<Prize ball control command reception interrupt processing>
First, interrupt processing for receiving a prize ball control command will be described. In this prize ball control command reception interrupt process, as shown in FIG. 5, the protection register is saved (B1), the contents of the input port are input and stored in the command reception buffer (B2), and the protection register is restored. (B3) and interrupt permission is performed (B4).
[0036]
<System timer interrupt processing>
Next, a system timer interrupt process for interrupting every unit time in order to perform various control processes will be described. In this system timer interrupt process, as shown in FIG. 6, the interrupt is permitted (C1) and the protection register is saved (C2).
[0037]
Subsequently, an input port reading process (C3) for performing chattering removal and edge detection of the switch input, and a ball lending control process (C4) for lending gaming balls within the range of the monetary value stored in the prepaid card , A prize ball control process (C5) for paying out a prize ball, a ball break control switch detection process (C6) for controlling detection of a game ball in the ball break

<Lending control process>
In the above-described ball lending control process (C4), as shown in FIG. 7, the prepaid card unit communication process (D1) for communicating with the
[0039]
<Ball rental detection switch detection process>
In the above-mentioned ball lending detection switch detection process (D2), as shown in FIG. 8, it is determined whether or not the ball lending
[0040]
On the other hand, when the ball lending
[0041]
Subsequently, it is determined whether or not the value of the ball lending counter is “0”, that is, whether or not the predetermined number of game balls have been lent (E4), and the value of the ball lending counter is “0”. If not, “1” is subtracted from the value of the ball lending counter (E5), and the process ends.
[0042]
On the other hand, when the value of the ball lending counter is “0”, the processing is terminated without performing the ball lending counter subtraction process (E5).
[0043]
<Sphere lending / dispensing process>
In the above-mentioned ball lending / dispensing process (D3), as shown in FIG. 9 to FIG. 11, it is first determined whether or not a prize ball retry is performed to perform a prize ball payout operation of the payout device again (F1). If the ball is being retried, the process is terminated.
[0044]
On the other hand, when the winning ball retry is not being performed, whether or not the ball
[0045]
Next, it is determined whether there are any remaining spheres in the passage (F4). If it is determined that there are remaining spheres in the passage, the process is terminated.
[0046]
On the other hand, if it is determined that there is no remaining ball in the passage, a predetermined calculation is performed to perform a payout stop factor confirmation process for checking the payout stop factor (F5). Here, it is determined whether or not there is a payout stop factor (F6). If it is determined that there is a payout stop factor, the process is terminated. If there is no payout stop factor, the ball lending counter is determined. It is determined whether the value of “0” is “0”, that is, whether or not a predetermined number of game balls have been rented (F7). As a result, when the value of the ball lending counter is “0”, that is, when it is determined that the predetermined number of game balls have been lent, the process proceeds to step F16, where the value of the ball lending counter is “1”. If it is determined that the predetermined number of game balls have not been lent, the ball rental counter value is set in the ball segment number variable (F8).
[0047]
Next, it is determined whether or not the ball lending counter value is less than 15 which is the number of ball delimiter units (F9). If it is determined that the ball lending counter value is less than 15, the process immediately proceeds to step F11 and is not less than 15. If it is determined, 15 is set as the sphere delimiter unit number in the sphere delimiter number variable (F10), and the process proceeds to step F11.
In step F11, a process of storing the ball segment number variable in the ball segment counter and the ball lending segment counter is performed.
[0048]
Next, it is determined whether or not the game ball is currently switched to a state where it flows into the ball lending route (F12), and if it is switched to a state where it flows into the ball lending route, the processing is terminated. On the other hand, if it has not been switched to the state of flowing into the ball lending route, “1” representing the ball lending route is set in the game ball falling route bit (F13), and the route switching state bit is being moved. “1” representing the presence is set (F14), a predetermined numerical value, for example, about 200 ms is stored in the path switching timer as an initial value of the path switching timer (F15), and the process is terminated.
[0049]
In addition, when it is determined that there is an abnormality in the determination as to whether or not there is an abnormality in the ball
[0050]
On the other hand, if the game ball is switched to the state where it flows into the ball lending route, it is determined whether or not the CR communication process is being performed (F17). As a result of the determination, if it is determined that the CR communication process is being performed, the process is terminated. On the other hand, if it is determined that the CR communication process is not being performed, the game ball falling path bit is a winning ball path. “0” indicating F1 is set, “1” indicating that movement is in progress is set in the path switching status bit (F19), and a predetermined numerical value, for example, about 200 ms is set as an initial value of the path switching timer. Stored in the route switching timer (F20), the process is terminated.
[0051]
<Prize ball control processing>
In the above-described prize ball control process (C5), as shown in FIG. 12, a prize ball control command process (G1) for receiving prize ball control data and instructing the number of prize balls to be paid out, a predetermined number of prizes. A prize ball payout process (G2) for paying out a ball, a prize ball detection switch detection process (G3) for detecting a game ball to be paid out as a prize ball by the prize
[0052]
<Prize ball control command processing>
As shown in FIG. 13, the above-described prize ball control command processing (G1) determines whether or not a prize ball number command is received (H1), and only when it is judged that a prize ball number command has been received, Is added to the prize ball counter (H2).
[0053]
Subsequently, it is determined whether or not a payout prohibition command has been received (H3). Only when it is determined that a payout prohibition command has been received, a payout prohibition command reception flag is set (H4).
[0054]
Subsequently, it is determined whether or not a payout permission command has been received (H5). Only when it is determined that a payout permission command has been received, the payout prohibition command reception flag is reset (H6), and the process ends.
[0055]
In this way, detection and notification of excessive payout of prize balls is performed on the

In the above-described prize ball payout process (G2), as shown in FIG. 14, it is determined whether or not the ball
[0057]
On the other hand, if there is no abnormality in any of the ball
[0058]
On the other hand, when it is determined that there is no remaining ball in the passage, a payout stop factor confirmation process is performed to confirm a payout stop factor by performing a predetermined calculation (I4), and whether there is a payout stop factor or not. Judgment is made (I5). If it is determined that there is a payout stop factor, the process is terminated.
[0059]
On the other hand, when it is determined that there is no payout stop factor, it is determined whether or not the value of the prize ball counter is “0”, that is, whether or not a predetermined number of prize balls have been paid out (I6). Here, if it is determined that the value of the prize ball counter is “0”, the process is terminated.
[0060]
On the other hand, if it is determined that the value of the prize ball counter is not “0”, “15” which is the unit number of the ball delimiter is set in the ball delimiter number variable (I7).
[0061]
Next, it is determined whether or not the value of the prize ball counter is equal to or greater than “15”, which is the above-mentioned number of ball division units (I8). Here, if it is determined that the prize ball counter value is “15” or more, the process skips step I9 and proceeds to step I10.
[0062]
On the other hand, if it is determined that the value of the prize ball counter is not “15” or more, the value of the prize ball counter at that time is set in the ball segment number variable (I9), and the process proceeds to step I10.
In step I10, the ball segment number variable is stored in the ball segment counter and the prize ball segment counter, and the process is terminated.
[0063]
<Prize ball detection switch detection processing>
In the above-described prize ball detection switch detection process (G3), as shown in FIG. 15, it is determined whether or not the prize
[0064]
On the other hand, when the winning
[0065]
Subsequently, it is determined whether or not the value of the prize ball counter is “0”, that is, whether or not a predetermined number of prize balls have been paid out (J4), and the value of the prize ball counter is “0”. If not, “1” is subtracted from the value of the prize ball counter (J5), and the process is terminated. If a predetermined number of prize balls are paid out and the value of the prize ball counter is “0”, the processing is immediately terminated.
[0066]
<Sphere separation control switch detection processing>
In the above-described ball segmentation control switch detection process (C6), as shown in FIG. 16, it is determined whether or not the ball
[0067]
On the other hand, when the ball
As described above, even when the flow of the game ball is not confirmed and the error flag (standby ball abnormality) is set, the ball

In the above-described ball break control solenoid drive processing (C8), as shown in FIG. 17, the output to the ball
[0069]
On the other hand, if it is determined that the ball separation counter is not “0”, a predetermined calculation is performed to perform a payout stop factor confirmation process for confirming the cause of the payout stop (L3).
Here, it is determined whether or not there is a payout stop factor (L4).L9Proceed to
[0070]
On the other hand, if it is determined that there is no cause for payout stop, the output to the ball
[0071]
On the other hand, if it is determined that the standby ball monitoring time has elapsed, an error flag indicating that the standby ball is abnormal is set (L8), and the process is terminated.
[0072]
On the other hand, if the result of the determination in step L2 or step L4 is affirmative, as a self-recovery process, a predetermined waiting ball monitoring time is set in the waiting ball monitoring timer (L9), and the waiting ball is abnormal. Is canceled (L10), and the process is terminated.
[0073]
As described above, this spherical segment control solenoid driving process also has a procedure corresponding to the self-recovery process, similar to the above-described spherical segment control switch detection process.
[0074]
<Error handling>
In the error process (C7), as shown in FIG. 18, firstly, a ball separation control switch abnormality process is performed (M1), a prize ball detection switch abnormality process is performed (M2), and then a ball lending detection switch abnormality process is performed. (M3), and finally, retry processing is performed (M4).
[0075]
<Spherical break control switch abnormal processing>
In the above-described sphere separator control switch abnormality process (M1), as shown in FIG. 19, first, it is determined whether or not the sphere separator control switch is in an ON state (N1), and the sphere separator control switch is in an ON state. If it is determined, the process of step N4 is performed immediately. If it is determined that the control switch is not in the ON state, that is, it is in the OFF state, the ball clogging monitoring time (about 500 ms) is set to the ball clogging monitoring timer (1). After storing (N2) and canceling the error flag indicating that the ball separation control switch is abnormal (N3), the process of step N4 is performed.
[0076]
In Step N4, it is determined whether or not the ball clogging monitoring time has elapsed. If it is determined that the ball clogging monitoring time has elapsed, an error flag indicating that the ball separation control switch is abnormal is set ( N5), the process is terminated. On the other hand, if it is determined that the ball clogging monitoring time has not yet elapsed, “1” is subtracted from the content of the ball clogging monitoring timer (1) (N6), and the process is terminated.
Note that the error flag set in step N5 is confirmed at the time of determination in step F2 of the above-described ball lending payout process (see FIG. 9) and step I1 in the prize ball payout process (see FIG. 14).
[0077]
<Prize ball detection switch abnormality processing>
In the above-described prize ball detection switch abnormality process (M2), as shown in FIG. 20, it is first determined whether or not the prize ball detection switch is in an ON state (O1), and the prize ball detection switch is in an ON state. If it is determined, the process of step O4 is immediately performed. If it is determined that the prize ball detection switch is not in the ON state, that is, in the OFF state, the ball clogging monitoring time (about 500 ms) is set as the ball clogging monitoring timer (2 ) (O2), the error flag indicating that the prize ball detection switch is abnormal is canceled (O3), and then the process of step O4 is performed.
[0078]
In step O4, it is determined whether or not the ball clogging monitoring time has elapsed. If it is determined that the ball clogging monitoring time has elapsed, an error flag indicating that the prize ball detection switch is abnormal is set ( O5), and the process is terminated. On the other hand, if it is determined that the ball clogging monitoring time has not yet elapsed, "1" is subtracted from the content of the ball clogging monitoring timer (2) (O6), and the process is terminated.
The error flag set in step O5 is confirmed in the determination in step I1 of the above-described prize ball payout process (see FIG. 14).
[0079]
<Ball rental detection switch abnormality processing>
In the above-described ball lending detection switch abnormality process (M3), as shown in FIG. 21, it is first determined whether or not the ball lending detection switch is in an ON state (P1), and the ball lending detection switch is in an ON state. If it is determined that the ball lending detection switch is not in the ON state, that is, if it is determined that the ball lending detection switch is in the OFF state, the ball clogging monitoring time (about 500 ms) is set as the ball clogging monitoring timer (3 (P2) and the error flag indicating that the ball lending detection switch is abnormal is canceled (P3), and then the process of step P4 is performed.
[0080]
In Step P4, it is determined whether or not the ball clogging monitoring time has elapsed. If it is determined that the ball clogging monitoring time has elapsed, an error flag indicating that the ball lending detection switch is abnormal is set ( P5), and the process is terminated. On the other hand, if it is determined that the ball clogging monitoring time has not yet elapsed, “1” is subtracted from the content of the ball clogging monitoring timer (3) (P6), and the process is terminated.
The error flag set in step P5 is confirmed at the time of determination in step F2 of the above-described ball lending / dispensing process (see FIG. 9).
[0081]
<Retry processing>
In the retry process (M4), as shown in FIGS. 22 and 23, first, it is determined whether or not the game ball is currently switched to the state of flowing into the ball lending route (Q1), and the ball lending route is set. If it is switched to the inflowing state, the process proceeds to step Q13. On the other hand, if it is not switched to the state of flowing into the ball lending path, it is determined whether or not there is a detection of a prize ball abnormality as the game ball is set in a state of flowing into the prize ball path (Q2). If it is determined that there is a prize ball abnormality detection, the process immediately proceeds to step Q10. If it is determined that there is no prize ball abnormality detection, it is determined whether or not the drop confirmation is completed (Q3).
[0082]
If it is determined in step Q3 that the drop confirmation has been completed, the process immediately proceeds to step Q10. If it is determined that the drop confirmation has not been completed, it is determined whether or not there is a payout stop factor (Q4). ).
[0083]
If it is determined in step Q4 that there is a payout stop factor, the process immediately proceeds to step Q12. If it is determined that there is no payout stop factor, it is determined whether or not a predetermined retry monitoring time has elapsed (Q5). .
[0084]
If it is determined in step Q5 that the retry monitoring time has not elapsed, "1" is subtracted from the contents of the retry monitoring timer (Q6), and the process is terminated. On the other hand, if it is determined that the retry monitoring time has elapsed, “1” is added to the contents of the winning ball retry counter (Q7), and whether or not the winning ball retry number is equal to or more than a prescribed number (for example, 3 times). Judgment is made (Q8).
[0085]
If it is determined in step Q8 that the number of winning ball retries has not reached the specified number, the process immediately proceeds to step Q11. On the other hand, if it is determined that the number of prize ball retries is equal to or greater than the prescribed number, normal processing is not performed even if the prize ball retry process is performed, and an error flag is set as a prize ball retry error (Q9), “0” is set in each of the contents of the winning ball retry count counter and the ball lending retry count counter (Q10), and the process proceeds to Step Q11.
[0086]
In step Q11, “0” is set in each of the contents of the winning ball delimiter counter, the ball lending delimiter counter, and the ball delimiter counter.
Thereafter, a predetermined retry monitoring time is stored in the retry monitoring timer (Q12), and the process is terminated.
[0087]
On the other hand, as described above, if it is determined in step Q1 that the game ball has been switched to the state of flowing into the ball lending route, the following processing is performed in steps Q13 to Q23.
That is, first, it is determined whether or not there is a ball lending abnormality detection (Q13). If it is determined that there is a ball lending abnormality detection, the process immediately proceeds to step Q21. If it is determined that there is no ball lending abnormality detection, it is determined whether or not the drop confirmation is completed (Q14).
[0088]
If it is determined in step Q14 that the drop confirmation has been completed, the process immediately proceeds to step Q21. If it is determined that the drop confirmation has not been completed, it is determined whether or not there is a payout stop factor (Q15). ).
[0089]
If it is determined in step Q15 that there is a payout stop factor, the process immediately proceeds to step Q23. If it is determined that there is no payout stop factor, it is determined whether or not a predetermined retry monitoring time has elapsed (Q16). .
[0090]
If it is determined in step Q16 that the retry monitoring time has not elapsed, "1" is subtracted from the contents of the retry monitoring timer (Q17), and the process ends. On the other hand, if it is determined that the retry monitoring time has elapsed, “1” is added to the content of the ball lending retry number counter (Q18), and whether or not the ball lending retry number is equal to or more than a specified number (for example, 3 times). Judgment is made (Q19).
[0091]
If it is determined in step Q19 that the number of ball lending retries has not reached the specified number, the process immediately proceeds to step Q22. On the other hand, if it is determined that the number of ball lending retries is equal to or greater than the specified number, normal processing is not performed even if ball lending retry processing is performed, and an error flag is set as a ball lending retry error (Q20), “0” is set in the contents of the ball lending retry counter (Q21), and the process proceeds to step Q22.
[0092]
In step Q22, “0” is set for each of the contents of the prize ball delimiter counter, the contents of the ball lending delimiter counter, and the contents of the ball delimiter counter.
Thereafter, a predetermined retry monitoring time is stored in the retry monitoring timer (Q23), and the process is terminated.
[0093]
As described above, the present embodiment is configured to stop the game ball payout operation when a normal payout operation is not performed while the award ball retry process or the ball lending retry process is performed a plurality of times. Therefore, excessive payout of game balls can be prevented while allowing temporary discontinuation of the payout device.
[0094]
Although the number of retry processes described above can be selected as appropriate, depending on the ball game machine, temporary discontinuation of the payout device can be allowed, and excessive payout of game balls can be prevented. It is preferable to set the optimum number as possible.
[0096]
In the embodiment described above, a pachinko machine has been described as an example of a representative ball game machine. However, the game ball payout device according to the present invention can be applied to other ball game machines. .
[0097]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the game ball payout device according to the present invention, if it is determined that the game ball lending or game ball payout is not completed even if the payout device is operated for a predetermined time, The game ball payout operation is stopped by payout stop means for stopping the ball payout operation.
[0098]
Therefore, in the case where the game ball payout operation is not performed correctly due to a failure in the game ball payout device or a ball clogging in the game ball flow-down passage, This makes it possible to increase the fun of the game without causing the player to feel frustrated.
[0099]
In addition, since the game store can repair the failure promptly, the operating rate of the ball game machine can be improved, and a decrease in profit can be prevented.
[0100]
Furthermore, excessive payout of game balls due to fraudulent acts can be prevented, and the profits of players and game stores that are playing healthy games can be protected.
