Description
Claims (8)
- 書込操作の際に光照射(4)を受ける前面(3)と後面(5)とを有する無機材料製の活性層(2)を含んでなる光学記録媒体であって、前記無機材料が、原子百分率で亜鉛60%〜70%およびテルル30%〜40%からなる、テルルおよび亜鉛の合金である、記録媒体。
- 前記合金が亜鉛65%およびテルル35%を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の記録媒体。
- 前記活性層(2)が15ナノメートル〜50ナノメートルの厚さを有する、請求項1または2に記載の記録媒体。
- 前記活性層(2)の前面(3)に配置された、厚さが4ナノメートル〜10ナノメートルである半反射層(6)を含んでなる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の記録媒体。
- 前記半反射層(6)が、アルミニウム、金、銀、銅、亜鉛、チタン、ニッケル、よびそれらの合金を含んでなる群から選択される金属から製造される、請求項4に記載の記録媒体。
- 前記後面(5)上に重合体材料製の保護層(8)を含んでなる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の記録媒体。
- 前記保護層(8)が、ポリジメチルシロキサンを基剤とし、10マイクロメートル〜100マイクロメートルの厚さを有する、請求項6に記載の記録媒体。
- 前記保護層(8)が変形し得るものである、請求項6または7に記載の記録媒体。
