Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention includes a head that is attached to a first member and a leg that is attached to a second member, and is used to connect the first member and the second member. Regarding improvement.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A head part 100 and a leg part 200 are continuously provided in the central axis direction, and the head part 100 is fitted to an attachment part formed on the first member, and the leg part 200 is opened on the second member. There is a connecting tool having an axial shape that fits into the attached mounting hole and connects the two members together. (Refer to Design Registration No. 916156 in the Design Gazette, FIGS. 9 to 11)
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a connector, by inserting the leg part 200 into the mounting hole, a part of the leg part 200 is elastically bent once, and then the leg part 200 is elastically bent. In order to engage the engaging protrusion 202 formed on the mounting hole with the mounting hole, the groove 201 allows the bending of the leg 200 from the tip of the leg 200 to the base of the leg 200. In order to make the thickness of the head 100 as uniform as possible, a fillet hole 101 formed so as to be recessed from the top end of the head 100 into the head 100 is provided. It is provided.
[0004]
For this reason, when plastic molding such a conventional connector, the first slide core is pulled out from the base side to the tip side of the leg 200 so as to form a groove 201 provided in the leg 200. And a second slide core that is pulled out in the opposite direction to the first slide core so as to form a fillet hole 101 in the head 100, and a pair that is separated in a direction crossing the direction in which these slide cores are pulled out. A minimum of four molds were required.
[0005]
In addition, for this reason, even when trying to obtain a plurality of conventional couplers by a single molding, a plurality of product shape portions for molding each coupler are provided in the pair of molds as the first slide core. It was practically limited to form a single row in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the first and second slide cores were pulled out.
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention simplifies the structure of a mold for molding this type of connector, and allows a large number of connectors to be molded without any trouble in a single molding, so that such a connector can be supplied at low cost. The main purpose is to do so.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the connecting member of the two members has the following configurations (1) to (5).
(1) A head portion and a leg portion are continuously provided in the direction of the central axis, and the head portion is fitted to an attachment portion formed on the first member, and the leg portion is opened on the second member. A connecting tool that has an axial shape that fits into the mounting hole and connects the two members together,
(2) The head portion has a reduced diameter portion between the top end of the head portion and the leg portion, and the reduced diameter portion formed in the attachment portion of the first member is the center of the coupling tool. The head is attached to the first member by fitting the reduced diameter portion into a fitting hole that is received from the direction crossing the axis.
(3) A hooking protrusion for forming the enlarged diameter portion on the leg portion, which is slightly larger than the diameter of the mounting hole of the second member, and a base portion of the leg portion from the tip of the leg portion. And a bending allowance gap formed over the
(4) A position where the leg portion is elastically swept so that the leg portion enters the attachment hole before the enlarged diameter portion by the bending allowance gap, and the leg portion is fully inserted into the attachment hole. The leg is attached to the second member by engaging the engaging protrusion with the attachment hole by the impact of the leg at
(5) In addition, there is a thin hole in the head that communicates with the allowable bending space formed in the leg portion and does not form an undercut portion in the communication portion with the allowable bending space. It is formed.
[0008]
According to such a configuration, the thinned hole that keeps the thickness of the head properly is pulled out from the base side to the tip side of the leg so as to form the bending allowance gap in the leg. The slide core can be formed together with the allowable bending gap.
[0009]
This makes it possible to use a plastic material or a rubber material to connect a connector having elastic deformation characteristics to the legs with a minimum number of molds, without separately preparing a slide core for forming a hollow hole in the head. Can be molded.
[0010]
In other words, according to the present invention, the connecting device having the fillet hole in the head can be configured as an injection-molded product such as a plastic material with the minimum number of molds.
[0011]
In addition, the product shape portion of the connector is arranged on both sides so that the product shape portion of the connector faces the side on which the top end of the head is formed in the portion forming the head of the connector in the product shape portion. The four molds of the pair of molds and the slide cores that are pulled out from the portions forming the leg portions of the product shape portions of the couplers arranged on both sides in this way, without complicating the molding die. At the same time, two rows of couplers can be molded, and so-called multiple molding of the couplers (a plurality of molded products can be obtained by a single molding) can be eliminated. As a result, it is possible to supply the coupler as cheaply as possible.
[0012]
The bending allowance gap is formed by forming a groove in the leg portion extending from the distal end of the leg portion to the base portion and communicating with the thin hole in the head portion at the base portion. By opening outward at the tip of the leg, and extending from the tip to the base of the leg, and forming a hole communicating with the fillet hole of the head at the base position, The leg can be provided.
[0013]
Further, the fillet hole formed in the head is formed so as to be opened outward at the top end of the head as long as it communicates with the bending allowance gap as described above. Also good.
[0014]
Further, in the invention described in claim 2, the one or two in which the bending allowable gap in the connecting member of the two members described in claim 1 is formed from the tip of the leg to the base of the leg. The structure is formed by the above grooves.
[0015]
According to such a configuration, the leg is elastically squeezed so that the leg portion enters the attachment hole before the enlarged diameter portion by the groove, and the leg portion is fully inserted into the attachment hole. It is possible to attach the leg part to the second member by engaging the hooking projection part with the attachment hole by the impact of the leg part at the position, and to properly adjust the thickness of the head part. The meat fill hole to be maintained can be formed together with the groove by a slide core that is pulled out from the base side toward the tip side of the leg so as to form a groove in the leg.
[0016]
Further, in the invention described in claim 3, the connecting member of the two members described in claim 2 is further recessed in the leg portion from a position that differs by approximately 90 degrees with respect to the recess direction of the groove, and the leg. It was assumed that a long hole was formed in the length direction of the part.
[0017]
According to this configuration, even with such a hole, the diameter-enlarged portion of the leg portion formed by the hooking protrusion is bent more smoothly as the leg portion is inserted into the mounting hole. Can do.
[0018]
Further, since the direction of depression of the hole differs by about 90 degrees with respect to the direction of depression of the groove, there are generally three pairs of molds that are separated in the direction along the direction of depression of the hole and the slide core that forms the groove. According to the two molds, the connecting member having an elastic deformation characteristic in the leg portion can be appropriately formed from a plastic material or a rubber material.
[0019]
In the invention described in claim 4, the two-member connecting tool described in claim 2 or claim 3 is further divided into a head and a leg by a groove and a fillet hole communicating with the groove. It was set as the structure provided with the solid core part formed over.
[0020]
According to this configuration, the integrity of the head and the leg, and consequently the rigidity of the connector, can be further increased by the core that joins the head and the leg together inside the connector.
[0021]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, typical embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0022]
Here, FIGS. 1 and 3 show the connector according to the embodiment as viewed from the side with one side sandwiching the central axis x and the lower flange 14 being broken. FIG. 3 shows the connector in a state where the connector is viewed from a direction different from the orientation of FIG. 1 by 90 degrees.
