【発明が属する技術分野】
本発明は、被牽引により移動する機体または自走により移動する機体に、前後に長いへら状に形成して、側面視において後方に向かい次第に上昇する姿勢として装架した根菜掘上体を、機体の進行により根菜類の栽培条列の根際の地中に通して、根菜類を土と共に浮く上がらせ、それら根菜類を、根菜掘上体の後端部の上方乃至その後端部の後方上方から後方に向け次第に上昇するよう機体に装架しておく引抜コンベアの対向してエンドレスに回動する挟持ベルトにより、根菜類の頭部を挟持して抜き上げ、圃場面に放出していく根菜類の収穫機および根菜類の収穫方法についての改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
上述の形態の根菜類の収穫機は、従前のものにあっては、例えばトラクタ等の車体の後端部に連結装着する被牽引型のものについて具体的に説明すれば、図1乃至図3にあるようトラクタTの車体の後面側に、三点リンクヒッチHにより昇降自在に機体1を連結装架し、その機体1に、前後に長いへら状に形成した土掘り起し体2を単体として、または左右に一対に並列させて、側面視において、後端側に向け次第に上昇する傾斜姿勢として装架し、この土掘り起し体2の上方の後方位置に、上下方向の回動軸線をもって前後方向にエンドレスに回動する挟持ベルト30・30が、左右に一対に対向してなる引抜コンベア3を、側面視において、後方に向け次第に上昇する姿勢として機体1に装架することで、その引抜コンベアの終端部から抜き上げた根菜類をダイレクトに圃場面に放出していくように構成するか、引抜コンベア3終端部の下方にストッカーを設けて引抜コンベア3から放出される根菜類を一定量にまとめて放出するように構成するか、さらに、そのストッカーを横送りコンベア付きのストッカーSとして、一定量にまとめた根菜類を既収穫地側に移送して放出するように構成してある。

そして、これにより、トラクタTの運転・操向により、機体に装架した根菜掘上体2を、圃場の栽培畦に従い条列状に栽培されている根菜類R…の栽培条列Wに対し、その条列Wの根菜類R…の根際における地中に位置する状態とし、その状態において機体1の走行により、根菜掘上体2が、根菜類R…の根際の地中を進行して、根菜類R…を土と共に浮き上がらせていき、その浮き上がってきた根菜類R…の頭部を、引抜コンベア3の対向する挟持ベルト30・30がそれの対向部位で掴んで、順次、地上に向け抜き上げながら後方に搬送して、その引抜コンベア3の搬送方向の終端となる後端部から圃場面に放出していくようにするか、引抜コンベア3から放出される根菜類を、一たんストッカーで受け止めて、一定量にまとめて圃場面に放出するか、横送りコンベア付きのストッカーSにより受けとめて、それの横送りコンベアにより、根菜類R…を既に収穫を終えている栽培畦W’の側である既収穫地に横送りして放出するようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述の従前の根菜類の収穫手段は、栽培畦から抜き上げて圃場面に寝かせた姿勢として放出していく根菜類を、根菜類の収穫機に追従して歩行する作業者が拾い上げて伴走車の荷台に積み込んでいくとき、伴走車は既に収穫を終えた栽培畦の跡地を走行させることで、放出されている根菜類を掴み採る度ごとに、伴走車に向け横に移動しなければならないことで、根菜類を収集する作業の効率が悪い問題がある。

また、もう一つの手段として、引抜コンベアを、それの対向する挟持ベルトが、途中から平面視において既収穫地側に向け直角に屈曲するL字型となる状態に張架して、抜き上げた根菜類を、機体の進行方向に対して直交する姿勢として圃場面に放出するようにする手段がある。

従前手段のうちの、引抜コンベアの終端側の下方に、横送りコンベア付きのストッカーを設ける手段は、収穫作業を行なっている栽培畦の上に放出されていく根菜類を、横送りコンベアで既に収穫を終えている栽培畦の跡地にまで横送りして放出するようにすることで、この収穫作業の作業性を良くするための手段であるが、横送りのためのコンベア機構が重量の嵩むものとなることで、収穫機の機体の後端側を重くして、そのため、機体の運転操縦をむずかしくし、さらに、小型のトラクタを用いたときには、大量のバランスウエイトを装架しなければならず、横送りのコンベア機構を組込むことによる構造の複雑化とあいまって、製作コストを著しくアップさせ、収穫機を高価なものとする別の問題が生じてきている。

また、引抜コンベアを平面視においてL字形に屈曲させた形態に張架する第三の手段にあっては、引抜コンベアにより抜き上げられながら搬送されて、それの終端部から放出される根菜類が、既収穫地側に移送されて圃場面に放置されていくようになることで、引抜コンベアの下面側に、搬送されていく根菜類の搬送方向前面側に衝合して横倒しの姿勢に規制する規制部材を設けておくことにより、根菜類を拾い上げるときに掴む根部側が既収穫地側に位置して機体の進行方向と直交する姿勢となって圃場面に寝た状態に放置されるようになるので、根菜類を圃場面から拾い上げる度ごとに、収穫している栽培畦と既収穫地側を走行する伴走車との間を作業者が往復する作業がいらなくなり、しかも、引抜コンベアをそれの搬送経路が平面視においてL字形に屈曲するように構成するのが、横送りコンベアを装備せしめる場合に比して遙かに重量負担が少ないことで、機体の操縦・運転が容易になる利益が得られるようになる。

しかし、圃場面に寝た姿勢で放置されていく根菜類が、平面視において機体の進行方向に対して直交する姿勢となっていることで、根菜類を拾い上げ集束ていくときに、追従して歩行していく作業者が、収集する位置において、根菜類の姿勢の方向に対面するよう横に向きを変え、根菜類を拾い上げて集束し終えたところで、伴走車の方向に向きを変える作業行程が必要となるので、実際には、作業性の向上が得られない問題がある。

本発明は従来手段に生じている上述の問題を解消せしめるためになされたものであって、重量負担の嵩む横送りコンベアを用いることなく、抜き上げた根菜類を、追従する作業者が拾い上げて伴走車に積み込む作業が作業性よく行なえる状態として圃場面に放出していくようにする新たな手段を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そして、本発明においては、上述の目的を達成するための手段として、自走して移動する機体または被牽引により移動する機体に装架した根菜掘上体を、根菜類の栽培条列の根際の地中に通して根菜類を土と共に浮き上がらせ、それら根菜類を、対向してエンドレスに回動する挟持ベルトよりなる引抜コンベアにより、根菜類の頭部を挟持して抜き上げて、圃場面に放出していく根菜類の収穫方法において、引抜コンベアで抜き上げた根菜類を、平面視において、尾部側が機体の進行方向の前方に向かい頭部側が後方に向かう姿勢で、かつ、その頭部側が尾部側よりも根菜類の栽培畦の略一畦分の偏位量で既収穫地側に偏位して機体進行方向に対し傾斜する斜めの姿勢に寝かせて圃場面に放出していくことを特徴とする根菜類の収穫方法を提起し、また、これに併せて、自走して移動する機体または被牽引により移動する機体に、根菜類の栽培条列の根際の地中に通して土と共に根菜類を浮き上がらせる根菜掘上体と、その根菜掘上体により浮き上がらせた根菜類の頭部を挟持して抜き上げる対向する挟持ベルトからなる引抜コンベアとを機体に装架せしめる根菜類の収穫機において、前記引抜コンベアを、それの搬送方向の始端側が、根菜掘上体の後端部の上方乃至その後端部の後方の上方に位置し、搬送方向の少なくとも後半側が、終端部に向け次第に既収穫地側に偏位して、終端部が根菜類の栽培畦の略一畦分の偏位量で既収穫地側に偏位する、平面視において機体の進行方向に対し傾斜する斜めの姿勢として機体に装架し、かつ、この引抜コンベアの下面側に、その引抜コンベアにより抜き上げられながら搬送されていく根菜類の搬送方向前面に接してその根菜類を尾部側が搬送方向の後方に向かう倒伏姿勢に変えるよう規制する規制部材を装設し、抜き上げた根菜類を、頭部が機体の進行方向の後方に位置して既収穫地側に、根菜類の栽培畦の略一畦分の偏位量で偏位する斜めに寝た姿勢として圃場面に放出していくようにしたことを特徴とする根菜類の収穫機を提起し、さらに、自走して移動する機体または被牽引により移動する機体に、前後に長いへら状に形成した根菜掘上体を、側面視において後方に向け次第に上昇する姿勢として機体に装架し、その根菜掘上体の上方乃至その後方の上方に、縦方向の回動軸線をもってエンドレスに回動する挟持ベルトを対向させてなる引抜コンベアを、側面視において後方に向かい次第に上昇する姿勢として機体に装架せしめる根菜類の収穫機において、前記引抜コンベアの下面側に、その引抜コンベアにより抜き上げられながら搬送されていく根菜類の搬送方向前面に接してその根菜類を尾部側が搬送方向の後方に向かう倒伏姿勢に変えるよう規制する規制部材を装設し、かつ、引抜コンベアの終端側の下方に、倒伏姿勢でその引抜コンベアから排出される根菜類を受け止めて平面視において尾部側を中心に頭部側を既収穫地側に旋回させるように誘導し、根菜類の姿勢を変更させて放出するスライダまたはガイド等の誘導部材を装設して、根菜類を頭部側が尾部側よりも後方に放出して既収穫地側に偏位する機体進行方向に対し斜めの姿勢に寝かせて圃場面に放出していくようにしたことを特徴とする根菜類の収穫機を提起するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明手段においては、自走してまた被牽引により走行する機体に、根菜類の栽培条列の根際に通すことで根菜類を土と共に浮き上がらせる根菜掘上体と、それにより浮き上がらせた根菜類の頭部を挟持して抜き上げながら搬送する対向する挟持ベルトからなる引抜コンベアとを装架して、根菜類の収穫機を構成し、これにより、根菜類を抜き上げて圃場面に寝かせた姿勢に放出していくようにすることについては、従来手段と変わりがないが、抜き上げた根菜類を引抜コンベアの終端部から、直接圃場面に落下させていく場合、および引抜コンベアの終端部の下方に、ストッカーまたはドロッパー等を配設しておいて、所定量にまとめて圃場面に落下させていく場合にあっても、落下させて圃場面に放置していく根菜類は、平面視において、尾部側が機体の進行方向の前方に位置し頭部側が後方に位置する姿勢で、かつ、頭部側が尾部側よりも既収穫地側に偏位して機体進行方向に対し傾斜する斜めの姿勢に寝かせた状態に放出していく。

即ち、根菜類を、平面視において、頭部側が後方に位置する姿勢に寝かせて放置していくようにするが、それの頭部側を既収穫地側に寄せて、機体進行方向に対し斜めの姿勢として圃場面に放出していくようにする。

このように、根菜類の収穫機で抜き上げた根菜類を、圃場面に、頭部側が既収穫地側に寄せられた斜めの姿勢に寝かせて放出していけば、収穫機に、歩行して追従する作業者が、放置されている根菜類を拾い上げるとき、収穫機で収穫している栽培条列の側に移動することなく、既収穫地側に寄せられている頭部を掴むことで拾い上げていける。そして、その頭部を掴んで拾い上げる動作を、作業者が機体進行方向に向いた姿勢のままで、横に向きを変える動作を要することなく行なえるようになる。

そして、このように、根菜類を、頭部側が機体進行方向の後方に位置して既収穫地側に寄せられた斜めの姿勢として圃場面に放出していくには、収穫機の機体に装架する引抜コンベアを、それの対向する挟持ベルトの始端側が根菜掘上体の後端部の上方乃至その後方上方に配位し、終端側が根菜掘上体の後方から既収穫地側に寄る位置に配位して、平面視において機体進行方向に対し斜めの姿勢として機体に装架した場合にあっては、引抜コンベアの下面側に、その引抜コンベアにより抜き上げられながら搬送される根菜類の搬送方向前面に接してその根菜類を尾部側が搬送方向の後方に向かう倒伏姿勢に変えるよう規制する規制部材を装設しておくことで達成できる。

また、機体に根菜掘上体の後方の上方に配位して装架する引抜コンベアを、それの対向する挟持ベルトの始端部が根菜掘上体の後端部の上方乃至その後方の上方に位置し、その対向する挟持ベルトが搬送路の途中から既収穫地側に向け斜めに屈曲して、終端側が既収穫地側に偏位した位置を占めるように張架した場合、および、根菜掘上体の後方上方から機体進行方向に沿い後方に突出するよう張架する引抜コンベアの対向する挟持ベルトの終端部に、既収穫地側に向け斜めに突出するようもう一組の対向する挟持ベルトを接続するように対向する挟持ベルトを複数組み組合わせて引抜コンベアを構成して、搬送路の終端側が既収穫地側に向け斜めに偏位していくようにした場合にあっても、引抜コンベアの終端側の下面側に、前述と同様に搬送されていく根菜類の搬送方向前面に衝合して根菜類を寝た姿勢に変更させる規制部材を装設しておくことで足りる。

また、引抜コンベアは、根菜掘上体の後端部の上方乃至それの後方上方から、機体進行方向に沿い後方上方に向け突出していくように機体に装架しておいて、それの下面側に、終端部から放出されて落下する根菜類を、頭部側が機体進行方向の後方に向かい尾部側が前方に向かう姿勢として受け止めて、その根菜類を平面視において尾部側が旋回中心となって頭部側が既収穫地側に回動していくように誘導して落下させるよう、尾部に対応する側が短く頭部に対応する側に向け順次長くなるガイド杆を並列させたスライダーまたはドロッパーを設けておくか、ストッカーを引抜コンベアの下面側に配設して、それの排出口に向かう床面を前述のスライダー、ドロッパーのように形成しておいて、排出口から排出される根菜類が、頭部を既収穫地側に寄せた斜めの姿勢となるようにしてもよい。

牽引車たるトラクタTは、図においては、大半を省略して車体40の後端部と左右の駆動車輪41・41の後半だけを示しているが、通常の四輪の乗用トラクタであり、車体40の後面側には、油圧により昇降作動するリフトアーム42・42と、それに連繋して昇降する左右のロアリンク43・43と、トップリンク44等からなる三点リンクヒッチHが装備されている。

そして、一対の根菜掘上体2・2のそれぞれは、前端寄りの部位を、図4にあるよう機体1の主体を形成している前述の機枠1bに一体的に組付けたシャンク20の下端部に、連結軸21を介し連結し、後端寄りの部位を、前述の機枠1bに振動装置10により上下に往復動するよう設けた昇降杆22の下端部に連結軸23を介して連結していて、前述の振動装置10の作動により、それぞれの根菜掘上体2・2の前端側と後端側とが前方に位置する連結軸21中心に上下に往復動するようにしてある。

ストッカーSは、図8にあるよう、左右に一対に対向する桁杆51・52の各前端側を、図4にあるよう前述の引抜コンベア3の左右のフレーム31・31の下面側に設けたブラケット50・50に連結止着し、各後端側に堰板状に形成した連結部材53を渡架連結して、前後に長い枠体に組立て、それの一方の桁杆51の内側位置に、その桁杆51に沿う回転軸54を回転自在に軸支し、この回転軸54に他方の桁杆52に向けて突出する多数の受桟55…を前後方向に並列させて取付け、他方の桁杆52には、一方の桁杆51に向け短く突出する多数の受桟56…を前後方向に並列させて固定装設し、前述の回転軸54の後端側には、短いアーム540を設けて、これと前述の連結部材53との間に、受桟55が図9にあるように略水平な姿勢を保持させるよう吊り上げておくバネ57を張設し、回転軸54の他方の軸端側には、図10にあるよう桁杆51と、最前位に位置する受桟550との間に、前述のバネ57よりもバネ圧を弱くしたバネ58を、回転軸54を跨ぐように渡架張設して、受桟550が略水平な姿勢を保持しているように吊り上げ、かつ、この弱いバネ58は受桟550が図10において鎖線に示しているように僅かに下降した位置に回動してくることで、回転軸54の下方に位置するように死点越えして、受桟550を下方に回動させる方向のバネに切り替わるようにしてある。
