Description
Claims (10)
- 生成物を保持するボディ(2)と、
一次燃料を保持する反応チャンバ(5)と、
流体成分を保持するリザーバ(6)と、
前記リザーバから前記反応チャンバ内への流体流路を形成する作動手段(7、7’)とを有する、発熱性または吸熱性の化学反応を用いて加熱または冷却を行う自己加熱または自己冷却容器(1)において、
前記容器(1)は、前記反応チャンバ(5)に入る前記流体成分の体積を前記容器の周囲温度に応答して調節する温度調節手段(8、91)をさらに有し、
前記リザーバ(6)はその容積が減少可能に構成されており、該容積の減少によって、前記流体成分を加圧し、それによって前記反応チャンバ(5)への前記流体流路を形成するようにされており、
前記温度調節手段は、位置が前記容器の前記周囲温度に応答して自動的に調整され、前記リザーバの容積がさらに減少するのを防止し、それによって、前記流体成分が前記反応チャンバ(5)へさらに加えられるのを防止するように構成されているストッパ(8)を有することを特徴とする自己加熱または自己冷却容器。 - 前記リザーバ(6)は、2つの部分、すなわちハウジング部分とプランジャ部分(61)を有し、前記プランジャ部分(61)は、前記ハウジング内を移動して前記リザーバの容積を少なくするようになっている、請求項1に記載の自己加熱または自己冷却容器。
- 前記プランジャ部分(61)は、ハウジング部分(45、35)の上にある相補的なねじ構造と協働して前記プランジャ部分(61)を前記ハウジング部分内で移動させるねじ構造(65)を備えている、請求項2に記載の自己加熱または自己冷却容器。
- 前記プランジャ部分(61)は前記容器(1)に固定されており、前記プランジャ部分(61)の移動は可とう性のダイアフラム(63)によって対応される、請求項2または3に記載の自己加熱または自己冷却容器。
- 前記リザーバと前記反応チャンバとの間に流路を有し、前記流体流路内に弁(7)が設けられており、前記弁は、前記リザーバ内の圧力上昇に応答して開くようになっている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の自己加熱または自己冷却容器。
- 前記温度調節手段は、前記容器の前記周囲温度の上昇に応答して著しく膨張する材料を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の自己加熱容器。
- 前記材料はろうまたはオイルである、請求項6に記載の自己加熱容器。
- 前記温度調節手段は、周囲の周囲温度の上昇に応答して著しく膨張する機械的構造を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の自己加熱または自己冷却容器。
- 生成物を保持するボディ(2)と、
一次燃料を保持する反応チャンバ(5)と、
流体成分を保持するリザーバ(6)と、
前記リザーバから前記反応チャンバ内への流体流路を形成する作動手段(7、7’)とを有する、発熱性または吸熱性の化学反応を用いて加熱または冷却を行う自己加熱または自己冷却容器(1)において、
前記容器(1)は、前記反応チャンバ(5)に入る前記流体成分の体積を前記容器の周囲温度に応答して調節する温度調節手段(8、91)をさらに有し、
前記リザーバ(6)はその容積が減少可能に構成されており、該容積の減少によって、前記流体成分を加圧し、それによって前記反応チャンバ(5)への前記流体流路を形成するようにされており、
1つまたは複数の流路(91)によって前記リザーバ(6)に接続された補助リザーバ(9)をさらに有し、
前記温度調節手段は、前記周囲の前記周囲温度が予め定められた温度に達したときに開くようになっている前記流路または各流路(91)に付属したプラグを備えている、自己加熱容器。 - 前記プラグまたは各プラグは、前記容器の前記周囲温度の上昇に応答して融解する材料で作られている、請求項9に記載の自己加熱容器。
