Claims (6)
- 外周側を凸曲面からなる支持面にすると共に、内周側を二股状に開脚した環状シェルと、該環状シェルの両脚部にそれぞれ装着した弾性リングとから構成し、前記弾性リングをホイールのリムに支持するようにしたランフラット支持体において、
前記シェルを微細な空隙を有する多孔構造材で形成すると共に、該シェルの厚さを前記外周側の凸曲面部分で薄くし、前記内周側の両脚部分で厚くしたランフラット支持体。 - 前記シェルの厚さ方向における空隙率を前記多孔構造材の外周面側で大きくし、内周面側で小さくした請求項1に記載のランフラット支持体。
- 前記シェルを空隙率を異にする複数の多孔構造材を積層して構成した請求項1又は2に記載のランフラット支持体。
- 前記多孔構造材が金属、金属酸化物又は無機化合物からなる多数の粒子を焼結させた焼結材である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のランフラット支持体。
- 前記多孔構造材の空隙に潤滑剤を含浸させた請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のランフラット支持体。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のランフラット支持体をホイールにリム組みした空気入りタイヤの内側に装着したタイヤ/ホイール組立体。
