Description
【0001】

The system and method for providing inventory management and customer inventory quantity guarantee service according to the present invention can manage freshness. For example, for businesses that need to ensure stock of processed foods that are always fresh products and materials such as the restaurant industry. However, it is not limited to this, and for example, those with expiry dates, such as pharmaceuticals, and warehouses at manufacturing bases that have recently been increasingly used in the manufacturing industry are opened to parts and materials manufacturers. It is possible to effectively adapt to a method called Vendor Management Investing (VMI) that transfers inventory assets and procures only the necessary amount per day. In this case, the freshness management method prevents long-term inventory. Can be used.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to use as many materials as necessary when necessary in businesses that require stock of processed foods that are always fresh products and materials such as the restaurant industry. Since it is only necessary to pay the amount used and a small amount of contract, there is an effect that it is possible to effectively reduce the raw material cost. This is due to leaving the responsibility for inventory management to the supplier while holding the warehouse in the store.
[0044]
On the other hand, the supplier can know in real time the inventory status of the product storage unit that is responsible for management installed in the customer store, and can realize efficient inventory management. In addition, since individual management of products stored in a remote place is possible, it is possible to manage the freshness of the products. In addition, the supplier can contract with each customer store at various levels such as monthly warranty inventory, weekly warranty inventory, daily warranty inventory, etc., and can provide contracts according to customers. By providing a service that meets the requirements, it is possible to secure an appropriate profit.
[0045]
Further, the customer of the delivery destination can reduce the contract fee by frequently changing the guaranteed stock quantity by making a demand forecast from the use history of the product.
