Description

The present invention relates to a foundation packing interposed between a foundation and a base, and more particularly, to an improved foundation packing so that the mutual positioning between the foundation packing and the surrounding members can be performed accurately and easily.

In a cloth foundation type wooden house or the like, in order to ensure the air permeability under the first floor, a kiso packing method may be employed. The Kiso packing method is a method of arranging a plurality of block-shaped members called foundation packings at a predetermined pitch between the foundation and the base, forming a ventilation space between the foundation packings and ventilating the entire floor below. It is a construction method to secure According to the Kiso packing method, it is not necessary to form a ventilation hole in the foundation, so there is no cross-sectional defect in the rising part of the foundation, and there is no contact between the foundation and the foundation, so there is no need for a moisture-proof sheet. As a result, it is possible to obtain a large number of functions and effects such that the air permeability can be ensured in the portion where the air quality is bad and the air holes can be formed also in the portions where the conventional air holes such as the entrance and the terrace cannot be provided.

As shown in FIG. 6, the foundation packing 51 is disposed between the foundation 56 and the base 52. The foundation packing 51 is formed wider than the width of the base 52, and is arranged so that the outer surface of the base 52 and the outer surface of the foundation packing 51 are substantially flush with each other. An outer wall base material 53 is in contact with and fixed to the outer surface of the base 52.

The alignment of the outer wall base material 53 in the horizontal direction can be performed by bringing the inner surface of the outer wall base material 53 into contact with the outer surface of the base 52. However, in the structure of the conventional foundation packing 51, there is no portion for contacting the outer wall base material 53, and it is difficult to position the outer wall base material 53 in the height direction. If the base material 53 is attached below the predetermined position, a ventilation space (not shown) between the base packings 51 is blocked, resulting in a problem that the ventilation performance is deteriorated.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, a base packing 55 to which an outer wall auxiliary member 54 that protrudes outward from the outer surface of the base 52 is attached may be used (for example, see Patent Document 1). Since the outer wall auxiliary member 54 supports the outer wall base material 53 on its upper surface, the foundation packing 55 can easily align the outer wall base material 53 in the height direction.
JP 2004-225461 A (paragraphs 0014-0021, FIGS. 1 and 2)

By the way, the conventional foundation packing 51 (55) is positioned in units of the foundation packing 51 (55) after the base 52 is installed on the foundation packing 51 (55). Specifically, since the alignment is performed by hitting the outer side surface or the inner side surface of the foundation packing 51 with a pinch or the like, the foundation packing 51 may go back and forth in the hit direction. It took a lot of work and time. In addition, since a large number of foundation packings 51 (55) are provided, much time and labor are required to align the foundation packing 51.

On the other hand, in the foundation packing 55 of Patent Document 1, the outer wall auxiliary member 54 can serve as a guide member for horizontal alignment of the foundation packing 55. However, when the foundation packing 55 is struck in the horizontal direction with a pinch, the outer wall auxiliary member 54 becomes the foundation. There was a problem that it would come off from the packing 55.

Moreover, since the foundation packing 55 of patent document 1 is comprised so that the outer side surface of the outer wall auxiliary member 54 may become flush with the outer side surface of the outer wall base material 53, it is comprised so that it may not protrude outside. Although the alignment of the outer wall base material 53 can be performed, there is a problem that it is difficult to align the draining plate 57 provided outside the outer wall auxiliary member 54 in the vertical direction. This problem also occurs in the basic packing 51 shown in FIG. As shown by a two-dot chain line in both FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, when the draining plate 57 is attached to be lowered below a predetermined position, the foundation packing 51 ( 55), the ventilation space (not shown) is blocked, and the ventilation performance is reduced.

Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and a foundation packing that can accurately and easily align the foundation packing itself, the outer wall base material, and the draining board, and can ensure the necessary air permeability. The issue is to provide.

The invention according to claim 1 for solving the above-mentioned problems is a foundation packing interposed between a foundation and a base to which an outer wall base material serving as a base such as an outer wall exterior material or a draining board is attached. And the side surface of the base packing main body portion sandwiched between the bases, projecting upward from the upper surface of the base packing main body portion, and a predetermined length longer than the thickness of the outer wall base material attached to the outer surface of the base A guide member extending in a direction away from the foundation packing main body is integrally formed, and a portion protruding upward of the guide member abuts on an outer surface of the base, whereby the foundation of the foundation packing main body is formed. While aligning in the width direction, the upper surface portion of the guide member is in contact with the draining plate and the outer wall base material from the lower part, so that the height of the draining plate and the outer wall base material is It is the basis packing, characterized in that it is configured to perform alignment direction.

Here, `` extends in a direction away from the base packing body part by a predetermined length longer than the thickness of the outer wall base material attached to the outer surface of the base '' means that when the base packing is installed, the tip of the guide member is It means that the guide member extends so as to come into contact with a draining plate provided outside the outer wall base material.

According to the above configuration, when positioning the foundation packing, the foundation packing is struck and moved with a cannula or the like, but since the guide member abuts on the outer side surface of the base, the foundation packing does not go too much inwardly, quickly and accurately. The base packing can be easily aligned. In addition, since the foundation packing body and the guide member are integrally formed, the guide member will not come off the foundation packing body even if the foundation packing is tapped with a cantilever, so that the positioning of the foundation packing can be performed quickly. Can be done accurately and easily. Further, since the guide member extends outward longer than the thickness of the outer wall base material, the outer wall base material and the draining plate can be brought into contact with the upper surface of the guide member. The alignment in the height direction can be made accurately and easily.

The invention according to claim 2 is the basic packing according to claim 1, wherein the guide member is formed at least two at a predetermined interval from each other.

According to the said structure, since a guide member contact | abuts to the outer side surface of a base at two or more points, it aligns correctly along the outer side surface of a base, without rotating a foundation packing main body.

The invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that the foundation packing main body is formed in a rectangular shape extending along the longitudinal direction of the foundation and the base, and connects the both sides in the short direction of the foundation packing main body. The basic packing according to claim 1, wherein the base packing is formed.

According to the said structure, since the number of foundation packing can be reduced by having made the foundation packing long, the effort and time concerning installation can be reduced. In addition, since the ventilation path is formed in the foundation packing body, even if the foundation packing body closes the space between the foundation and the base, air can flow through the ventilation path, so that necessary ventilation can be ensured. .

According to the present invention, it is possible to accurately and easily align the foundation packing itself, the outer wall base material, and the draining plate, and to exhibit an excellent effect that necessary air permeability can be ensured.

[First Embodiment]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The best first embodiment for carrying out the basic packing according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing an attachment state of the best first embodiment for carrying out the foundation packing according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the best first embodiment for carrying out the foundation packing according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is an overall perspective view showing the attachment state of the best first embodiment for carrying out the foundation packing according to the present invention.

In the present embodiment, the base packing main body is formed in a rectangular shape close to a square, arranged at a predetermined interval on the base, and a base packing in the case of securing a ventilation space between adjacent base packings is taken as an example. I will explain. In the present embodiment, it is assumed that the outdoor side is “outside” and the indoor side is “inside” when viewed from the foundation.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the foundation packing 1 is interposed between a foundation 2 and a base 6 to which an outer wall base material 5 as a base such as an outer wall exterior material 3 and a draining plate 4 is attached. Is. As shown in FIG. 2, the foundation packing 1 includes a foundation packing body portion 7 sandwiched between the foundation 2 and the base 6, and a guide member 8 integrally formed on a side surface of the foundation packing body portion 7. It has.

The base packing main body 7 is configured by a plate-like member (in this embodiment, a rectangle) having a substantially rectangular shape (for example, 120 mm × 95 mm) or a square shape (for example, approximately 95 mm square) in plan view. In addition, the dimension of the said foundation packing main-body part 7 is an example, Comprising: It determines according to the dimension of the base 6. FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, a bolt hole 9 through which an anchor bolt (not shown) embedded in the foundation 2 (see FIG. 1) is inserted is formed at the center of the foundation packing body 7. The bolt hole 9 is formed in a substantially cross shape so that the position of the foundation packing 1 relative to the anchor bolt can be adjusted in two directions. A protrusion 10 is formed around the bolt hole 9. The protrusion 10 has a height of about 1 mm, and is embedded in the surface of the base 6 when the base 6 is installed on the base packing 1 (see FIG. 1) so as to prevent the gap between the base packing 1 and the base 6. It has become.

The basic packing main body 7 is made of, for example, a polyolefin-based mixed material as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-170237 disclosed by the present applicant. In addition, the material of the base packing main-body part 7 is not restricted to the said material, As long as it is a material which can generate | occur | produce structural strength, another material may be sufficient. The thickness of the base packing main body 7 is equal to the height of the ventilation space 12 (see FIG. 3) necessary for ensuring desired ventilation performance, and is usually formed to be about 20 mm.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the guide member 8 is formed in a block shape having a rectangular parallelepiped shape, protrudes upward from the upper surface of the base packing main body 7, and is attached to the outer surface of the base 6. It is longer than the thickness of the material 5 by a predetermined length and is configured to extend in a direction away from the base packing main body 7. The width W and height H of the guide member 8 projecting upward from the upper surface of the base packing main body 7 (see FIG. 2 for both W and H) can be obtained by installing the base packing 1 between the base 2 and the base 6. When aligning, the width W and the height at which the inner side surface (side surface on the foundation packing body 7 side) of the protruding guide member 8 abuts on the outer side surface of the base 6 and the foundation packing 1 can be locked at a predetermined position. It is sufficient if it is H. In other words, when the side surface of the base packing 1 is struck with a pinch, if the inner side surface of the portion projecting upward is small, the guide member 8 will squeeze the outer surface of the base 6 and bite into the base 6 to be buried. , Accurate alignment is not possible. Therefore, the area is determined such that the value obtained by dividing the stress applied by the kanachi by the area of the inner side surface of the upward projecting portion is a value that does not crush the outer side surface of the base 6. The width W and the height H are set so that the inner side surface of the portion protruding upward is equal to or larger than the area.

The length L (see FIG. 2) of the guide member 8 extending in the direction away from the base packing main body 7 is such that the tip of the guide member 8 is located outside the outer wall base material 5 when the draining plate 4 is installed. The length that extends to a portion that can come into contact with the provided draining plate 4 (for example, the thickness of the outer wall base material 5, the thickness of the support member of the outer wall exterior member 3 such as the vertical trunk edge, and the back surface of the draining plate 4 ( A length L) obtained by adding a length from an upright portion 14) described later to a contact portion with the guide member 8. That is, the length L is determined according to the thickness of the outer wall base material 5, the support structure of the outer wall exterior material 3, and the like. The upper surface of the guide member 8 is formed horizontally. In addition, you may form the front-end | tip part of the guide member 8 so that it may incline with the inclination according to the inclined surface of the draining board 4. FIG.

The guide member 8 is made of the same material as that of the base packing body 7, and the entire base packing 1 is integrally formed by injection molding. Note that the guide member and the base packing main body may be formed separately and fixed with an adhesive or the like to be integrated. In this case, when aligning the foundation packing, it is necessary to use a strong adhesive having an adhesion performance that does not separate the foundation packing main body portion and the guide member even if the foundation packing is tapped with a cannula. However, the guide member 8 and the base packing main body 7 are integrally formed with the guide member 8 and the base packing main body 7 in one piece, rather than forming the guide member separately and bonding it to the base packing main body 7. Therefore, it is preferable because the cost can be reduced.

At least two guide members 8 are formed at predetermined intervals. In the present embodiment, two guide members 8 are formed at both ends of one side surface (outer surface) of the outer peripheral surface of the base packing main body portion 7. The basic longitudinal end face of the guide member 8 is flush with the basic longitudinal end face of the basic packing body 7. In this embodiment, two guide members 8 are provided, but three or more guide members 8 may be formed. However, in consideration of the air permeability between the outer wall exterior material 3 and the outer wall base material 5, it is preferable to reduce the number of guide members 8 within a range in which the outer wall base material 5 and the draining plate 4 can be supported.

Next, the operation of the foundation packing 1 will be described while explaining the construction process of the outer wall structure using the foundation packing 1.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, first, the foundation packing 1 is placed on the upper surface of the rising portion 11 of the foundation 2 at a predetermined pitch. In many cases, the foundation packing 1 is disposed at the bottom of anchor bolts (not shown) provided on the foundation 2 or pillars or studs (both not shown) provided on the top of the foundation 6, which is impossible for the foundation 6. It arrange | positions so that stress may not be applied. The foundation packing 1 is arranged so that the guide member 8 faces outward. At this time, the foundation packing 1 is not yet fixed.

Next, the base 6 is placed on the foundation packing 1. At this time, the base 6 is arranged on the upper surface of the rising portion 11 of the foundation 2 in accordance with the line drawn. Thereafter, the foundation packing 1 is aligned. The positioning of the foundation packing 1 is performed by hitting the side surface of the foundation packing 1 from the outside with a pinch or the like, but the portion protruding above the guide member 8 of the foundation packing 1 is in contact with the outside surface of the base 6. The foundation (base) width direction position of the foundation packing 1 is matched. Thus, by providing the guide member 8, the base packing 1 does not go too far inward with respect to the base 6, and alignment can be performed accurately and easily further rapidly.

In addition, since the guide member 8 is provided integrally with the foundation packing body 7, the foundation packing body 7 and the guide member 8 are not separated from each other even if the foundation packing 1 is tapped with a pinch. Alignment work can be done in time, and workability is high.

Further, the guide members 8 are provided at both ends of one side surface (outer side surface) of the base packing main body 7, and the pair of guide members 8 are in contact with the outer side surface of the base 6 at two points. No matter which part of the outer side of the base 1 is struck, the base packing 1 does not rotate, and there is only one guide member (when the part away from the guide member is struck, the base member that is in contact with the foundation The accuracy, ease and quickness of the alignment are very high compared to the case of rotating to the center).

When the alignment of the foundation packing 1 is completed, an anchor bolt (not shown) is finally tightened to fix the foundation packing 1 and the base 6 to the foundation 2. Then, after constructing an upper structure (not shown) such as columns and beams, the outer wall base material 5 is attached to the base 6 or the like.

At this time, the lower end portion of the outer wall base material 5 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the guide member 8 of the foundation packing 1 arranged along the foundation 2 and the base 6, so that the alignment in the height direction is performed. Thus, since the guide member 8 regulates the lower end position of the outer wall base material 5, the outer wall base material 5 does not fall below that and closes the ventilation space 12 between the adjacent foundation packings 1. There is no. Further, since the guide member 8 supports the outer wall base material 5, the height direction alignment can be easily performed even when the weight of the outer wall base material 5 is heavy. On the other hand, the horizontal alignment of the outer wall base material 5 is performed as follows. The alignment of the outer wall base material 5 in the foundation width direction is performed by bringing the outer wall base material 5 into contact with a base 6 or a pillar (not shown). This is done by installing the outer wall base material 5 in accordance with the drawn line. These alignments can be performed accurately and easily because they are not affected by gravity as compared with the alignment in the height direction. Therefore, according to the present invention, since the alignment in the height direction, which has been difficult in the past, can be performed accurately and easily, the alignment operation of the outer wall base material 5 in all directions can be performed accurately and easily. .

Thereafter, waterproof paper (not shown) is attached to the outer wall base material 5 and a vertical trunk edge (not shown) is attached at a predetermined pitch, and a draining plate 4 is attached to the outer surface of the vertical trunk edge. The draining plate 4 is interposed between the outer wall base material 5 and the outer wall exterior material 3, and has an upright portion 14 that is fixed to the outer surface of the vertical trunk edge, and an inclination that is inclined obliquely downward from the lower end of the upright portion 14. And a hanging portion 16 that hangs downward from the lower end of the inclined portion 15. Usually, the draining plate is fixed so that the upright portion is positioned between the outer wall base material and the waterproof paper, but in this embodiment, the draining plate 4 is attached to the outer side surface of the vertical trunk edge so that the outer wall A ventilation space 17 between the base material 5 and the outer wall exterior material 3 is secured. The draining plate 4 is aligned in the height direction by the lower surface of the inclined portion 15 coming into contact with the tip of the guide member 8 of the foundation packing 1. Thus, since the guide member 8 regulates the lower end position of the draining plate 4, the draining plate 4 does not fall below it and does not block the ventilation space 12 between the adjacent foundation packings 1. . The draining plate 4 is long along the longitudinal direction of the foundation, and conventionally, many workers are required for mounting the draining plate. However, according to the foundation packing 1 having the above-described configuration, the draining plate is formed at the tip of the guide member 8. 4 can be supported, the number of workers can be reduced, labor can be reduced, and the drainage plate 4 can be accurately aligned in the height direction. The horizontal alignment of the draining plate 4 is easy as compared with the conventional alignment in the height direction as with the outer wall base material 5. The draining plate 4 can also be accurately and easily aligned in the height direction, which has been difficult in the past, so that the alignment operation of the draining plate 4 in all directions can be performed accurately and easily.

As described above, according to the foundation packing 1 having the above-described configuration, the outer wall base material 5 and the draining plate 4 can be accurately aligned in the height direction, so that the ventilation space 12 between the adjacent foundation packings 1 is blocked. As shown by the arrow A in FIG. 1, air can be allowed to flow, and necessary air permeability under the floor can be ensured.

Further, since the guide members 8 are provided at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction of the foundation 2, as shown by an arrow B in FIG. 1, via a space 20 between the adjacent guide members 8. The outside and the back side of the draining plate 4 can communicate with each other. Therefore, outside air can be ventilated to the ventilation space 17 formed between the outer wall exterior material 3 and the outer wall base material 5, and the necessary air permeability in the wall can be ensured.

Furthermore, since the positional relationship between the foundation packing 1 and the base 6 becomes extremely accurate, the foundation packing 1 can be formed with the minimum necessary width, so that the material is saved and it is economical.

Thereafter, a plate-like outer wall exterior material 3 such as siding is attached to the outer side surface of the vertical trunk edge to complete the outer wall. Instead of the vertical trunk edge, waterproof paper with protrusions may be attached to the outer wall base material so that the protrusions face inward. In this case, a waterproof paper with a protrusion is attached to the position where the draining board is attached, the draining board 4 is attached to the outer surface, and the waterproof paper with a protrusion is formed on the outer surface of the outer wall base material and the entire outer surface of the draining plate. The outer wall exterior material such as mortar is constructed on the surface.

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which a draining plate having another configuration is attached using the basic packing having the configuration shown in FIG.

As shown in the figure, the draining plate 18 has a horizontal portion 19 formed between the rising portion 14 and the inclined portion 15, and a vent hole 21 is formed in the horizontal portion 19. The ventilation hole 21 is for flowing air to the ventilation space 17 between the outer wall exterior material 3 and the outer wall base material 5. A plurality of vent holes 21 are formed at a predetermined pitch along the longitudinal direction of the horizontal portion 19. When such a draining plate 18 is used, the upright portion 14 is affixed to the lower end portion of the outer wall base material 5. The draining plate 18 is aligned in the height direction by placing the horizontal portion 19 on the upper surface of the guide member 8 of the foundation packing 1. As a result, the stability of the draining plate 18 on the guide member 8 is increased, so that workability is improved, and more accurate, easy and quick alignment is possible. A waterproof paper 25 is attached to the outer surface of the upright portion 14 of the draining plate 18. The waterproof paper 25 is attached to the entire outer wall base material 5. That is, the upright portion 14 of the draining plate 18 is located between the outer wall base material 5 and the waterproof paper 25. A vertical body edge (not shown) is attached to the outer surface of the waterproof paper 25 at a predetermined pitch, and a plate-like outer wall exterior material 3 is attached to the outer surface of the vertical body edge. A ventilation space 17 is formed by a gap between adjacent vertical trunk edges. In addition, although the draining board 18 shown in FIG. 4 forms the ventilation hole 21 in the horizontal part 19, another shape may be sufficient. For example, a draining plate made up of an upright portion, an inclined portion, and a hanging portion that does not have a horizontal portion, and a vent hole is formed in the vicinity of the upright side end (upper end) of the inclined portion. Good.

In addition, since structures other than the draining board 18 in FIG. 4 are the same as that of FIG. 1, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and description is abbreviate | omitted.

[Second Embodiment]
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a second best embodiment for carrying out the foundation packing according to the present invention.

As shown in the drawing, the foundation packing 22 is formed in a rectangular shape in which the foundation packing main body portion 23 extends along the longitudinal direction of the foundation 2 (see FIG. 1) and the base 6 (see FIG. 1). The basic packing main body 23 is formed with a ventilation groove 24 serving as a ventilation channel connecting both sides in the short direction. The ventilation path is not limited to the ventilation groove 24 formed on the upper surface of the basic packing main body 23, and may be a through hole (not shown) formed inside the basic packing main body.

The base packing main body 23 is formed in a long rectangular shape of, for example, 910 mm × 95 mm, and a bolt hole 9 through which an anchor bolt (not shown) embedded in the base is inserted along a longitudinal direction thereof. A plurality of pitches are formed. The dimensions of the basic packing main body 23 are merely examples, and are not limited thereto. The basic packing main body 23 may be longer or shorter. The long rectangular shape in the present embodiment means a shape in which the dimension in the longitudinal direction is twice or more than the dimension in the short direction and at least one air passage is provided. A protrusion 10 is formed around the bolt hole 9. Since these bolt holes 9 and protrusions 10 have the same configuration as that of the first embodiment, the same reference numerals are given and description thereof is omitted. In the present embodiment, five bolt holes 9 are formed, but the number of bolt holes 9 varies depending on the length in the longitudinal direction of the base packing main body 23. Moreover, the formation pitch of the bolt holes 9 may be changed to increase or decrease the number of formation.

The number and size of the ventilation grooves 24 (groove depth and groove width) are determined by the required ventilation performance (amount of ventilation under the floor) and the required structural strength of the foundation packing 22 (the weight of the superstructure of the building including the base 6). It is determined according to the strength capable of supporting. That is, if the ventilation grooves 24 are large and large, the ventilation performance is improved, and if the ventilation grooves 24 are small and small, the structural strength is increased. Taking these into consideration, the ventilation grooves 24 are formed with the number and size of formation that satisfy both conditions. In the present embodiment, the ventilation groove 24 is formed between the adjacent bolt holes 9.

A plurality of guide members 8 are provided at a predetermined pitch (for example, about 100 to 300 mm) along a side surface (outer surface) extending in the longitudinal direction of the base packing main body 23. Since the shape of the guide member 8 is the same as that of the first embodiment, the same reference numerals are given and description thereof is omitted. The mounting position and the number of the guide members 8 include the necessary ventilation performance (the amount of ventilation to the ventilation space 17 (see FIG. 1) between the outer wall exterior material 3 and the outer wall foundation material 5) and the required strength (outer wall foundation material). 5 and the strength that can support them when the draining plate 4 is attached. In the present embodiment, the guide member 8 is provided on the side surface at the position where the bolt hole 9 is provided, but is not limited thereto. From the viewpoint of ventilation performance, it is preferable that the number of guide members 8 is small. Therefore, the minimum number of mounting members that can exhibit the strength capable of supporting the outer wall base material 5 and the draining plate 4 may be used. However, at least two guide members 8 are provided in order to improve the workability of alignment of the foundation packing 22. Further, the arrangement pitch of the guide members 8 may be determined in consideration of the yield of the basic packing main body 23.

According to the present embodiment, since the foundation packing 22 is formed in a long rectangular shape extending along the longitudinal direction of the foundation 2 and the base 6, the foundation packing 22 is attached to the entire length of the foundation 2. The number can be reduced. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the work man-hours such as the installation and positioning of the foundation packing 22, and the construction time and labor can be omitted. Further, since the ventilation groove 24 is formed in the foundation packing main body 23, air flows through the ventilation groove 24 even if the foundation packing main body 23 closes the foundation 2 and the base 6 over a long distance. Therefore, necessary breathability can be secured.

As mentioned above, although the form for implementing this invention was demonstrated, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, In the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention, a design change is possible suitably. For example, the shape of the base packing main body is not limited to a square or a rectangle, but may be a polygon having a corner chamfered or a shape having a curved surface.
