Description
実施例1〜5及び比較例1〜4
実施例1〜5及び比較例1〜4において第1表に示す組成の合金を用いた。また、希土類金属として、ミッシュメタルを5×5×100mmの棒状とし、973K、10Paの真空中に30分間保持したものを用いた。
Claims (6)
- 不活性ガス中又は100Pa以下の真空中に873K以上で10分間以上保持した希土類金属を合金溶湯中に0.01〜1質量%の濃度となるように添加し且つ合金溶湯中にAr、He、Ne、SF6 、CO2 、SO2 又はN2 ガスのバブリングを実施すること、バブリングを実施した後又は実施しながら該処理した合金溶湯をダイカスト鋳造することを特徴とする合金の鋳造法。
- 合金溶湯がマグネシウム合金溶湯、アルミニウム合金溶湯又は亜鉛合金溶湯であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の合金の鋳造法。
- ダイカスト鋳造をホットチャンバー型鋳造機で実施することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の合金の鋳造法。
- 処理した合金溶湯を、ドロスが流入しないようにして溶湯ポンプにより、又は表面ドロスが混入しない密閉式ラドルによりコールドチャンバー型鋳造機に給湯してダイカスト鋳造を実施することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の合金の鋳造法。
- 二つ以上の溶解ポットを用いるか、又はポット内を二つ以上の部屋となるように部分的に間仕切った一つの溶解ポットを用い、二つ以上の溶解ポットの内の第一の溶解ポット中又は二つ以上の部屋の内の第一の部屋中の合金溶湯中に希土類金属を添加し且つガスバブリングを実施して該合金溶湯の深さ方向で中間部の清浄化した合金溶湯を第二の溶解ポットあるいは第二の部屋に移して溶湯状態に維持し、この溶湯を用いてコールドチャンバー型鋳造機でダイカスト鋳造を実施することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の合金の鋳造法。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のダイカスト鋳造法により製造したダイカスト部材。
