、上記機能に加え、商品引出し具を引き出した際、棚板に設けた商品落下防止具に当たり、それ以上引き出せないから商品引出し具を脱落させない。

また、本請求項6に係る発明は、前記ストッパー機構は前記商品引出し具の後方に設けた押し板と前記基板に設けた商品落下防止具でで構成される商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、商品引出し具を引き出した際、基板に設けた商品落下防止具に当たり、それ以上引き出せないから商品引出し具を脱落させない。

また、本請求項7に係る発明は、前記仕切り板と前記商品引出し具との間に引張りバネを設けた商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、商品引出し具を引き出して商品を取り出した後、商品引出し具を放すだけで元の状態に戻る。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、実施の形態を挙げて本発明を図1〜16に基づいて詳述する。
図1は本発明の実施の形態である商品陳列具を示す斜視図、図2は図1の商品陳列具を構成する仕切り板を示す斜視図、図3は図2のA−A線に沿う断面図、図4は図2のB−B線に沿う断面図である。図において、商品陳列具1は、商品を手動前出しするもので、棚板2と基板3及び仕切り板4からなる仕切り装置5とから構成し、棚板2に基板3を着脱自在かつ棚板2上の商品6の移動方向に直交する方向に移動可能に設け、基板3に、棚板2上の商品6を区分けすると共に商品6の移動をガイドしかつ押し板7を有する仕切り板4を、商品6の移動方向に移動自在かつ回動自在に設けてなり、仕切り板4はストッパー機構8により棚板2の商品取出部位G近傍で停止するものである。

前記棚板2は、矩形状をなし商品陳列ケースの各段の止め金上に載置するもので、多数の商品6の重量に耐え得るように、強度面から箱状になっている。棚板2の商品取出部位G近傍には基板3を着脱自在かつ商品6の移動方向に直交する方向に移動可能にするための長溝10が切られ、商品取出部位Gの反対側端部には上記止め金に掛けるための切欠11が設けられている。なお、図1中2aは商品名等の表示部である。なお、棚板2上に置く商品6は円筒状の缶飲料、直方体の紙パック飲料、瓶入り飲料など限定されない。

前記仕切り装置5の基板3は、薄板12が曲げられてスライド及び回動溝13が形成され、このスライド及び回動溝13内に仕切り板4の突起14が移動自在かつ回動自在に嵌められ、更に仕切り板4の下端部15が移動自在に嵌められることで、仕切り板4は突起14により基板3から離脱せず移動自在に、しかも回動自在となる。また、基板3の商品取出部位G側の端部には商品落下防止具16が取り付けられ、その下端部に前記棚板2の長溝10に沿い嵌めることのできる凸部17が設けられている。従って、仕切り装置5は棚板2上で図1中矢線B方向に自在に移動できる。

この仕切り板4は、商品取出部位G側の一端に引き出すのに都合良いように凹み18が設けられ、他端に商品6を押すための前記押し板7が設けられている。従って、この仕切り板4を用いて商品6を前出しするには、凹み18を手指で掴みそのまま引き出しても、あるいは商品6の背が高いため商品落下防止具16が高くなっている場合には、仕切り板4を上に挙げ商品落下防止具16を避けて引き出せば、押し板7により商品6を押し、前出しできる。そして、前記ストッパー機構8は、図1における商品陳列具1の場合、押し板7と相まって商品落下防止具16により構成される。すなわち、この商品陳列具1は、基板3から仕切り板4を引き出して行き、商品6が有っても無くても押し板7が最終的に商品落下防止具16に当たり止まるから、それ以上引き出せず商品6と共に仕切り板4が脱落することがない。

また、仕切り装置5は、その基板3の商品取出部位G側の端部ばかりかその反対側にも凸部17付きの商品落下防止具16を取り付け、それに応じて前記棚板2に長溝10を設けても良く(図では省略)、その他に図1に示す仕切り装置5a、5bのような形態がある。仕切り装置5aは、基板3の商品取出部位Gの反対側の端部にマグネット板19を設け、棚板2に吸い付けてその両端で仕切り装置5aの設置位置を調整出来るようにした点で、仕切り装置5と異なる。一方、仕切り装置5bは、図1の棚板2の左端に設置するもので、押し板7が無く基板3と仕切り板4とが一体構成の基板3aとなって、仕切り装置5と同様に棚板2上で図1中矢線B方向に自在に移動できるものである。

次に、上記構成からなる商品陳列具1の使用方法を説明する。
まず、棚板2、必要数の仕切り装置5あるいは5a、更に仕切り装置5bを用意する。次に、棚板2の長溝10に必要数の仕切り装置5あるいは5aを嵌め、最後に仕切り装置5bを嵌め、これらを図1中矢線B方向に移動して棚板2上の商品6のサイズに合わせて設置する。設置した仕切り装置5あるいは5a、5b間に商品6を足して行き満たす。そして、取り出したい商品6が商品取出部位Gから離れ奥にある時は、仕切り板4の凹み18を手指で掴みそのまま引き出すか、商品落下防止具16に当たる場合は、仕切り板4を上に挙げ商品落下防止具16を避けて引き出せば、押し板7により商品6を押し、前出しできる。その際、商品6が有っても無くても押し板7が最終的に商品落下防止具16に当たり止まり、商品6と共に仕切り板4が脱落することがない。そして、商品6を取り出した後、仕切り板4を元に戻す。

図5は本発明の他の実施形態である商品陳列具1aを示し、この商品陳列具1aと図1〜4に示す商品陳列具1との相違点は、棚板2の長溝10及び商品落下防止具16の代わりに、棚板2の両端にピッチ板20を設け、そのピッチ21に商品6のサイズに合わせて仕切り装置5cの基板3の両端を差し込み、設置する点にある。その他の構成、作用は図1〜4の実施形態とほぼ同様であるから、図面に符号を付してその説明を省略する。なお、このピッチ板20を棚板2の上面にレールを敷くように設け、そのピッチ21に基板3の下端を差し込むようなものでも良い。

図6は本発明の他の実施形態である商品陳列具1bを示し、この商品陳列具1bと図1〜4に示す商品陳列具1との相違点は、棚板2の長溝10及び商品落下防止具16の代わりに、既に棚板2上に形成されている線材製仕切り板を取付けるピッチ穴22に商品6のサイズに合わせて仕切り装置5dの基板3の両端にある移動自在な突起付き板23を差し込み、設置する点にある。

図7は本発明の他の実施形態である商品陳列具1cを示し、この商品陳列具1cと図1〜4に示す商品陳列具1との相違点は、長溝10及び商品落下防止具16の代わりに、仕切り装置5eの基板3の端部に設けた係合片24を、商品6のサイズに合わせて、棚板2の商品取出部位Gにおける反対側の端部25に係合させ、設置する点にある。

図8は本発明の他の実施形態である商品陳列具1dを示し、この商品陳列具1dと図1〜4に示す商品陳列具1との相違点は、長溝10及び商品落下防止具16の代わりに、仕切り装置5fの基板3の両端部に孔26を設け、この孔26に丸棒27を通し、丸棒27を棚板2に固定して、仕切り装置5fに一体に形成される筒体28を商品6のサイズに合わせて丸棒27上を移動させ、設置する点にある。なお、筒体28は仕切り装置5fと別体とし、これを移動させる方法でもよい。

図9は本発明の他の実施形態である商品陳列具1eを示し、この商品陳列具1eと図1〜4に示す商品陳列具1との相違点は、基板3の下端に水平板30を設けて自立型の仕切り装置31とし、この基板3の端に設けた凹溝32を、棚板2の商品取出部位G側の端部に設けたレール33に嵌め、仕切り装置31を図中B方向に移動可能として、更にレール33の外側の棚板2に設けた長溝34に商品落下防止具16aを嵌めている点にある。従って、この商品陳列具1eにおけるストッパー機構8aは、押し板7と相まって棚板2に設けた商品落下防止具16aにより構成される。そして、仕切り装置31は、これ以外に、図1に示す仕切り装置5bのように、仕切り装置31から仕切り板4を除いたものが、棚板2の左端に設置するために必要となる。その他の構成、作用は図1〜4の実施形態と同様なので、図面に符号を付して説明を省略する。

なお、基板3の下端に水平板30を設けて自立型の仕切り装置31を有する商品陳列具1eは、図9の実施形態以外に、図1の仕切り装置5aのように、水平板30にマグネット板を設けたものでも良いし、図5のように、棚板2上面にピッチ板を設け、そのピッチ板に水平板30の裏面にある突起を差し込んでも良い。また、商品陳列具1eは、図6のように、棚板2上面のピッチ穴22に、水平板30の裏面に設けた突起を差し込んでも良く、図7のように、仕切り装置31の端部に係合片を設け、棚板2端部25に係合させても良い、更に、図8のように、水平板30の両端裏面に孔26の代わりに溝を設け、棚板2に丸棒27の代わりに設けたバーに溝を嵌め、仕切り装置31を商品6のサイズに合わせてバー上を移動し、設置しても良い。

図10〜12は本発明の他の実施形態である商品陳列具35を構成する仕切り装置36を示し、この商品陳列具35と図1〜4に示す商品陳列具1との相違点は、仕切り装置36の基板3bに仕切り板4aを回動自在に設けると共に、仕切り板4aに商品引出し具37を商品6の移動方向に移動自在に設け、商品引出部位Gの反対側における、仕切り板4aの端部と商品引出し具37の端部との間に引張りバネ38を掛けている点にある。すなわち、図11に示すように基板3bには挿入溝39が設けられ、仕切り板4aの下端が挿入され、図12に示すように基板3bの商品引出部位Gの反対側端部には支軸溝40が設けられ、仕切り板4aの軸41が嵌められ、仕切り板4aが回動自在となっている。更に、図11に示すように仕切り板4aにはスライド溝42が切られ、そのスライド溝42に商品引出し具37に嵌められている。従って、仕切り板4aに設けた商品引出し具37でも、仕切り板4aを回動させれば、商品引出し具37を商品落下防止具16を越えて手前に引き出せるから、背の高い商品6でも落下させないで前出しでき、その後引張りバネ38により商品引出し具37は元に戻る。その他の構成、作用は、図1〜4の商品陳列具1と同様なので、図面に符号を付してその説明を省略する。なお、仕切り装置36は、仕切り板4aに商品引出し具37を設け、仕切り板4aと商品引出し具37との間に引張りバネ38を掛けたこと以外、仕切り装置5、5a、5c〜5fと同じであるから、これらにおけるのと同様な実施形態及びその変形を取ることが出来、これらも本発明の範囲である。

そして、仕切り装置36aは、これ以外に、図13に示す仕切り装置36b、36cのような形態がある。仕切り装置36bは、仕切り板4aの端部と商品引出し具37の端部との間に引張りバネ38を掛け、商品引出し具37を引き出し商品6を前出し後、手指を放せば引張りバネ38のばね力により商品引出し具37を元に戻せる点で、仕切り装置36aと異なる。仕切り装置36cは、図13の棚板2の右端に設置するもので、仕切り装置36aから商品引出し具37を除いたもので、棚板2上で図13中矢線B方向に自在に移動できるものである。その他の構成、作用は図10〜12の実施形態と同様なので、図面に符号を付して説明を省略する。

なお、下端に水平板43を設けて自立型の仕切り装置板36を有する商品陳列具35は、図10〜16の実施形態以外に、図1の仕切り装置5aのように、水平板43にマグネット板を設けたものでも良いし、図5のように、棚板2上面にピッチ板を設け、そのピッチ板に水平板43の裏面にある突起を差し込んでも良い。また、商品陳列具35は、図6のように、棚板2上面のピッチ穴22に、水平板43の裏面に設けた突起を差し込んでも良く、図7のように、仕切り装置36aの基板3aの端部に係合片を設け、棚板2の端部25に係合させても良い、更に、図8のように、水平板43の両端裏面に孔26の代わりに溝を設け、棚板2に丸棒27の代わりに設けたバーに溝を嵌め、仕切り装置36aを商品6のサイズに合わせてバー上を移動し、設置しても良い。

また、本発明において、ストッパー機構の他の形態としては、商品引出し具と該商品引出し具が嵌められるスライド溝で構成されるものでもよい。すなわち、商品引出し具のスライド溝側に長溝を設け、他方、スライド溝の前方部には該長溝に係合し該長溝の深さに相当する突起を設ければよい。これにより、長溝の切れ端部と突起が当接することにより該商品引出し具は停止する。

【発明の効果】
以上詳述したように、請求項1の発明によれば、棚板上に載せた商品のサイズに合わせて仕切り板を移動して設置し、背の高い商品に対応した高いストッパー機構を設置してあっても、仕切り板を上に挙げて手前に引けば商品を前出しでき、ストッパー機構により仕切り板は商品取出部位近傍で停止するから、仕切り板及び背の高い商品は脱落しない。従って、様々な商品サイズに対応出来、棚板上の商品がバラバラになったり、商品と共に構成部品が棚等から脱落することがなく、背の高い商品落下防止具を避けて商品を手動で確実に前出しでき、しかも保有あるいは在庫管理をすべき構成品の種類が少なくて済む効果がある。
