【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、主にコンビニエンスストアーやスーパー等の店内に設置されている商品陳列棚等に取り出し自在に載置することにより用いられ、載置商品の前出しが容易で且つ載置商品の倒伏を防止できる商品陳列具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、コンビニエンスストアーやスーパー等では、商品陳列棚に、多種類の商品が豊富に陳列されている。商品は手前の方から売れてゆくため、奥にある商品を手前に出すいわゆる前出し作業が必要となる。このため、前出し機能を備えた商品陳列棚又は商品陳列具が提案されている。例えば、図21に示すように、底板201の一側に仕切り板210を起立させて連設し、この仕切り板210にスライド溝211を設け、このスライド溝211に押し板220を設けた商品引出し具230を嵌めてなり、底板201上の奥に残った商品を商品引出し具230を引き寄せることにより、前出しできる商品陳列具200がある(実開昭63−140254号公報参照)。この商品陳列具200を用いることにより陳列商品の前出しを容易にすることができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、コンビニエンスストアーやスーパー等に陳列される商品には、数枚ずつパック包装されたハム、パック入り惣菜等のような商品もある。このような商品は厚みが薄くて座りが悪いにも関わらず、食品等の商品の内容が購買者によく見えるために、あるいは美しく陳列して購買意欲を喚起するために立てかけられて陳列されることが多い。しかし、厚みの薄い商品を上述の商品陳列具200に陳列した場合、商品が売れて商品陳列具200中の前方に空きスペースが生じると商品10の底部が前方に滑って商品が仰向けに寝てしまうため、商品10の内容が購買者から見難くなったり美しく陳列できなくなるという問題がある。また、一度商品が寝てしまうと商品10を起こしつつ前出ししなければならなくなるため、前出しの際に意外と大きな力が必要になったり商品の包装を傷つけたりする等の問題がある。また、この際、前方へ付勢する力に対する耐久力を付与するために押し板220や商品引出し具230等を厚くするため、陳列具が重量化しコストがかかってしまうという問題がある。

従って、本発明の目的は、厚みが薄くて座りの悪い商品を陳列する場合に、陳列具中の商品が売れて前方に空きスペースが生じても、商品の底部が滑って商品が仰向けに寝てしまうことなく美しく陳列できると共に前出しが容易であり、さらに簡単な構造でコストの低減が可能な商品陳列具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる状況において、本発明者は、鋭意検討を行った結果、商品を載置する底板上に商品支持体が該底板の前後方向に移動自在に設置されると共に、前記底板上面に前記商品支持体と協働して商品を起立させる凹凸が形成されるようにすれば、厚みが薄くて座りの悪い商品を陳列する場合に、陳列具中の商品が売れて前方に空きスペースが生じても、底部が滑って商品が仰向けに寝てしまうことなく美しく陳列できると共に前出しが容易であり、さらに簡単な構造なためコストが低減されること等を見い出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち、本請求項1に係る発明は、略中央部には前後方向に底板切り欠き部を有し、底板切り欠き部の側端に、前方の側端の一部を除いて2条のガイドレールを有する底板と、該底板の前端から上方に延設された前板と、前記底板の一方の側端から上方に延設された仕切り板と、前記底板上に載置された商品が後ろに倒れないように支持すると共に該商品を前出しする商品支持体とを有する商品陳列具であって、前記商品支持体は、商品を支持する平板状の支持板部と、支持板部の下方に一体に延設された前方脚部と、支持板部の下部に上部屈曲部を介し、且つ支持体底部の後端に下部屈曲部を介して連接された後方脚部とを有し、前記支持体底部が前記2条のガイドレールに遊嵌して前記底板の前後方向に摺動可能に設置されると共に、前記底板切り欠き部の側端の外側の底板上面に前記商品支持体と協働して商品を起立させる凹凸が形成されており、前記凹凸は前記前方脚部と前記後方脚部の外側に位置することを特徴とする商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、厚みが薄くて座りの悪い商品を陳列する場合に、陳列具中の商品が売れて前方に空きスペースが生じても、底部が滑って商品が仰向けに寝てしまうことなく美しく陳列できると共に前出しが容易であり、さらに簡単な構造なためコストがかからない。

また、本請求項3に係る発明は、略中央部には前後方向に底板切り欠き部を有し、底板切り欠き部の側端に、前方の側端の一部を除いて2条のガイドレールを有する底板と、前記底板の一方の側端から上方に延設された仕切り板と、前記仕切り板の一端に該仕切り板と直角な方向に延在して設けられた結合部と、前記底板上に載置された商品が後ろに倒れないように支持すると共に該商品を前出しする商品支持体とを有する商品陳列具であって、商品が陳列される棚板の前部または後部に該棚板の長手方向に沿って配置される支持部材に前記結合部を係合することにより前記仕切り板を前記棚板上に固定状態に保持し、且つ前記商品支持体は、商品を支持する平板状の支持板部と、支持板部の下方に一体に延設された前方脚部と、支持板部の下部に上部屈曲部を介し、且つ支持体底部の後端に下部屈曲部を介して連接された後方脚部とを有し、前記支持体底部が前記2条のガイドレールに遊嵌して前記底板の前後方向に摺動可能に設置されると共に、前記底板上面に前記商品支持体と協働して商品を起立させる凹凸が形成されており、前記凹凸は前記前方脚部と前記後方脚部の外側に位置することを特徴とする商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、該商品陳列具を前部又は後部の一方のみで棚板上の任意の箇所に容易にかつ安定した状態に確実にセットできる。

また、本請求項4に係る発明は、前記支持体底部には脚部嵌合穴が形成され、前記商品支持体は、前方脚部の下部を前記脚部嵌合穴に嵌合したものであり、商品の支持や前出しが不要の際は、前記下部を脚部嵌合穴から脱着し、前記支持板部を後方側に引張り、前記支持板部と前記後方脚部と前記支持体底部を折りたたんで底板上に収納することを特徴とする前記商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、自立可能な商品を陳列する場合や商品支持体を不要とする場合は、折りたたんで収納状態にでき、商品陳列の妨げとならず、陳列用途の選択が広がる。

また、本請求項5に係る発明は、前記凹凸は、前記2条のガイドレールの外側の底板上に前後方向所定のピッチで設けられ側方からみた断面が略三角形状の突起物により形成されるか、又は溝状の凹部により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、底板上の凹凸の形状が側方からみた断面が略三角形状の突起物で形成される場合は、上記機能のうち、特に商品底部の滑りを効果的に防止でき、前出しの際に商品の底部に過度の力を与えない。また、底板から突出した突起物だけで凹凸部を形成するため、底板の厚さを薄くでき、商品収納スペースが広がる。また、溝状の凹部により形成される場合は、底板に薄物以外の厚みのある商品を載置しても、凸状突起によって商品の下部が傷つけられることがない。

また、本請求項6に係る発明は、前記仕切り板は、該仕切り板に形成されたガイド溝に遊嵌して該仕切り板の前後方向に摺動可能で、且つその後部に前記商品支持体を後方から前方に押し出す押圧片を備えた商品引出し部材を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、上記機能に加え、商品や商品支持体に直接触れずに商品引出し部材を手前に引き出すだけで前出しを行うことができる。このため、商品陳列具をわざわざ商品陳列棚から取り出さなくても商品を前出しできる。

また、本請求項7に係る発明は、前記商品陳列具は、商品陳列棚に取り付け具を使用することなく載置され、商品陳列棚からの出し入れが自在なカセット式のものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の商品陳列具を提供するものである。かかる構成を採ることにより、上記機能に加え、作業員は当該商品陳列具を商品陳列棚から取り出し、手元に引き寄せて作業を行うことができ、陳列商品の補充や取り替え等が容易となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を挙げて図1〜図20に基づいて詳述する。図1〜図8は本発明の第1の実施の形態例を示す図である。図1は第1の実施の形態の商品陳列具1aを示す斜視図、図2は図1の商品陳列具1aに薄物商品10を陳列した図、図3は図1のA−A線に沿う断面図、図4は図1の商品陳列具の右側面図である。図1及び図2において、商品陳列具1aは、前後方向に形成された2条のガイドレール65、65を有する底板2と、底板2の前端から上方に延設された前板3と、底板2の一方の側端から上方に延設された仕切り板4と、底板2上に載置された商品10が後ろに倒れないように支持すると共に商品10を前出しする商品支持体5とを有する。商品陳列具1aにおいて、商品支持体5は2条のガイドレール65、65に遊嵌して底板2の前後方向に摺動可能に設置されると共に、底板2の上面21に商品支持体5と協働して商品10を起立させる凹凸7が、前記2条のガイドレール65、65の外側の底板2上に前後方向所定のピッチで設けられ側方からみた断面が略三角形状の突起物7aによって形成される。また、商品陳列具1aは底板2と、前板3と、仕切り板4とが一体に形成されると共に、棚板12上に取り付け工具を使用することなく載置され、棚板12からの出し入れが自在のカセット式のものになっている。

底板2は、商品陳列棚12上に載置する略矩形の部材である。底板2の略中央部には前後方向に底板切り欠き部6が設けられており、底板切り欠き部6の側端61、61には、前方の側端の一部62、62を除いてガイドレール65、65が配置される。ガイドレール65、65は、商品支持体5を遊嵌して底板2の前後方向に摺動して移動可能にするために設置される。

底板切り欠き部6の側端61、61の外側の底板2上には、商品支持体5と協働して商品10を起立させる凹凸7が形成される。凹凸7は、図1及び図2に示すように、前後方向所定のピッチで設けられ側方からみた断面が略三角形状の突起物7aと底板2とにより形成される。突起物7aは、商品10の下部が前方に滑ることを抑止するように底板上面21から突起物7aの頂上部73に上方に傾斜して設けられた商品滑り抑止部71と、突起物7aの頂上部73から底板2の上面21に下方に傾斜して設けられた壁部72とからなる。図1において、底板2の上面21と商品滑り抑止部71とのなす角度は135°程度である。なお、この角度は特に限定されるものではなく90〜160°、好ましくは120〜150°の範囲内で設計変更等してもよい。ただし、この角度が150°を越えると商品10の底部11の滑りを止めることができず、また90°未満であると商品10の前出しが困難になる。底板2の上面21と壁部72とのなす角度は、図1においては135°程度に示されるが、特に限定されるものではない。また、突起物7aの大きさは、載置される商品10に応じて適宜決定される。さらに、突起物7aは、底板上の前後方向に所定のピッチで形成されるが、ピッチの大きさも載置される商品10に応じて適宜決定される。

前板3は、底板2上に載置された商品10が前傾しても前方に転倒しないように作用すると共に、前出し作業等で商品陳列具1a全体を引き出す際に把手となる前板本体部31aと、さらに把持し易くするための把手板31bを有する。把手板31bは前板本体部31aの上部から前方水平方向に延設される。なお、把手板31bはあってもなくてもよく、また、把手板31bが形成される場所は特に限定されず、前板3の上部、平面部又は下部のどこでもよい。このように把手板31bが形成されることにより、商品陳列具1a全体を商品陳列棚12から取り出す際の作業性が向上する。

仕切り板4は、底板2上に載置された商品10を他の陳列具の商品と区別して整然と載置すると共に、商品陳列具1aを陳列棚12から取り出す際、商品10の横転落を防止するためのものである。なお、仕切り板4は底板2の一方の側端のみに設けられて、両方の側端に設けられないが、これは底板2に載置される商品10の大きさに制限されないと共に、底板2上への商品10の補充を容易にするためである。

支持板部51は、図1〜図4に示すように、下部52aを脚部嵌合穴55aに嵌合した前方脚部52と、後方脚部53とに支持されて斜め後方に傾斜した状態になり、商品10を後方から支持する。また、下部52aが嵌合する脚部嵌合穴55を脚部嵌合穴55aから前方の脚部嵌合穴55bに変えれば、支持板部51をさらに深く後方傾斜させることができ、これにより商品10の載置される角度(仰角)を調節できるようになっている。また、商品10が自立可能なものの場合や商品支持体を不要とする場合は、折りたたんで収納状態とすることができる。すなわち、下部52aを脚部嵌合穴55aから脱着して支持板部51を矢印B方向に引っ張ることにより支持板部51、後方脚部53及び支持体底部54を略同一平面になるように伸ばし、次いでこれらを底板2上に倒し込めば、載置される商品10の邪魔にならない。

次に、図2及び図4〜図8に基づいて商品陳列具1aの使用方法について説明する。図5〜図8は第1の実施の形態の商品陳列具1aを取り出して使用する使用状態図である。図4は、商品陳列具1a中に載置された商品10が購買者により抜き取られ、底板2の手前側に商品10が載置されない状態を示す。この状態において、商品10は、商品10の集合物100中一番後ろの商品10cの背面が商品支持体5により支持されると共に、商品の底部11が突起部7aの商品滑り抑止部71により前方に滑ることを抑止される、すなわち、商品支持体5と突起部7aとが協働して商品10を起立させるため、商品10の集合物100は底板2の前方に向かって滑ることがなく、商品10の前面が見難くなることがない。図2は、図4の状態から、購買者が一番手前の商品10aを矢印C方向に抜き取ったときの状態を示す。この場合、突起物7a、7a間において、商品10aが抜き取られることにより商品10bの底部11が矢印D方向に滑るが、突起物7aの商品滑り抑止部71により滑りが止まる。このため商品10は倒れることがなく、且つ商品10の前面が見難くなることもない。

次に、商品陳列具1aを商品陳列棚から取り出して商品10を前出し及び補充する手順の例を説明する。まず、図5に示すように、矢印E方向に前板3の把手板31bをつかんで商品陳列棚12から商品陳列具1aを引き出す。この際、商品陳列具1aは、底板2、前板3、仕切り板4及び商品支持体5が一体のカセット式のものであるため、容易に引き出すことができる。次いで、図6に示すように、商品支持体5を商品10の集合物100と共に前方に手動で引き寄せ、商品10の前出しを行う。次いで、図7に示すように、前方に引き寄せた商品支持体5を後方に押しやり、商品10の集合物100と商品支持体5との間にスペースを設け、このスペースに新たな商品10の集合物101を補充する。商品の集合物101の補充を終えたら、商品支持体5を再び前方に引き寄せ、商品の集合物101との間のスペースを詰める。最後に商品10の補充を終えた商品陳列具1aを、矢印Fの方向に移動させて図8に示すように商品陳列棚12上に戻して、商品10の前出し、補充作業を完了する。

上記第1の実施の形態は、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々改変することができる。例えば、凹凸7の形状は、載置商品が底板2上を滑らない構造のものであれば、側方からみた断面が三角形状、矩形状、半円状等のどのような形状でもよい。また、凹凸7が設けられるピッチも載置商品10により任意で選択すればよい。図9の(A)は凹凸7の凸部が突起物7bである場合の商品陳列具1aの変形例1bである。商品陳列具1aと変形例1bとの相違点は、突起物7b、7b間に平坦部分がなく連続して設けられている点にある。変形例1bによれば、商品陳列具1aと同様の機能に加えて、突起物7b、7b間の平坦部分がないため、商品10が底板2の平坦部分で微妙に横方向に向いてしまうことがなくなり、より美しく陳列することができる。また、図9の(B)は凹凸7の凸部が突起物7cである場合の商品陳列具1aの変形例1cである。商品陳列具1aと変形例1cとの相違点は、突起物7cの壁部72の傾斜が突起物7aと比較してなだらかになっており、その角度が略160°に形成されている点にある。変形例1cによれば、商品陳列具1aと同様の機能に加えて、壁部72の傾斜がなだらかであるため、商品10の前出しの際に商品10の底部11が突起物7cの頂上部73から底板2の上面21に一気に移動しても底部11に与えられる力が少なくなる。

また、図9の(C)は凹凸7の凸部が突起物7dである場合の商品陳列具1aの変形例1dである。商品陳列具1aと変形例1dとの相違点は、突起物7dの壁部72の傾斜が突起物7aと比較してなだらかになってその角度が略160°であり、且つ突起物7d、7d間に平坦部分がなく連続して設けられている点にある。変形例1dによれば、商品陳列具1aと同様の機能に加えて、突起物7d、7d間の平坦部分がないため、商品10が底板2の平坦部分で微妙に横方向に向いてしまうことがなくなってより美しく陳列することができると共に、壁部72の傾斜が突起物7aと比較してなだらかであるため、商品10の底部11に与えられる力が少なくなる。

次に、本発明の第2の実施の形態の商品陳列具について、図10及び図11に基づき説明する。第2の実施の形態において、第1の実施の形態例と同一構成要素には同一符号を付してその説明を省略し、相違点について説明する。第2の実施の形態と第1の実施の形態との相違点は、第1の実施の形態では凹凸7が突起物7a等の突起物の形状又は突起物の形状と底板とにより形成されていたのに対し、第2の実施の形態では凹凸7が溝状の凹部7e又は7fを設けることにより形成される点にある。すなわち、図10に示される商品陳列具1eにおいて、凹凸7は側面から見た断面形状が略三角形状の溝状凹部7eを設けることにより形成される。溝状凹部7eは、第1の実施の形態の突起物7と同様に商品滑り抑止部71と壁部72とが形成されるが、溝状凹部7e、7e間に、平坦部分21が商品滑り抑止部71及び壁部72よりも高い位置に設けられる。商品陳列具1eによれば、上記第1の実施の形態と同様の機能に加えて、底板2上に薄物でない箱型の商品10等を載置して前出ししても、突起物7の頂上部73によって箱型の商品10等の底部を損傷することがなくなる。
