Description
光ビームを発する光源と、
サンプル空間と、
光検出器と、
干渉計機構であって、リファレンス用反射器と、上記の光ビームを上記のリファレンス用反射器へ向かうリファレンスビームと上記のサンプル空間へ向かうサンプルビームとに分割し、上記の光検出器上において、リファレンス用反射器からの反射ビームをサンプル空間からの戻りビームと結合するビームスプリッタ−結合機構とを含む干渉計機構とを備えた、光コヒーレンストモグラフィーシステムに関するものである。
光源が、1.6μmから2.0μmの範囲内にある出射波長を有し、特に、高エネルギー準位と低エネルギー準位との間の遷移に対応する1.8μmの波長において、主たる赤外出射を有しており、
上記の光源が、ポンピング準位から上記の高エネルギー準位への誘導放射を発生させる励起システムを含んでいる、本発明に係る光コヒーレンストモグラフィーシステムにより達成される。
Claims (7)
- 第1キャビティ反射器及び第2キャビティ反射器から成る光キャビティと、
前記光キャビティ内に配置されるTm添加光媒体と、
前記Tm添加光媒体中の 3 H 6 準位のTmイオンを 3 H 4 準位に励起する励起光源と、
を有し、
第1キャビティ反射器と第2キャビティ反射器の反射率が、 3 H 4 準位から 3 F 4 準位への誘導放射を増大させるために、これらの準位間の遷移の放射に対応する波長に対して高められており、
第1キャビティ反射器と第2キャビティ反射器の反射率が、 3 H 4 準位から 3 H 5 準位への誘導放射を増大させるために、これらの準位間の遷移の放射に対応する波長に対して高められており、
第1キャビティ反射器と第2キャビティ反射器の反射率が、 3 H 4 準位から 3 H 6 準位への誘導放射を低減するために、これらの準位間の遷移の放射に対応する波長に対して低減されている、
3 F 4 準位と 3 H 6 準位との間の遷移の放射に対応する波長の光を生成するための光源。 - 3 H 4 準位から 3 F 4 準位への遷移の放射に対応する波長に対する第1キャビティ反射器と第2キャビティ反射器の反射率が99%を超え、
3 H 4 準位から 3 H 5 準位への遷移の放射に対応する波長に対する第1キャビティ反射器と第2キャビティ反射器の反射率が99%を超える、請求項1に記載の光源。 - 3 F 4 準位から 3 H 6 準位への放射量を増大させつつ、これらの準位間のレーザ動作を防止するように、これらの準位間の遷移の放射に対応する波長に対する反射率が、第1キャビティ反射器と第2キャビティ反射器のうちの一方では高められ、他方では低減されている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の光源。
- 前記Tm添加光媒体がTm添加光ファイバーである、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の光源。
- 前記Tm添加光ファイバーが、フッ化ジルコニウムガラスファイバーである、請求項4に記載の光源。
- 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の光源を用いた光コヒーレンストモグラフィーシステム。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の光源を用いた光増幅器。
