Description
Claims (6)
- タンク内のシリコーン液よりなる絶縁・冷却媒体中に鉄心と前記鉄心に装着された巻線とを浸漬してなるシリコーン液入り静止誘導器において、運転中に前記シリコーン液の熱劣化によって分解生成し気相部分に放出された、前記シリコーン液と同じ化学構造を持つ環状あるいは直鎖状の低分子量で低沸点の分解物を、気相において活性炭により吸着除去するための分解物除去機構を備えたことを特徴とするシリコーン液入り静止誘導器。
- タンク内のシリコーン液よりなる絶縁・冷却媒体中に鉄心と前記鉄心に装着された巻線とを浸漬してなるシリコーン液入り静止誘導器において、運転中に前記シリコーン液の熱劣化によって生成し気相部分に放出されたシリコーン液の分解により生成する低分子量で低沸点の分解物を回収するために、前記気相部分に配管を介して連通した容器と、前記容器を冷却する冷却手段とからなる分解物除去機構を設け、前記容器内の前記分解物を液化または固化することを特徴とするシリコーン液入り静止誘導器。
- タンク内のシリコーン液よりなる絶縁・冷却媒体中に鉄心と前記鉄心に装着された巻線とを浸漬してなるシリコーン液入り静止誘導器において、運転中に前記シリコーン液の熱劣化によって生成し気相部分に放出された、前記シリコーン液と同じ化学構造を持つ環状あるいは直鎖状の低分子量で低沸点の分解物を、配管を通して容器に回収するようにし、前記容器内に活性炭を単独又はフィルタに担持させて収納し、前記配管を流れる気体を前記気相部分と前記容器との間で循環させるようにしたことを特徴とするシリコーン液入り静止誘導器。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記シリコーン液が、引火点250℃を超え、かつ、25℃における動粘性係数が50mm2/s以下のものであることを特徴とするシリコーン液入り静止誘導器。
- タンク内のシリコーン液よりなる絶縁・冷却媒体中に鉄心と前記鉄心に装着された巻線とが浸漬され、前記タンク内の前記絶縁・冷却媒体の液面上に気相部分が設けられ、前記タンクの外部に前記絶縁・冷却媒体を冷却したのち前記タンクに戻す構造の冷却器が設けられているシリコーン液入り静止誘導器において、運転中に前記シリコーン液の熱劣化によって生成し前記気相部分に放出され、主成分が、シリコーン液と同じ基本化学構造を持つ環状或いは直鎖状の化合物である分解物を除去するための分解物除去機構を備え、前記分解物除去機構は、前記タンク内の気相部分に活性炭を備えることを特徴とするシリコーン液入り静止誘導器。
- 請求項5において、前記シリコーン液が、引火点250℃を超え、かつ、25℃における動粘性係数が50mm2/s以下のものであることを特徴とするシリコーン液入り静止誘導器。
