【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主にコンビニエンスストアーやスーパー等の店内に設置されている商品陳列棚等に取り出し自在に載置することにより用いられ、載置商品の前出しが容易で且つ載置商品の倒伏を防止できる商品陳列具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、コンビニエンスストアーやスーパー等では、商品陳列棚に、多種類の商品が豊富に陳列されている。商品は手前の方から売れてゆくため、奥にある商品を手前に出すいわゆる前出し作業が必要となる。このため、前出し機能を備えた商品陳列棚又は商品陳列具が提案されている。例えば、図２１に示すように、底板２０１の一側に仕切り板２１０を起立させて連設し、この仕切り板２１０にスライド溝２１１を設け、このスライド溝２１１に押し板２２０を設けた商品引出し具２３０を嵌めてなり、底板２０１上の奥に残った商品を商品引出し具２３０を引き寄せることにより、前出しできる商品陳列具２００がある（実開昭６３−１４０２５４号公報参照）。この商品陳列具２００を用いることにより陳列商品の前出しを容易にすることができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、コンビニエンスストアーやスーパー等に陳列される商品には、数枚ずつパック包装されたハム、パック入り惣菜等のような商品もある。このような商品は厚みが薄くて座りが悪いにも関わらず、食品等の商品の内容が購買者によく見えるために、あるいは美しく陳列して購買意欲を喚起するために立てかけられて陳列されることが多い。しかし、厚みの薄い商品を上述の商品陳列具２００に陳列した場合、商品が売れて商品陳列具２００中の前方に空きスペースが生じると商品１０の底部が前方に滑って商品が仰向けに寝てしまうため、商品１０の内容が購買者から見難くなったり美しく陳列できなくなるという問題がある。また、一度商品が寝てしまうと商品１０を起こしつつ前出ししなければならなくなるため、前出しの際に意外と大きな力が必要になったり商品の包装を傷つけたりする等の問題がある。また、この際、前方へ付勢する力に対する耐久力を付与するために押し板２２０や商品引出し具２３０等を厚くするため、陳列具が重量化しコストがかかってしまうという問題がある。

従って、本発明の目的は、厚みが薄くて座りの悪い商品を陳列する場合に、陳列具中の商品が売れて前方に空きスペースが生じても、商品の底部が滑って商品が仰向けに寝てしまうことなく美しく陳列できると共に前出しが容易であり、さらに簡単な構造でコストの低減が可能な商品陳列具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる状況において、本発明者は、鋭意検討を行った結果、商品を載置する底板上に商品支持体が該底板の前後方向に移動自在に設置されると共に、前記底板上面に前記商品支持体と協働して商品を起立させる凹凸が形成されるようにすれば、厚みが薄くて座りの悪い商品を陳列する場合に、陳列具中の商品が売れて前方に空きスペースが生じても、底部が滑って商品が仰向けに寝てしまうことなく美しく陳列できると共に前出しが容易であり、さらに簡単な構造なためコストが低減されること等を見い出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち、本請求項１に係る発明は、略中央部には前後方向に底板切り欠き部を有し、底板切り欠き部の側端に、前方の側端の一部を除いて２条のガイドレールを有する底板と、該底板の前端から上方に延設された前板と、前記底板の一方の側端から上方に延設された仕切り板と、前記底板上に載置された商品が後ろに倒れないように支持すると共に該商品を前出しする商品支持体とを有する商品陳列具であって、前記商品支持体は、商品を支持する平板状の支持板部と、支持板部の下方に一体に延設された前方脚部と、支持板部の下部に上部屈曲部を介し、且つ支持体底部の後端に下部屈曲部を介して連接された後方脚部とを有し、前記支持体底部が前記２条のガイドレールに遊嵌して前記底板の前後方向に摺動可能に設置されると共に、前記底板切り欠き部の側端の外側の底板上面に前記商品支持体と協働して商品を起立させる凹凸が形成されており、前記凹凸は前記前方脚部と前記後方脚部の外側に位置することを特徴とする商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、厚みが薄くて座りの悪い商品を陳列する場合に、陳列具中の商品が売れて前方に空きスペースが生じても、底部が滑って商品が仰向けに寝てしまうことなく美しく陳列できると共に前出しが容易であり、さらに簡単な構造なためコストがかからない。

また、本請求項２に係る発明は、略中央部には前後方向に底板切り欠き部を有し、底板切り欠き部の側端に、前方の側端の一部を除いて２条のガイドレールを有する底板と、前記底板上に載置された商品が後ろに倒れないように支持すると共に該商品を前出しする商品支持体とを有する商品陳列具であって、前記商品支持体は、商品を支持する平板状の支持板部と、支持板部の下方に一体に延設された前方脚部と、支持板部の下部に上部屈曲部を介し、且つ支持体底部の後端に下部屈曲部を介して連接された後方脚部とを有し、前記支持体底部が前記２条のガイドレールに遊嵌して前記底板の前後方向に摺動可能に設置されると共に、前記底板上面に前記商品支持体と協働して商品を起立させる凹凸が形成されており、前記凹凸は前記前方脚部と前記後方脚部の外側に位置することを特徴とする商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、より簡易な構造であるため製造コストが低減できると共に、別途の商品転落防止部や商品仕切り部を準備すれば、これと協働して商品転落防止や商品の仕切りが行える。

また、本請求項３に係る発明は、略中央部には前後方向に底板切り欠き部を有し、底板切り欠き部の側端に、前方の側端の一部を除いて２条のガイドレールを有する底板と、前記底板の一方の側端から上方に延設された仕切り板と、前記仕切り板の一端に該仕切り板と直角な方向に延在して設けられた結合部と、前記底板上に載置された商品が後ろに倒れないように支持すると共に該商品を前出しする商品支持体とを有する商品陳列具であって、商品が陳列される棚板の前部または後部に該棚板の長手方向に沿って配置される支持部材に前記結合部を係合することにより前記仕切り板を前記棚板上に固定状態に保持し、且つ前記商品支持体は、商品を支持する平板状の支持板部と、支持板部の下方に一体に延設された前方脚部と、支持板部の下部に上部屈曲部を介し、且つ支持体底部の後端に下部屈曲部を介して連接された後方脚部とを有し、前記支持体底部が前記２条のガイドレールに遊嵌して前記底板の前後方向に摺動可能に設置されると共に、前記底板上面に前記商品支持体と協働して商品を起立させる凹凸が形成されており、前記凹凸は前記前方脚部と前記後方脚部の外側に位置することを特徴とする商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、該商品陳列具を前部又は後部の一方のみで棚板上の任意の箇所に容易にかつ安定した状態に確実にセットできる。

また、本請求項４に係る発明は、前記支持体底部には脚部嵌合穴が形成され、前記商品支持体は、前方脚部の下部を前記脚部嵌合穴に嵌合したものであり、商品の支持や前出しが不要の際は、前記下部を脚部嵌合穴から脱着し、前記支持板部を後方側に引張り、前記支持板部と前記後方脚部と前記支持体底部を折りたたんで底板上に収納することを特徴とする前記商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、自立可能な商品を陳列する場合や商品支持体を不要とする場合は、折りたたんで収納状態にでき、商品陳列の妨げとならず、陳列用途の選択が広がる。

また、本請求項５に係る発明は、前記凹凸は、前記２条のガイドレールの外側の底板上に前後方向所定のピッチで設けられ側方からみた断面が略三角形状の突起物により形成されるか、又は溝状の凹部により形成されることを特徴とする請求項１〜４のいずれか１項記載の商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、底板上の凹凸の形状が側方からみた断面が略三角形状の突起物で形成される場合は、上記機能のうち、特に商品底部の滑りを効果的に防止でき、前出しの際に商品の底部に過度の力を与えない。また、底板から突出した突起物だけで凹凸部を形成するため、底板の厚さを薄くでき、商品収納スペースが広がる。また、溝状の凹部により形成される場合は、底板に薄物以外の厚みのある商品を載置しても、凸状突起によって商品の下部が傷つけられることがない。

また、本請求項６に係る発明は、前記仕切り板は、該仕切り板に形成されたガイド溝に遊嵌して該仕切り板の前後方向に摺動可能で、且つその後部に前記商品支持体を後方から前方に押し出す押圧片を備えた商品引出し部材を有することを特徴とする請求項１〜５のいずれか１項記載の商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、上記機能に加え、商品や商品支持体に直接触れずに商品引出し部材を手前に引き出すだけで前出しを行うことができる。このため、商品陳列具をわざわざ商品陳列棚から取り出さなくても商品を前出しできる。

また、本請求項７に係る発明は、前記商品陳列具は、商品陳列棚に取り付け具を使用することなく載置され、商品陳列棚からの出し入れが自在なカセット式のものであることを特徴とする請求項１〜６のいずれか１項記載の商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、上記機能に加え、作業員は当該商品陳列具を商品陳列棚から取り出し、手元に引き寄せて作業を行うことができ、陳列商品の補充や取り替え等が容易となる。

また、本請求項８に係る発明は、前記商品陳列具に陳列される商品が、それ自身で起立不能な薄物商品であることを特徴とする請求項１〜７のいずれか１項記載の商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、それ自身で起立不能な薄物包装物であっても底部が滑って商品が仰向けに寝てしまうことなく美しく陳列できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を挙げて図１〜図２０に基づいて詳述する。図１〜図８は本発明の第１の実施の形態例を示す図である。図１は第１の実施の形態の商品陳列具１ａを示す斜視図、図２は図１の商品陳列具１ａに薄物商品１０を陳列した図、図３は図１のＡ−Ａ線に沿う断面図、図４は図１の商品陳列具の右側面図である。図１及び図２において、商品陳列具１ａは、前後方向に形成された２条のガイドレール６５、６５を有する底板２と、底板２の前端から上方に延設された前板３と、底板２の一方の側端から上方に延設された仕切り板４と、底板２上に載置された商品１０が後ろに倒れないように支持すると共に商品１０を前出しする商品支持体５とを有する。商品陳列具１ａにおいて、商品支持体５は２条のガイドレール６５、６５に遊嵌して底板２の前後方向に摺動可能に設置されると共に、底板２の上面２１に商品支持体５と協働して商品１０を起立させる凹凸７が、前記２条のガイドレール６５、６５の外側の底板２上に前後方向所定のピッチで設けられ側方からみた断面が略三角形状の突起物７ａによって形成される。また、商品陳列具１ａは底板２と、前板３と、仕切り板４とが一体に形成されると共に、棚板１２上に取り付け工具を使用することなく載置され、棚板１２からの出し入れが自在のカセット式のものになっている。

底板２は、商品陳列棚１２上に載置する略矩形の部材である。底板２の略中央部には前後方向に底板切り欠き部６が設けられており、底板切り欠き部６の側端６１、６１には、前方の側端の一部６２、６２を除いてガイドレール６５、６５が配置される。ガイドレール６５、６５は、商品支持体５を遊嵌して底板２の前後方向に摺動して移動可能にするために設置される。

底板切り欠き部６の側端６１、６１の外側の底板２上には、商品支持体５と協働して商品１０を起立させる凹凸７が形成される。凹凸７は、図１及び図２に示すように、前後方向所定のピッチで設けられ側方からみた断面が略三角形状の突起物７ａと底板２とにより形成される。突起物７ａは、商品１０の下部が前方に滑ることを抑止するように底板上面２１から突起物７ａの頂上部７３に上方に傾斜して設けられた商品滑り抑止部７１と、突起物７ａの頂上部７３から底板２の上面２１に下方に傾斜して設けられた壁部７２とからなる。図１において、底板２の上面２１と商品滑り抑止部７１とのなす角度は１３５°程度である。なお、この角度は特に限定されるものではなく９０〜１６０°、好ましくは１２０〜１５０°の範囲内で設計変更等してもよい。ただし、この角度が１５０°を越えると商品１０の底部１１の滑りを止めることができず、また９０°未満であると商品１０の前出しが困難になる。底板２の上面２１と壁部７２とのなす角度は、図１においては１３５°程度に示されるが、特に限定されるものではない。また、突起物７ａの大きさは、載置される商品１０に応じて適宜決定される。さらに、突起物７ａは、底板上の前後方向に所定のピッチで形成されるが、ピッチの大きさも載置される商品１０に応じて適宜決定される。

前板３は、底板２上に載置された商品１０が前傾しても前方に転倒しないように作用すると共に、前出し作業等で商品陳列具１ａ全体を引き出す際に把手となる前板本体部３１ａと、さらに把持し易くするための把手板３１ｂを有する。把手板３１ｂは前板本体部３１ａの上部から前方水平方向に延設される。なお、把手板３１ｂはあってもなくてもよく、また、把手板３１ｂが形成される場所は特に限定されず、前板３の上部、平面部又は下部のどこでもよい。このように把手板３１ｂが形成されることにより、商品陳列具１ａ全体を商品陳列棚１２から取り出す際の作業性が向上する。

仕切り板４は、底板２上に載置された商品１０を他の陳列具の商品と区別して整然と載置すると共に、商品陳列具１ａを陳列棚１２から取り出す際、商品１０の横転落を防止するためのものである。なお、仕切り板４は底板２の一方の側端のみに設けられて、両方の側端に設けられないが、これは底板２に載置される商品１０の大きさに制限されないと共に、底板２上への商品１０の補充を容易にするためである。

商品支持体５は、商品１０を支持する平板状の支持板部５１と、支持板部５１の下方に一体に延設された前方脚部５２と、支持板部５１の下部に上部屈曲部５３ａを介し、且つ支持体底部５４の後端に下部屈曲部５３ｂを介して連接された後方脚部５３と、前方脚部５２の下部５２ａが抜き差し可能な脚部嵌合穴５５ａ、５５ｂを有すると共に、２条のガイドレール６５、６５に遊嵌する嵌合片５４ｂ、５４ｂを支持体底部の両側端５４ａ、５４ａの下部に有する平板状の支持体底部５４とから構成される。

支持板部５１は、図１〜図４に示すように、下部５２ａを脚部嵌合穴５５ａに嵌合した前方脚部５２と、後方脚部５３とに支持されて斜め後方に傾斜した状態になり、商品１０を後方から支持する。また、下部５２ａが嵌合する脚部嵌合穴５５を脚部嵌合穴５５ａから前方の脚部嵌合穴５５ｂに変えれば、支持板部５１をさらに深く後方傾斜させることができ、これにより商品１０の載置される角度（仰角）を調節できるようになっている。また、商品１０が自立可能なものの場合や商品支持体を不要とする場合は、折りたたんで収納状態とすることができる。すなわち、下部５２ａを脚部嵌合穴５５ａから脱着して支持板部５１を矢印Ｂ方向に引っ張ることにより支持板部５１、後方脚部５３及び支持体底部５４を略同一平面になるように伸ばし、次いでこれらを底板２上に倒し込めば、載置される商品１０の邪魔にならない。

支持体底部５４は、図３に示すように、嵌合片５４ｂ、５４ｂが両側端５４ａ、５４ａの下部に鍵状に形成され、２条のガイドレール６５、６５と遊嵌するため、商品支持体５は、底板２の前後方向に摺動可能であり、底板２に載置された商品１０を簡単に前出しできる。また、商品支持体５を使用しないときには、支持体底部５４を底板切り欠き部６の前方端に当接するまでスライドさせてガイドレール６５、６５から嵌合片５４ｂ、５４ｂを外し、次いで上方に引き抜くことにより、底板２から商品支持体５を取り外すことができる。

商品陳列具１ａに載置される商品１０としては、コンビニエンスストアー等で陳列されるものであれば特に限定されるものではないが、例えば数枚ずつパック包装されたハム、パック入り惣菜、レトルト食品のパック等のように厚みが薄く、それ自身で起立不能な薄物商品であることが好ましい。

次に、図２及び図４〜図８に基づいて商品陳列具１ａの使用方法について説明する。図５〜図８は第１の実施の形態の商品陳列具１ａを取り出して使用する使用状態図である。図４は、商品陳列具１ａ中に載置された商品１０が購買者により抜き取られ、底板２の手前側に商品１０が載置されない状態を示す。この状態において、商品１０は、商品１０の集合物１００中一番後ろの商品１０ｃの背面が商品支持体５により支持されると共に、商品の底部１１が突起部７ａの商品滑り抑止部７１により前方に滑ることを抑止される、すなわち、商品支持体５と突起部７ａとが協働して商品１０を起立させるため、商品１０の集合物１００は底板２の前方に向かって滑ることがなく、商品１０の前面が見難くなることがない。図２は、図４の状態から、購買者が一番手前の商品１０ａを矢印Ｃ方向に抜き取ったときの状態を示す。この場合、突起物７ａ、７ａ間において、商品１０ａが抜き取られることにより商品１０ｂの底部１１が矢印Ｄ方向に滑るが、突起物７ａの商品滑り抑止部７１により滑りが止まる。このため商品１０は倒れることがなく、且つ商品１０の前面が見難くなることもない。

次に、商品陳列具１ａを商品陳列棚から取り出して商品１０を前出し及び補充する手順の例を説明する。まず、図５に示すように、矢印Ｅ方向に前板３の把手板３１ｂをつかんで商品陳列棚１２から商品陳列具１ａを引き出す。この際、商品陳列具１ａは、底板２、前板３、仕切り板４及び商品支持体５が一体のカセット式のものであるため、容易に引き出すことができる。次いで、図６に示すように、商品支持体５を商品１０の集合物１００と共に前方に手動で引き寄せ、商品１０の前出しを行う。次いで、図７に示すように、前方に引き寄せた商品支持体５を後方に押しやり、商品１０の集合物１００と商品支持体５との間にスペースを設け、このスペースに新たな商品１０の集合物１０１を補充する。商品の集合物１０１の補充を終えたら、商品支持体５を再び前方に引き寄せ、商品の集合物１０１との間のスペースを詰める。最後に商品１０の補充を終えた商品陳列具１ａを、矢印Ｆの方向に移動させて図８に示すように商品陳列棚１２上に戻して、商品１０の前出し、補充作業を完了する。

上記第１の実施の形態は、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々改変することができる。例えば、凹凸７の形状は、載置商品が底板２上を滑らない構造のものであれば、側方からみた断面が三角形状、矩形状、半円状等のどのような形状でもよい。また、凹凸７が設けられるピッチも載置商品１０により任意で選択すればよい。図９の（Ａ）は凹凸７の凸部が突起物７ｂである場合の商品陳列具１ａの変形例１ｂである。商品陳列具１ａと変形例１ｂとの相違点は、突起物７ｂ、７ｂ間に平坦部分がなく連続して設けられている点にある。変形例１ｂによれば、商品陳列具１ａと同様の機能に加えて、突起物７ｂ、７ｂ間の平坦部分がないため、商品１０が底板２の平坦部分で微妙に横方向に向いてしまうことがなくなり、より美しく陳列することができる。また、図９の（Ｂ）は凹凸７の凸部が突起物７ｃである場合の商品陳列具１ａの変形例１ｃである。商品陳列具１ａと変形例１ｃとの相違点は、突起物７ｃの壁部７２の傾斜が突起物７ａと比較してなだらかになっており、その角度が略１６０°に形成されている点にある。変形例１ｃによれば、商品陳列具１ａと同様の機能に加えて、壁部７２の傾斜がなだらかであるため、商品１０の前出しの際に商品１０の底部１１が突起物７ｃの頂上部７３から底板２の上面２１に一気に移動しても底部１１に与えられる力が少なくなる。

また、図９の（Ｃ）は凹凸７の凸部が突起物７ｄである場合の商品陳列具１ａの変形例１ｄである。商品陳列具１ａと変形例１ｄとの相違点は、突起物７ｄの壁部７２の傾斜が突起物７ａと比較してなだらかになってその角度が略１６０°であり、且つ突起物７ｄ、７ｄ間に平坦部分がなく連続して設けられている点にある。変形例１ｄによれば、商品陳列具１ａと同様の機能に加えて、突起物７ｄ、７ｄ間の平坦部分がないため、商品１０が底板２の平坦部分で微妙に横方向に向いてしまうことがなくなってより美しく陳列することができると共に、壁部７２の傾斜が突起物７ａと比較してなだらかであるため、商品１０の底部１１に与えられる力が少なくなる。

次に、本発明の第２の実施の形態の商品陳列具について、図１０及び図１１に基づき説明する。第２の実施の形態において、第１の実施の形態例と同一構成要素には同一符号を付してその説明を省略し、相違点について説明する。第２の実施の形態と第１の実施の形態との相違点は、第１の実施の形態では凹凸７が突起物７ａ等の突起物の形状又は突起物の形状と底板とにより形成されていたのに対し、第２の実施の形態では凹凸７が溝状の凹部７ｅ又は７ｆを設けることにより形成される点にある。すなわち、図１０に示される商品陳列具１ｅにおいて、凹凸７は側面から見た断面形状が略三角形状の溝状凹部７ｅを設けることにより形成される。溝状凹部７ｅは、第１の実施の形態の突起物７と同様に商品滑り抑止部７１と壁部７２とが形成されるが、溝状凹部７ｅ、７ｅ間に、平坦部分２１が商品滑り抑止部７１及び壁部７２よりも高い位置に設けられる。商品陳列具１ｅによれば、上記第１の実施の形態と同様の機能に加えて、底板２上に薄物でない箱型の商品１０等を載置して前出ししても、突起物７の頂上部７３によって箱型の商品１０等の底部を損傷することがなくなる。

図１１は商品陳列具１ｅの変形例１ｆの側面図である。変形例１ｆと商品陳列具１ｅとの相違点は、変形例１ｆの溝状凹部７ｆの壁部７２の傾斜角度が、商品陳列具１ｅの溝状凹部７ｅよりもなだらかになっている点である。変形例１ｆによれば、商品陳列具１ｅと同様の機能に加えて、壁部７２の傾斜がなだらかであるため、商品１０の前出しの際に商品１０の底部１１が底板２の上面２１から壁部７２に一気に移動しても底部１１に与えられる力が少なくなる。第２の実施の形態の商品陳列具は、第１の実施の形態の商品陳列具と同様の方法で使用される。

次に、本発明の第３の実施の形態の商品陳列具について、図１２及び図１３に基づき説明する。第３の実施の形態において、第１の実施の形態と同一構成要素には同一符号を付してその説明を省略し、相違点について説明する。第３の実施の形態と第１の実施の形態との相違点は、第１の実施の形態における仕切り板４が、仕切り板４に設けられたスライド溝に遊嵌して仕切り板４の前後方向に摺動可能で、且つその後部に商品支持体５を前方に押し出す押圧片８５が形成された商品引出し部材８を有する点にある。すなわち、図１２及び図１３に示される商品陳列具１ｇにおいて、仕切り板４は、その一部にスライド溝８２、８３が形成され、このスライド溝８２、８３に商品引出し部材８が遊嵌して摺動可能に形成される。商品引出し部材８は、スライド溝８２、８３に遊嵌して摺動可能な長板状の引出し本体８１と、仕切り板４に略垂直且つ前板３と略平行に引出し本体８１後部から延設された平板状の押圧片８５と、押圧片８５の背面に引出し本体８１と一体に設けられた後方連結部材８４とから構成される。また、後方連結部材８４の後端部には係止凸部（図示せず）が設けられ、この係止凸部と仕切り板４の後端部内側に突設された後方係止部８７の係止凸部（図示せず）との間に、通常縮んだ状態のコイルバネ９の両端をはめ込み、これらの間に介在させる。
