【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、例えばパチンコ機等の遊技機に関し、例えば停電時等の電断発生時において、貸出球の貸し出しの確実な中止を実現することができるようにしたものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、球貸し制御時に電断が発生すると、遊技球払出装置の駆動モータが停止していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記した従来の駆動モータは、即時に停止せず、貸出球が貸し出されてしまうことがあった。
上記排出は、遊技機側で感知できないので、電断復帰後に感知できなかった分、余計な排出をすることになり、確実な個数の貸出球の貸し出しができないという第一の問題点があった。

また、従来の技術では、遊技球払出装置を不正に駆動された場合でも、貸出球経路に貸出球を止める若しくは、その他の経路に排出するという機構が備わっていないため、その不正な貸出球の貸し出しを防止することができないという第二の問題点があった。
そこで、各請求項にそれぞれ記載された各発明は、上記した従来の技術の有する問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、次の点にある。

すなわち、請求項1に記載の発明は、電断発生時において、貸出球の貸し出しの確実な中止を実現することができるようにしたものである。

請求項2に記載の発明は、上記した請求項1に記載の発明の目的に加え、次の点を目的とする。

具体的には、経路切替用駆動装置(図示せず)には、モータやソレノイド等を使用することができる。
一方、切替弁41は、経路切替用駆動装置(図示せず)の駆動状態では、球貸し動作側に、逆に非駆動状態では、賞球動作側に切り替わっている。

その理由は、遊技機10においては、日常的に賞球動作を行っている方が、球貸し動作を行っているよりも多い。つまり、球貸し動作側をデフォルトで設定、すなわち非駆動時に球貸し動作側に切り替わっていると、経路切替用駆動装置(図示せず)を駆動している時間が長くなり、駆動装置の発熱等の問題から、駆動装置を大型化しなければならないことや、劣化する等の問題が発生するためである。
(賞球計数装置50)
賞球計数装置50は、図2に示すように、賞球経路22に配置され、当該賞球経路22を通過する賞球としての遊技球を検出するためのものである。

なお、賞球計数装置50は、光学的センサに限定されず、磁気的、或いは機械的なセンサを使用しても良い。
(貸出球計数装置60)
貸出球計数装置60は、図2に示すように、球貸経路23に配置され、当該球貸経路23を通過する貸出球としての遊技球を検出するためのものである。

遊技制御装置70は、図1に示すように、遊技を制御するためのものである。具体的には、遊技制御装置70は、賞球動作や球貸動作を制御している。
