Detailed Description
SUMMARY
In the related art, before the purchase of the goods, the sales amount for several days in the future is estimated, and then the goods are purchased in full amount based on the estimated sales amount.
In the related art, purchasing goods needs to go through the course of transportation of the goods and the like. A certain time is required from the purchase of placing an order from the supplier to the completion of the purchase.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide an inventory data processing method that can perform sales by converting the items represented by the converted inventory into real inventory after receiving order data. Wherein the item represented by the conversion inventory belongs to the second party. The items represented by the real inventory belong to a first party. The conversion of the right of stock of the goods represented by the conversion stock and the real stock is determined through the order data, and then the goods are sold based on the real stock, so that the timeliness of goods purchasing can be improved.
Example of a scene
An example application scenario of a warehouse system is provided in this specification. The warehouse system may be deployed with inventory data processing methods.
Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2. The warehouse system may predict the expected sales volume for the next week based on the marketing data to further prompt the supplier to stock. The warehouse system can code the historical sales volume corresponding to the corresponding goods included in the marketing data, the times of browsing the goods, the times of collecting the goods, the times of adding the goods into the shopping cart and the strength of the promotion activity. And inputting the obtained coding vector into a sales forecasting model, and forecasting to obtain the predicted sales of different goods in the next week. The warehouse system may then place a preparation to the supplier in accordance with the projected sales volume to increase the conversion inventory of the corresponding items in the warehouse. Wherein the conversion inventory represents items whose ownership is of the supplier. The provider may be a second party. The items represented by the conversion inventory may be items ordered by the first party. The first party may be a seller of the goods. The supplier may stock the warehouse upon receiving the stock order. In the event that stock is determined to be complete, the warehouse system may modify the conversion inventory amounts. The warehouse may store items represented by conversion inventory as well as items represented by real inventory. It is understood that the number of items stocked by the supplier in the warehouse corresponds to the conversion inventory of the seller.
A consumer may purchase a drug on an e-commerce platform. The warehouse system may collect, via the data interface, the consumer's goods order information received by the e-commerce platform within two hours. The item order information may be accompanied by item identifications indicating different medicines and item numbers indicating the numbers of medicines that the consumer needs to purchase. The warehouse system can classify the goods order information received within two hours through the drug identification and calculate the total goods purchase amount corresponding to different drugs.
The warehouse system may then issue item conversion orders to the suppliers of the items to cause the rights to the items represented in the conversion inventory in the warehouse to be transferred to the first party as physical inventory. The warehouse system can adjust the quantity of the conversion stock and the real stock in the warehouse after receiving the confirmation information of the supplier to the goods conversion list. Specifically, the total amount of the goods purchase may be subtracted from the conversion stock representing the amount of the corresponding drug, and added to the real stock representing the drug. Finally, the warehouse may be informed of the sequential shipment of the items represented by the stock in accordance with the order data. The warehouse system may deduct a corresponding quantity of the items from the real inventory upon receiving the item shipment indication.
System architecture
Referring to fig. 3, a warehouse system is provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. The warehouse system may be deployed with the inventory data processing method. The warehouse system may include clients and servers.
The client may be configured to receive configuration information. For example, the client may receive a time interval that configures the warehouse system to collect the item order information. The client may be an electronic device with network access capabilities. Specifically, for example, the client may be a desktop computer, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a smart phone, a digital assistant, a smart wearable device, a shopping guide terminal, a television, a smart speaker, a microphone, and the like. Wherein, wearable equipment of intelligence includes but not limited to intelligent bracelet, intelligent wrist-watch, intelligent glasses, intelligent helmet, intelligent necklace etc.. Alternatively, the client may be software capable of running in the electronic device.

The server may be an electronic device with certain arithmetic processing capability. Which may have a network communication module, a processor, memory, etc. Of course, the server may also refer to software running in the electronic device. The server may also be a distributed server, which may be a system with multiple processors, memory, network communication modules, etc. operating in coordination. Alternatively, the server may be a server cluster formed by several servers. Or, with the development of scientific technology, the server can also be a new technical means capable of realizing the corresponding functions of the specification implementation mode. For example, it may be a new form of "server" implemented based on quantum computing.
Example methods
Referring to fig. 4, one embodiment of the present disclosure provides an inventory data processing method. The inventory data processing method may be applied to a warehouse system of a first party. The inventory data processing method may include the following steps.
Step S110: receiving order data; wherein the order data includes an order item quantity.
In some cases, a consumer may purchase goods at an e-commerce platform. The e-commerce platform may use the customer's order of the item that may be created for purchasing the corresponding item. The e-commerce platform may send the goods order information to the warehouse system. The warehouse system may generate order data including an order quantity of the items from the item order information. The order item quantity may represent the sum of the item quantities attached to the generated item order within a certain time period. The warehouse system may purchase the corresponding item from the supplier based on the order data to implement the purchase at the sale. The purchase quantity of the goods is determined through the order data, so that the stock overstock of the goods can be saved to a certain extent, and the cost is saved. In some cases, the warehouse system and the transaction system of the electronic merchandiser may be deployed at the same server.
The first party may be a transaction party that purchases goods from a supplier. The first party may be a purchasing party. Wherein the supplier may be a second party. In some cases, the first party may be provided with an online transaction platform that sells goods procured from suppliers to consumers. The online trading platform may be an e-commerce platform. The consumer may be a third party.
The order data may indicate the sales of items that need to be purchased. Further, a purchase of the item may be made based on the order data. Items purchased to the right may be used in response to the order data. The order data may include an order quantity. The order item quantity may represent the quantity of items that need to be purchased. Wherein the quantity of items to be purchased may be correlated to the quantity of items to be sold. Specifically, the quantity of items to be purchased may be consistent with the quantity of items to be sold as indicated by the order data. The order data may correspond to an item identification. The item identification is used to indicate an unused item. Corresponding to different items, there may be a corresponding number of items ordered. The goods may be any goods. Such as pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, electronics, and food products. Of course, in some embodiments, the order data may also include a variety of information such as an order number, customer information, and the like.
The method for receiving the quantity of the order goods may be that the server with the order data sends the order data to the warehouse system, and then the order data is received by the warehouse system. Of course, the method for receiving the quantity of the ordered goods can also be obtained by reading the quantity in the database by the warehouse system. The order data in the database can be written by a server of the e-commerce platform.
Step S120: and determining the converted goods quantity accepted by the conversion stock of the first party according to the order goods quantity. Wherein the item represented by the conversion inventory belongs to a second party's real inventory; the real inventory of the second party represents the quantity of items of the goods belonging to the second party stored in the warehouse of the first party; the converted item quantity is not greater than the order item quantity.
In some cases, the warehouse system may maintain a stock inventory of the first party and a conversion inventory of the first party. Accordingly, the goods belonging to the first party can be classified into converted goods and real goods. Wherein the right of delivery of the item represented by the conversion inventory of the first party is different from the right of delivery of the item represented by the real inventory of the first party. The conversion inventory represents items whose ownership belongs to the second party. The second party may be a supplier. Upon receiving the order data, the warehouse system may purchase the items represented by the converted inventory to the supplier to convert the rights to the items from the supplier to the purchasing party. Wherein the purchasing party may be the first party. Through depositing the goods that belong to different parties in same warehouse, through shifting the right of goods when needing to purchase goods, realize the purchase of goods. Further, the goods may be delivered directly to the consumer via a warehouse. Therefore, optimization of warehouse resources and optimization of supply chain links can be realized, the purchasing and selling efficiency of goods is improved, the operating efficiency of the warehouse is improved to a certain extent, and the cost of the supply chain is reduced.
The conversion inventory may represent the quantity of items in the warehouse that actually store items prepared by the supplier for the second party. In particular, the right of way for the item represented by the conversion inventory of the first party may be to belong to a second party. The first party's real inventory may represent items actually stored in a warehouse and having rights to the first party. In particular, the items represented by the conversion inventory may be items ordered by the first party to the supplier. In some embodiments, the items represented by the conversion inventory may be referred to as futures items. Corresponding to different goods, there may also be corresponding conversion inventory and real goods inventory belonging to the first party.
In some embodiments, the items represented by the conversion inventory and the real inventory may be stored in the same warehouse. The repository is a repository that may be a first party. In particular, the first party's warehouse may have the first party's stock and conversion stock in it. Wherein the goods represented by the conversion inventory belong to a second party. The warehouse may be deployed with the warehouse system. Wherein the goods in the warehouse may not need to be moved in position after the right of way is transferred. The property right of the goods only needs to be modified according to the data of the goods number, the position and the like of the warehouse system. The goods moving process can be simplified to a certain extent, and the goods purchasing efficiency is improved.
The converted item quantity may indicate a quantity of items that the first party needs to convert the items indicated by the first party's converted inventory into real inventory in accordance with the procurement requirements. In some embodiments, the converted item quantity may be no greater than the ordered item quantity. The converted item quantity not greater than the ordered item quantity may indicate that the first party's converted inventory may take up at most the ordered item quantity of the item. I.e. the first party may not overstock the goods.
The method for determining the converted quantity of the goods accepted by the conversion stock of the first party according to the quantity of the ordered goods may be to use the quantity of the ordered goods as the converted quantity of the goods accepted by the conversion stock of the first party so as to further purchase the quantity of the converted goods to a supplier. I.e. the converted quantity of goods represented by the conversion stock of the first party is converted into the real goods of the first party. Of course, the method for determining the converted quantity of the converted goods accepted by the converted stock of the first party according to the quantity of the order goods may be that the quantity of the order goods accepted by the converted stock of the first party is deducted by using the quantity of the real goods in the real stock of the first party, and then the deducted quantity of the order goods is used as the converted quantity of the order goods. In some embodiments, the stock inventory and the conversion inventory of the first party in the warehouse may satisfy a preset rule. For example, the first party may be set to have a quantity of stock greater than a specified threshold, or the quantity of stock items and the quantity of conversion items satisfy a certain ratio. Correspondingly, according to the remaining amount of the real goods of the first party in the warehouse, the quantity of the order goods and the preset rule, the quantity of the converted goods can be determined so as to sell the goods to the third party after purchasing the goods of the quantity of the converted goods to the supplier.
Step S130: issuing a goods conversion bill to the second party based on the converted goods quantity; the goods conversion list is used for indicating that the real goods inventory of the second party corresponding to the conversion inventory is converted into the real goods inventory of the first party; wherein the first party's real inventory represents a quantity of items of the item belonging to the first party held in the first party's warehouse.
In some cases, after determining the quantity of converted goods, a goods conversion bill may be issued to the supplier, i.e., the second party, to purchase the goods of the second party in the warehouse of the first party, so that the right of the goods is transferred from the second party to the first party, to improve the efficiency of the supplier stocking-to-first party purchasing process to some extent.
In some cases, the seller must obtain the rights to the item before some of the item is sold. The seller can sell the goods to the consumer only after having the right of the goods. For example, for a medicine, it can be sold only in the above-described form based on the regulations. This may cause problems with inefficient supply chains, inadequate supply stability, etc. Therefore, through before with goods delivery to consumer, can help the reasonable stock of supplier through conversion stock to before the delivery, based on the conversion goods quantity to the second side is assigned the goods conversion list in order to with the goods of second side turns into the stock of real goods, more is favorable to reducing the goods backlog, and can more reasonable stock sale.
In some cases, converted goods and real goods may be stored with the same warehouse. The repository may belong to a first party. The warehouse system may effect a transfer of rights directly after confirmation by the supplier such that the item is shipped directly from the warehouse to the customer when the first party fulfills the order. This can reduce goods handling time to some extent, reducing supply chain costs.
The item conversion ticket may be used to instruct conversion of the item of the second party to real inventory. The item conversion sheet may include an item required to change an item belonging to the second-party real inventory corresponding to the conversion inventory to an item belonging to the first-party real inventory. The real inventory and the conversion inventory of the first party may be modified after the warehouse system receives the confirmation of the second party. Specifically, the warehouse system may change a corresponding amount of converted inventory to real inventory. For example, the order for item 1 has an item quantity of 100. The physical stock of the goods 1 in the warehouse may be 10. The conversion stock of the article 1 may be 100. Accordingly, the converted goods quantity may be 90. The item conversion sheet may be used to instruct to change 90 items 1 represented by the conversion stock to real stock. Accordingly, the number of converted stocks after change may be 10, and the number of real stocks may be 100 items.
The method of issuing the item conversion order to the second party based on the converted item quantity may be sending an item conversion request to the second party to convert the converted item quantity from the conversion stock of the first party to the real stock. That is, the stock of the second party stored in the first party's warehouse is converted into the stock of the first party. Of course, the goods conversion list may also be accompanied with information such as details of the goods, agreement between both parties of the transaction, and the like.
Step S140: and responding the order data by adopting the real stock of the first party.
In some cases, after the first party obtains real goods that satisfy the quantity of goods of the order, the goods order corresponding to the order data may be fulfilled based on real goods inventory of the first party. By directly sending the goods to the third party in the warehouse, the time for the third party to receive the goods can be shortened to a certain extent.
The method for responding to the order data by the real inventory of the first party may be that the warehouse system may modify the real inventory after the goods represented by the real inventory of the first party are delivered to the third party. After the inventory is less than the specified quantity or proportion, the warehouse system may apply for item conversions to the supplier. For example, in the case where the real inventory of the first party is 0, it is also possible to send a goods conversion order requesting conversion of a specified number of converted goods into real goods to the supplier based on a preset rule. In some embodiments, the warehouse may request stock from the supplier based on a preset rule in a case where both the stock inventory and the conversion inventory of the first party are 0 or meet a specified condition. In some cases, the warehouse may include, in addition to the real stock and the conversion stock, disposable goods belonging to the supplier. Wherein said conversion inventory is understood to be goods ordered from a first party to said second party. Correspondingly, the warehouse system can also automatically request the goods right of the goods from the supplier under the condition that the real goods inventory and the conversion inventory of the first party meet certain conditions.
In some embodiments, the inventory data processing method may further include: determining a projected stock quantity for the item over a specified sales period; providing said projected stock quantity to a warehousing system of said second party; and the second party receiving the feedback of the warehousing system of the second party adds corresponding actual stock quantity to the conversion inventory according to the actual stock quantity of the predicted stock quantity.
In some cases, the first party needs to order goods to the supplier to increase the conversion inventory of the warehouse. The determination of the quantity of the goods is important for the sale of the goods. Storage pressure may be increased once more items are ordered. A low probability of short supply once ordered. Thus, a prediction of the quantity of the item within a specified sales period may be made to determine the expected stock quantity. After the second party stocks the quantity of forecasted stock, the warehouse system may modify the quantity of converted stock to better balance warehousing costs and consumption needs to some extent.
The specified sales period may be a preset time period. The first party may sell the item during any of the sales periods. Accordingly, the specified sales period may have a corresponding sales amount of the item. In particular, the specified sales period may be a time interval in the future during which the step of determining the expected stock quantity of the item for the specified sales period is performed. For example, the specified sales period can represent between a point in time at which the step of determining the expected quantity of stock for the item over the specified sales period is performed and a specified number of days in the future. Of course, the specified sales period may represent between one specified time in the future to another specified time in which the step of determining the expected stock quantity of the item for the specified sales period is performed.
The projected stock quantity may represent the predicted stock quantity of the item that accounts for the demand for the item for the specified sales period.
The method of determining the expected quantity of stock for the item over a specified sales period may be based on historical sales forecasts. Of course, the expected stock quantity may also be determined based on manually defined stock rules. For example, each month may correspond to a different sales period, for which an explicit expected number of sales may be set. Based on the particular month, an expected stock quantity for that month may be determined.
The method of providing the expected stock quantity to the warehousing system of the second party may be sending the expected stock quantity to the warehousing system of the second party. Wherein the warehouse system of the second party may be used to manage the items of the second party. For example, the warehousing system of the second party may be used to place stock orders. In some embodiments, the second party's warehouse system may also maintain conversion inventory and synchronize the conversion inventory to the first party's warehouse system. Of course, the method of providing the estimated stock quantity to the warehousing system of the second party may also be directly purchasing the goods of the estimated stock quantity to the second party.
The second party receiving the feedback of the warehousing system of the second party adds the corresponding actual stock quantity to the conversion inventory according to the actual stock quantity of the predicted stock quantity, and may adjust the quantity of the conversion inventory according to the quantity of the stock supplied to the warehouse by the supplier. Specifically, the warehouse system may receive a stock complete instruction when the supplier is finished with stock according to the expected stock quantity. The warehouse system may then convert the quantity of inventory to increase the projected stock quantity. Of course, in some cases, the supplier may not be able to complete the stock. The warehouse system may modify the conversion inventory upon receiving the actual stock quantity. Wherein the actual stock quantity may represent a quantity of items actually offered to the warehouse by the supplier. In some embodiments, the stock completion instruction may be a warehouse monitoring result. Of course, the stock completion instruction may also be provided by the warehousing system of the second party. Wherein the stock completion instruction may be accompanied by the actual stock quantity.
In some cases, the step of determining an expected stock quantity of the item for a specified sales period may include: predicting a predicted sales volume of the item within a specified sales period based on the marketing data for the item; wherein the projected sales amount is the projected stock quantity.
In some cases, the expected stock quantity may be determined from marketing data for the item. And the sales volume can be accurately predicted based on the marketing data so as to determine the predicted stock quantity. Wherein the marketing data may include at least historical sales data for the item.
The marketing data may represent data generated during the sale of the item to the purchase of a consumer. Wherein the marketing data may include data representing a promotional means of the first party and may also include data of historical sales.
From the marketing data for the item, a projected sales volume for the item over a specified sales period can be predicted. Wherein the projected sales volume can represent a projected number of sales of the item over the specified sales period. Specifically, for example, the method for predicting the expected sales volume of the item in the specified sales period according to the marketing data of the item may obtain a weighted average of the sales volumes in the month of year and year in the past, and use the calculated volume as the expected sales volume. Of course, the method for predicting the expected sales volume of the goods in the specified sales period according to the marketing data of the goods may also be obtained by inputting the marketing data into a sales volume prediction model. Wherein the sales prediction model may be a timing model.
After determining the projected sales amount, further, the projected sales amount may be taken as the projected stock amount and the projected stock amount may be provided to the second party for stock.
In some embodiments, the marketing data may include at least one of: historical sales data, goods browsing data, of the goods goods collection data, goods pre-purchase data and goods promotion data.
In some cases, the projected sales volume may be predicted more accurately based on information in multiple dimensions. Specifically, the marketing data may include part data among historical sales data, marketing browsing data, collection data, shopping cart joining data, sales promotion data, and date data for the item.
In some implementations, the marketing data may include historical sales data. The historical sales data can represent historical sales of the item over at least a portion of the time period that the item has been sold.
In some embodiments, the marketing data may include item browsing data. The item view data may represent the number of times the item is viewed by the consumer in the e-commerce platform. The item view data may characterize the extent to which the item is of consumer interest.
In some embodiments, the marketing data may include item collection data. The collection data may represent a number of times the item is collected by the consumer in the e-commerce platform. The collection data may also characterize the extent to which the items are of consumer interest.
In some embodiments, the marketing data may include item pre-purchase data for items. The favorite data may represent a number of items added to the shopping cart by the consumer in the e-commerce platform, or a predetermined number of items. The collection data may also characterize a quantity of the item that is expected to be purchased by a consumer.
In some embodiments, the marketing data may include item promotional data for an item. The item promotion data may represent data relating to the promotion of the item on the e-commerce platform. For example, the item promotion data may include sales of the item under different promotion levels, or the number of times the item has been viewed under different promotion levels, etc.
In some embodiments, the marketing data may also include date data for the item. The influence of different dates on the sales volume of the goods can be learned according to the date data. For example, holidays or climatic conditions can be linked to dates, which can also affect the sales volume to some extent.
In some embodiments, the predicted sales volume may be predicted by a model. Historical sales data, goods browsing data, goods collection data, goods pre-purchase data, goods promotion data, date data, climate data, holiday data and the like of the goods can be used as one characteristic input by the model. The model may be a deep learning model such as RNN, LSTM, etc.
In some embodiments, the inventory data processing method may further include: receiving a plurality of item order information; wherein the item order information is accompanied by the item quantity; generating the order data based on the plurality of item order information; wherein the sum of the number of items of the plurality of item order information forms the order item number of the order data.
In some cases, the warehouse system may execute the inventory data processing method too frequently for each customer order. Thus, the warehouse system may collect customer orders according to specified rules, forming the order data. The customer orders may then be processed in batches according to the order data. Thus, the efficiency of inventory data processing and the efficiency of the supply chain can be improved to a certain extent.
The item order information may represent an order placed by a third party to the first party to purchase the item. Wherein the item order information may be accompanied by an item quantity. In some embodiments, the item order information may represent purchase orders for a plurality of items. Wherein each item has a respective item quantity. The item order information may represent the customer order.
Based on the item order information, the order data may be generated. In particular, the warehouse system may assemble the order data from the item orders collected over a time interval. Wherein, each item order information can correspond to an item identification and an item quantity. And accumulating the quantity of the goods corresponding to the same goods identification to obtain the total quantity of the goods, and further forming the order data corresponding to the goods identification in the order data. The accumulated quantity of the goods may represent the quantity of the goods in the order corresponding to the goods identifier in the order data.
In some embodiments, the item order information has a corresponding generation time; receiving a plurality of item order information, comprising: item order information is collected with a generation time within a specified time interval.
In some cases, the warehouse system may collect a quantity of the item order information. The order data may be generated based on the collected item order information when a sum of the quantities of items corresponding to the item order information is greater than a specified threshold value. However, in some cases, after the warehouse system collects a portion of the item order information, there may not have been a new item order. If the sum of the quantities of the items corresponding to the item orders is still set to be larger than a specified threshold value, the order data may be generated based on the collected item orders, which may cause a problem of slow delivery to a third party. Thus, the order data can be formed by collecting the information of the order of the goods whose generation time is within the specified time interval.
The generation time of the item order information may represent a time when the purchase order is placed by a third party. The warehouse system may sequentially collect the item order information over time.
The specified time interval may represent a specified time period. In some embodiments, the specified time interval may represent a time period between a generation time of the first item order information collected by the warehouse system to a point in time that is a specified length of time after the generation time. That is, the specified time interval is within the specified duration after the warehouse system receives the first item order information. Of course, the specified time interval may also be a specific time period. For example, 5 am to 5 pm may be the first time interval. The second time interval may be from 5 pm to 5 am of the following day. The warehouse system may collect the item order information during the first time interval and the second time interval, respectively. And generating the order data based on the goods order information at a time point when the first time interval and the second time interval are switched.
Correspondingly, the method for collecting and generating the goods order information with the time in the appointed time interval can be used for receiving the goods order information sent by the E-commerce platform in the time interval and determining the goods data of the order according to the goods quantity attached to the goods order information. Of course, in some embodiments, the time interval may represent a historical time. The method for collecting the goods order information with the generation time within the specified time interval can be that the goods order information generated within the historical time is read from a database.
In some embodiments, the step of generating the order data based on the plurality of item order information comprises: and under the condition that the sum of the quantity of the goods corresponding to the received goods order information is larger than a set threshold value, generating the order data according to the goods order information.
In some cases, the amount of item order information collected by the warehouse system over an interval of time may be small. However, the amount of item order information collected by the warehouse system during the next time interval may be relatively large. For example, the amount of item order information generated during the day may be much greater than the amount of item order information generated at night. Therefore, collecting the item order information during the specified time interval may result in a greater pressure of the item during different portions of the time interval and a lesser pressure of the item during portions of the time interval. In addition, the difference between the quantity of the ordered items corresponding to the order data is large, which may result in that the suppliers cannot supply the ordered items more stably. Therefore, the warehouse system may generate the order data according to the item order information when the quantity of items corresponding to the collected item order information is greater than a set threshold value.
The method for generating the order data according to the plurality of items of order information may be that the warehouse system calculates an accumulated value of the number of items corresponding to the items of order information under the condition that the item order information is collected by the warehouse system. And generating the order data based on corresponding goods order information under the condition that the accumulated value is larger than a set threshold value. Of course, the threshold may be different for different times. For example, the threshold may be increased appropriately during the corresponding promotional program to avoid, to some extent, frequent placement of the item conversion order to the second party.
In some embodiments, the order data includes item order information with an amount of items attached; the order goods quantity is the sum of the goods quantity of the goods order information; the inventory data processing method may further include: and under the condition that the goods order information is cancelled, under the condition that the order represented by the goods order information is cancelled, converting the goods quantity of the goods order information from the real stock of the first party into the conversion stock of the first party.
In some cases, the item order information may be requested from the first party by a third party, i.e., a consumer. Correspondingly, the third party may also cancel the item order information. In order to avoid overstock of real goods in the warehouse due to cancellation of the goods order information to a certain extent, therefore, under the condition that the goods order information is cancelled, the goods with the quantity corresponding to the goods order information in the real goods inventory of the first party can be converted into the conversion inventory of the first party. Specifically, in a case where the item order information is cancelled, an item return request may be transmitted to the second party. And under the condition that the information that the goods return request is confirmed is received, the warehouse system converts the goods with the quantity corresponding to the goods order information in the real goods inventory of the first party into the conversion inventory of the first party so as to ensure that the inventory quantity is reasonable to a certain extent.
In some embodiments, the method for processing the inventory data may further include: under the condition that the converted goods quantity is larger than zero, an order waiting instruction is issued to the goods order corresponding to the order data, so that the goods order is in a waiting state; and under the condition that confirmation information of the second party on the goods conversion list is received, the waiting state of the goods order is released.
In some cases, the quantity of real inventory of the first party may be less than the quantity of converted goods of the first party. Accordingly, the warehouse system may issue a goods conversion order to the second party. The second party may then make a determination on the item conversion bill to convert the items represented by the first party's conversion inventory into the first party's real inventory. In this process, the supplier may need some time to confirm. Therefore, an order waiting instruction can be issued to the order of the third party to release the waiting state of the goods order after the stock goods satisfying the goods quantity of the order are obtained by the warehouse system. Further, the order data may be responded to by a stock of the first party.
The order waiting instruction can be provided for a server where the e-commerce platform is located, and further a goods order corresponding to the order data is issued through the e-commerce server. Accordingly, in the case where the converted item quantity is larger than zero, it may be indicated that responding to the order data with the real stock of the first party requires an item conversion order to be placed to the second party based on the converted item quantity, and therefore, a certain waiting time is required. Therefore, an order waiting instruction can be issued to the goods order corresponding to the order data.
In the case of receiving the confirmation information of the second party to the item conversion ticket, it may indicate that the second party has confirmed the item conversion ticket. Accordingly, the conversion inventory of the first party may be converted to the real inventory of the first party. Further, the waiting state of the goods order can be released. Specifically, the method for releasing the waiting state of the goods order may be to issue a wait releasing instruction to the goods order. The order data may then be responded to based on the first party's real inventory. Specifically, the goods may be represented by the real inventory of the first party, and the delivery task of the order for the goods may be completed.
In some embodiments, the inventory data processing method may further include: receiving goods stock data provided by the warehousing system of the second party; wherein the item stock data comprises a quantity of stock items supplied by the second party to the first party; updating the conversion inventory of the first party using the stock quantity data.
In some cases, the second party's warehouse system may send item stock data to the first party's warehouse system after stock is complete. Wherein the item stock data may represent an item stock process. Specifically, the article stock data may include a stock article quantity. The stock quantity may represent the quantity of stock actually stocked by the second party. Upon receiving the item stock data, the conversion inventory of the first party may be updated using the stock item quantity data. Specifically, the quantity of stock provided by the second party may be added to the conversion inventory to update the first party conversion inventory. In some embodiments, the warehouse deployed by the second party's warehousing system may be the first party's warehouse. Correspondingly, the warehousing system of the second party has different management authority for the data of the warehouse from the warehousing system of the first party.
In some embodiments, the step of responding to the order data with the first party's stock may include: deducting a corresponding amount of the item in the real inventory of the first party in a case where it is confirmed that the item belonging to the first party is provided to a third party.
In some cases, responding to the order data with the real inventory of the first party may be to ship the item belonging to the first party to a third party according to item order information of the third party corresponding to the order data. Accordingly, after the goods are delivered, the corresponding quantity of the goods can be deducted from the real goods inventory of the first party, so as to ensure that the inventory quantity is consistent with the quantity of the goods actually stored in the warehouse.
