Description
テーブル1の昇降は主軸2の下部に配設されたテーブル昇降モータ4によって行われ、またテーブル1の上に設けられた水平板3の回転移動は、テーブル1の下部に取り付けられた水平板回転モータ5によって行われる。
膜厚目標0.3mm(許容値0.2〜0.6mm)
本発明にかかる自動溶射方法により形成された溶射皮膜の最高膜厚は343μm、最低膜厚は284μmであり、最高膜厚と最低膜厚の差は59μmであった。また、手盛りにより形成された溶射皮膜の最高膜厚は516μm、最低膜厚は294μmであり、最高膜厚と最低膜厚の差は222μmであった。

Claims (5)
- 円形構造物の軸線を中心として、自動溶射装置に備えられた溶射ガンを回転させて前記円形鋼構造物の内壁面の水平な被溶射面を溶射する自動溶射方法であって、
前記溶射ガンの溶射円周軌道は前記被溶射面を所定の回転回数−α移動するごとに回転方向を変えるように設定されており、前記溶射ガンを前記溶射軌道に従って繰り返し回転させるとともに溶射することで前記被溶射面に対して連続的に溶射し、
前記αは、前記溶射ガンによって施工される膜厚によって定められることを特徴とする自動溶射方法。 - 前記αは前記溶射ガンの移動長さであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動溶射方法。
- 前記αは前記溶射ガンの溶射材料の溶射量と溶射速度により決定される長さである請求項2に記載の自動溶射方法。
- 前記αは溶射ガンの溶射軌道の中心角度であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動溶射方法。
- 前記αは前記被溶射面の内径と前記溶射ガンの溶射量及び溶射速度により決定される中心角度であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の自動溶射方法。
