Claims (4)
- ホールスラスタの電界を制御するアノード電源と、磁場を制御する磁場制御電源と、を備える電源装置において、
前記磁場制御電源の電流を定電流値になるまで正の電流変化率で増加させ、立ち上げる時間を遅らせて前記アノード電源の電圧を定電圧値になるまで正の電圧変化率で増加させる電源装置。 - 前記アノード電源を立ち上げる時間の遅れは、前記定電流値になる前である請求項1に記載の電源装置。
- 前記電流変化率と、前記電圧変化率とは比例関係にある請求項1または請求項2に記載の電源装置。
- アノード電極と、
陰極電子源と、
前記アノード電極と前記陰極電子源との間に接続され、両者間に電位差を与えるアノード電源と、
前記アノード電極と前記陰極電子源との間に発生する電界に対して直交する磁場を発生する磁場発生回路と、
前記磁場発生回路に電力を供給する磁場制御電源と、を備え、
前記磁場制御電源の電流を定電流値になるまで正の電流変化率で増加させ、立ち上げる時間を遅らせて前記アノード電源の電圧を定電圧値になるまで正の電圧変化率で増加させるホールスラスタ装置。
