Description

The present invention relates to a product automatic advance shelf device that facilitates advance delivery of display products used in supermarkets and the like.

In supermarkets and the like, the displayed products are sold sequentially from the front of the display shelf, so as time passes, the products are lost or become very small in front of the display shelf. In this case, the customer often misses the product in the back of the display shelf, or somehow is difficult to remove, and the willingness to purchase decreases rapidly, and the sales of the product are often adversely affected. In order to solve this, the worker frequently moves the product remaining in the back to the front and replenishes a new product behind the product.
However, the work of replenishing a new product into the rear space is difficult to perform because the product in the front gets in the way. In addition, moving the products in the back to the front is a difficult task. In recent years, various methods and apparatuses have been proposed for facilitating the replenishment of such new products and for always placing products in advance.
For example, in registered utility model No. 3043288, the entire shelf of a fixed product display shelf can be pulled out to the front with a single touch, and the rearrangement, organization and replenishment of display products to the front are safe. A new instrument that can be implemented quickly and accurately is disclosed. This new instrument is equipped with a relay tool incorporating a rotating wheel, an inverted L-shaped baseboard corresponding to an existing display rack support tool, and a support cover that wraps two kinds of instruments, and these instruments are integrated as a unit. Is. It is also known that the product display shelf is not moved in the front-rear direction, but a product advancement body having a product advancement function is installed on the fixed product display shelf to automatically push the display product forward. ing.
Registered Utility Model No. 3043288 (Claim 1)
However, the new device described in the registered utility model No. 3043288 has a problem that the structure is complicated such that a rotating wheel is incorporated in the relay tool, and the manufacturing cost is high. In addition, since the conventional product advancement body is installed on the display surface inclined forward and downward and has a weight on it, the forward pressing force is small and a large amount of products are lined up in the front-rear direction. Could not be sent forward reliably.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to have an act of automatically and surely feeding displayed products forward even when a large number of products are lined up in the front-rear direction, reducing the labor of the operator's advance work. It is an object of the present invention to provide an automatic product advance shelf device that makes it easy for customers to take out products.

Next, a product automatic advance shelf apparatus (hereinafter, also simply referred to as “advance shelf apparatus”) according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a product automatic advance shelf apparatus in the first embodiment, FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining an assembly method of the advance shelf apparatus in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a product advance body. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a part of the product advancement body shown in FIG. 3 as viewed from the back side, FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged view of the display shelf of FIG. 1, and FIG. It is a figure explaining the contact condition of the product lead-out body. In this specification, “front” refers to the side from which the product is taken out (symbol X), that is, the customer side, and “rear” refers to the opposite side (symbol Y). Moreover, the left-right direction shows the direction seen from the front side.
In FIG. 1, a product automatic advance shelf device 10 is placed on a product display surface 7 having a guide portion 70 formed in a large number at a predetermined pitch in the left-right direction and extending in the front-rear direction. , The product advancement body 2 guided by the guide unit 70 and always in the forward movement state in the natural state, and the product partition plates 5 and 5 for partitioning the display product in the advancement state by the product advancement body 2 A large number of rollers 4 as sliding means are provided in the front-rear direction on the product display surface side of the product front-end body 2, that is, the back surface of the bottom plate 21 of the product front-end body 2, and the front and rear are slide means on the product display surface 7 A number of rib members extending in the direction are attached to the left and right at an appropriate pitch.
In addition to the above, as a form of attaching a sliding member such as a roller to the back surface of the bottom plate 21 of the product advancement body 2, for example, a small wheel is attached to the side surface of the bottom plate 21 of the product advancement body 2. Also good. In the present invention, the sliding means includes a sliding member in addition to a roller and a rib member extending in the front-rear direction. Examples of the sliding material include a normal steel plate coated with a coating agent having a friction reducing effect, a low friction material such as a fluorine resin, or a material having a reduced contact area such as an embossed surface.
As shown in FIG. 5, the display shelf 9 forming the product display surface 7 of this example includes a product display surface 7 composed of repetition of three tall high ribs 71 and two short low ribs 72, It is comprised from the front member 91a which has the horizontal engagement groove | channel 8 with which a goods fall prevention plate engages. The product display surface 7 has high ribs 71 (sliding means) and constitutes a guide portion that guides the forward movement of the product advancement body 2 as will be described later in cooperation with the high ribs 71 and the low ribs 72. The upper end of the high rib 71 is pointed to make it easy to slip. The high rib 71 is formed with a longitudinal engagement groove 76 with which the product partition plate is engaged at every predetermined pitch. As shown in FIG. 2, the display shelf 9 may be installed on an existing product display shelf 50, or may constitute a new display shelf. Further, the shape of the product display surface 7 is, for example, a repetitive structure of ribs having a single height, in addition to the above-described repetition of the three high ribs 71 that are tall and the two low ribs 72 that are short. The roller may be placed between one rib and another rib adjacent to the one rib.
The product advancement body 2 includes a flat bottom plate 21, a front member 23 that restricts the forward movement of the product placed on the bottom plate 21 erected from the front end of the bottom plate 21, and a slight center of the bottom plate 1. A product pressing plate 22 with the rear inclined surface facing forward, a strip-shaped steel plate 31 (connecting member 3) having a base end portion 32 at the tip and fixing the rear end on the rear side of the product pressing plate 22, and a bottom plate A plurality of rollers 29 are provided on both sides of the bottom surface of 21 and in the front-rear direction. On the back surface of the product pressing plate 22, there is a mainspring storage portion (not shown) that winds and stores the strip-shaped steel plate 31 as the product advancement body 2 moves forward. In addition, as a location where the connection member 3 is connected, one end is a front side member of the display shelf and the other is not particularly limited as long as the other is the product advancement body 2. Note that three rib members 24 are attached in the front-rear direction on the upper surface of the bottom plate 21 and in front of the product pressing plate 22 to enhance the installation stability of the placed product.
The above-described constituent members are assembled to form the advance rack device 10. That is, the product advancement body 2 is installed on the product display surface 7. In this case, the roller 29 is placed on the low rib 72, and the connecting member 3 is placed on the other low rib 72 between the low ribs 72, 72 on which the roller 29 is placed (see FIG. 6). That is, the guide portion in this example is a pair of high ribs 71 and a low rib 72 between the high ribs 71, and since the high ribs 72 are adjacent to both sides of the roller 29, movement in the left-right direction is performed. This prevents the product advancement body 2 from going straight. And the base end part 32 of the connection member 3 is screw-fixed to the front side of the product display surface (display shelf) 7, for example. As a result, the product advancement body 2 is guided by the guide portion 70 including the high ribs 71 and the low ribs 72 and is always in the forward movement state in the natural state.
A product fall prevention plate 6 is installed at the front end of the product display surface 7, and the rear portions of the pair of left and right product partition plates 5, 5 are fitted into the fitting grooves 76 according to the width of the product to be displayed. The installation method of the product partition plates 5 and 5 is not limited to this method, and may be a mode of fitting into a fitting hole formed at an arbitrary position, for example. An appropriate number of sets are assembled on the product display surface 7 with the product partition plate and the product advancement body as one set. At this time, the product partition plate 5 may be used as a common object that defines the right side of one product advancement body and the left side of the product advancement body adjacent to the right side of the product advancement body.
Next, an operation for arranging products on the built-in product advance shelf device 10 is performed. This operation is performed by inserting the displayed product between the product fall prevention plate 6 and the product pressing plate 22. The original product is placed in front of the product pressing plate 22 and on the upper surface of the bottom plate 21. In this case, the product advancement body 2 does not move. Next, as the product is gradually put into the front side, the product advancement body 2 is lowered rearward, and the product replenishment operation is completed when the rear end of the bottom plate 21 comes into contact with the rear end of the display shelf (second). Product advancement body 2) on the right side of the figure. In general, a large number of the product advancement bodies 2 are provided on the product display surface 7 in the left-right direction.
According to the product advance shelf apparatus 10, the product placed on the product display surface 7 is always in the forward state due to the forward moving force of the product advancement body 2 on which the product is placed on the bottom plate 21. Further, since the product display surface is provided with a high rib 71 (sliding means) having a sharp upper end, friction with the bottom surface of the product is reduced, and the advancement is further promoted. Furthermore, since the strip-shaped connecting member 3 is present in the space between the back surface of the bottom plate 21 and the low rib 72, friction between the connecting member 3 and the bottom plate 21 does not occur, which hinders the forward movement of the product advancement body 2. Must not. In this state, when the customer takes out the product in front, the product advancement body 2 and the remaining product are moved forward as they are by the forward bias of the product advancement body 2 to automatically advance the product. The upper end of the high rib 71 is not limited to a sharp cross-sectional shape, and may be a flat cross-sectional shape or a semicircular cross-sectional shape, for example.
As described above, the product advance shelf device 10 has an acting force for automatically and reliably sending the displayed product forward even when the products are arranged in a large amount in the front-rear direction. This reduces labor and makes it easier for customers to pick up products. In addition, since the display surface is provided with a large number of vertical engagement grooves with which the product partition plates are engaged in the horizontal direction, when the products are arranged side by side and in a vertical direction for each product having different width dimensions, the pitch corresponds to the product width. In this way, it is possible to make a suitable advance for each column product.
Next, a product automatic advance shelf apparatus in the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a part of the display shelf used in the advance shelf apparatus of this example, and FIG. 8 is a view for explaining the contact state between the product display surface and the product advance body. 7 and 8, the same components as those in FIGS. 1 to 6 are denoted by the same reference numerals, description thereof will be omitted, and differences will be mainly described. In other words, the advance shelf device 10a of the present example differs from the product automatic advance shelf device 10 in the first embodiment in that the structure of the product display surface 7, the bottom plate structure of the product advancement body 2, and the forward moving means. It is.
In the front rack apparatus 10a, the product display surface 7a is formed by high ribs 71, and a rear fall prevention plate 91b is provided at the rear end. Further, the connection member is omitted from the back surface of the bottom plate 21 of the product advancer 2, and a pair of rail-like protrusions 42 extending in the front-rear direction and spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance are provided at the center of the back surface. The pair of rail-shaped protrusions 42 sandwich the two high ribs 71 of the product display surface 7a and smoothly move in the front-rear direction in the installed state. For this reason, the thickness of the rail-shaped protrusion 42 is smaller than the groove width between the high ribs 71, and the length extending downward is such that the rail-shaped protrusion 42 is locked between the high ribs 71. That is, the guide part in this example is the high rib 71, and the straight forward movement of the product advancement body 2 is guided by the engagement between the high rib 71 and the pair of rail-shaped protrusions 42. Further, the forward moving means is means for inclining a product display surface 7a (not shown) forward. As a specific example of the means for inclining the front, a method of installing the display shelf 9 on the existing display surface of the front downward slope, or a spacer is interposed on the rear rear surface of the display shelf 9 to make the product display surface inclined forward downward The method etc. are mentioned.
The advance shelf device 10a is provided with a roller 4 and a high rib 71 (sliding member) on both the contact portion of the product advance body 2 with the product display surface 7a and the product display surface, and the product display. Since the surface 7a is inclined forward and downward, the same effect as that of the front shelf apparatus 10 is obtained. Further, since the product partition plate 5 is fitted into the groove between the high ribs 71, 71, it is possible to perform fine partitioning without any crossover.
Next, a commodity automatic advance shelf apparatus according to a third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 9 is a perspective view of a product front body used in the front shelf apparatus of this example, FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a display shelf used in the front shelf apparatus of this example, and FIG. 11 is a product display surface and the front of the product. It is a figure explaining the contact condition of a taking-out body. 9 to 11, the same components as those in FIGS. 1 to 6 are denoted by the same reference numerals, description thereof will be omitted, and differences will be mainly described. A large number of rollers 73 and recesses 74 having a width substantially equal to the roller width adjacent to the rollers 73 are repeatedly provided in the left-right direction. The display shelf 9b in FIG. 10 is continuous in the left-right direction, and forms, for example, a gondola display shelf. In addition, the ratio for which the rib-shaped vertical fitting groove 76 occupies the product display surface 7b is not limited to the above value, and is appropriately determined to be 1/2 or less of the front.
The main difference between the product advancement body 2a and the product advancement body 2 shown in FIG. 1 is that the roller 4 of the bottom plate 21 is omitted, a recess 203 is provided at the center of the back surface, and the product display surface is provided on both sides thereof. The flat portion 202 that comes into contact with the roller 73 and the skirt portion 11 are provided at both ends. That is, when the product advancement body 2a is placed on the product display surface 7b, the skirt portions 11 and 11 are positioned at both ends of the support portions 731 of the two rollers 73 and 73, so the product advancement body on the display surface. The movement of 2 in the left-right direction is limited, and the straight advanceability of the product advancement body 2 is ensured. In addition, the product advancement body 2 is smoothly moved in the front-rear direction by the roller 73 on the product display surface 7b.
In the front shelf apparatus 10b, the roller 73 is attached to the product display surface 7b, and the roller support portion 731 functions as a guide portion, so that the same effect as the front shelf apparatus 10 is achieved. In the preceding shelf device 10b, the commodity display surface 7b is not limited to the one provided with the roller 73, and may be, for example, a rib structure in which the roller 73 is omitted in FIG. The product display surface 7 c of the front shelf device 10 c is different from the product display surface 7 b of the front shelf device 10 b in that a rib member 761 is used instead of the recess between the rollers 73 and 73. The height of the rib member 761 is slightly lower than the upper surface of the roller 73, and the rib members 761 and 761 are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined gap to form vertical grooves. The display shelf 9c shown in FIG. 13 is continuous in the left-right direction, and forms, for example, a gondola display shelf.
The difference between the product advancement body 2b and the product advancement body 2a in FIG. 9 is that a wire member 34 is used instead of the strip steel plate 31. That is, when the product advancement body 2b is placed on the product display surface 7c, the skirt portions 11 and 11 are positioned on both sides of the support portion 731 of the two rollers 73, and the left and right sides of the product advancement body 2 on the display surface. Limit movement in direction. In addition, the wire member 34 enters a groove (space) between the rib members 761 and 761, thereby preventing the friction with the display shelf accompanying the movement of the wire member 34. Reference numeral 341 denotes a base end portion that engages with a fitting groove on the front side of the product display surface 7. In addition, as a connection member, it is not limited to a strip | belt-shaped steel plate or a wire member, For example, the strip | belt shape or linear member made from cloth, the strip | belt shape or linear member made from a plastic etc. are mentioned.
In the advance shelf apparatus 10c, the roller 73 is attached to the product display surface 7c, and the roller support portion 731 functions as a guide portion. Therefore, the same effect as the advance shelf apparatus 10b is achieved.
