Claims (10)
- ターボマシンタービンの製造方法であって、前記タービンが、ブレードインサートを有する少なくとも1つの可動ホイールを備え、該可動ホイールに用いられるインサートは各々、少なくとも2枚のブレードを備え、該ブレードが、共通の内側プラットホームおよび外側プラットホームによって相互接続され、かつ共通の根部を共有し、
前記インサートの少なくとも幾つかが、凹部が形成された中空根部を有し、前記ブレードインサートの共振周波数を少なくとも1%異なる値に調整し、それによって単一ホイールのブレードインサートおよび/または2つの異なるホイール間のブレードインサートが同調しないことを確実にするように、同一のホイールに属するインサート根部および/または2つの異なるホイールに属するインサート根部が、意図的に根部の前記凹部に異なる形状を与えられる方法。 - ブレードインサートが、凹部のない中実の根部を持つブレードインサートを少なくとも幾つか含んで用いられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ターボマシンタービン用の可動ブレードインサートの共振周波数を調整する方法であって、前記インサートが、少なくとも2枚のブレードを備えるよう製造され、該ブレードが、共通の内側プラットホームおよび外側プラットホームによって相互接続され、かつ共通の根部を共有し、前記インサートの前記共振周波数が、前記インサート根部に凹部を形成することによって調整される方法。
- 前記インサートが、細くなったネック部を備えた根部を有するよう製造され、前記インサートの共振周波数が、前記根部のネック部と同じ高さの前記凹部のいずれかの側の材料の厚みに作用することによって調整される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記インサートの前記共振周波数が、高圧タービン(HP)および低圧タービン(LP)の回転速度をN2およびN1とする場合に、N2−N1に対応する励振モードよりも14%大きな値に調整される、高圧タービン(HP)および低圧タービン(LP)を有するターボマシンタービンのブレードインサートの前記共振周波数を調整するための請求項3に記載の方法。
- ターボマシン用の多段タービンであって、該タービンが、ブレードインサートが取り付けられた、少なくとも1つの可動ホイールを備え、各ブレードインサートが、少なくとも2枚のブレードを備え、該ブレードが、共通の内側プラットホームおよび外側プラットホームによって相互接続され、かつ共通の根部を共有し、
同一の可動ホイールおよび/または異なる可動ホイールの前記インサートの少なくとも幾つかは、前記インサートが少なくとも1%異なる共振周波数を持つように、各々異なる形状に形成される凹部を有する中空根部を備えるタービン。 - 前記凹部が、前記根部の少なくとも一方の側に開口する、請求項6に記載のタービン。
- 前記凹部が、ブラインドであり、前記根部の一方の側にしか開口していない、請求項7に記載のタービン。
- 前記インサートの幾つかが、凹部のない根部を有する、請求項6に記載のタービン。
- タービンの各可動ブレードインサートが、高圧タービン(HP)および低圧タービン(LP)の回転速度をN2およびN1とする場合に、N2−N1に対応する励振モードよりも14%大きな値を有する、高圧タービン(HP)および低圧タービン(LP)を有するターボマシン用の請求項6に記載のタービン。
