Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a twisted warp knitted fabric, and more particularly to a twisted warp knitted fabric excellent in tailoring.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a women's outer, it is said to be a medium-mesh fabric, and a knitted fabric with a fabric basis weight of 130 g / m 2 or more will cause a weight loss when it is made of a long product such as a dress. There was a problem.
In particular, since the specific gravity of cellulosic fibers is larger than that of other material fibers such as synthetic fibers, even in a knitted fabric using the same denier yarn, the knitted fabric using the cellulose multifilament yarn has a larger basis weight. For the reasons described above, the basis weight is 130 g / m 2 or more in the fabric standard designed to obtain a feeling of swelling of the fabric having a texture specific to cellulose filaments and suitable for women's outerwear.
[0003]
As one improvement method, there is a method in which the cellulose fiber mixing ratio of the knitting constituent strips is suppressed to less than 40%, the specific gravity of the entire constituent yarns is reduced, and the fabric basis weight is reduced. With yarns having a cellulose blend ratio of less than 40%, a texture peculiar to cellulose fibers cannot be obtained. Some proposals have been made such as applying a thermosetting resin or a thermoplastic resin to stop the texture of the fabric, but a fabric that is practically satisfactory, such as being hard to the touch, has not been obtained.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a warp knitted fabric that has the above-mentioned problems, has a texture specific to cellulose, has a beautiful silhouette and lines, and is excellent in tailoring.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present inventor remarkably resolves the above-mentioned problems by selecting and specifying various conditions such as the twist coefficient of the yarn constituting the knitting yarn by the cellulose multifilament yarn and the knitted material such as the knitting gauge. As a result, the present invention has been achieved.
That is, the present invention is a warp knitted fabric composed of twisted yarns of cellulose multifilament yarns, and satisfies the following (1) to (4).
[0006]
(1) The twist coefficient of the twisted yarn is 10,000 to 27000 (2) The gauge of the warp knitted fabric is 24 to 36 GG (3) The fabric basis weight of the warp knitted fabric is 130 to 350 g / m 2 (4) The cellulose multifilament mixture ratio of the yarn constituting the surface portion of the warp knitted fabric is 40% or more. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail. The cellulose multifilament yarn referred to in the present invention means regenerated cellulose fibers of cupra ammonium rayon and viscose rayon, cellulose long fibers such as purified cellulose and acetate, etc., and the cellulose multifilament is at least 40%, preferably 50 to 100%. %, More preferably 50 to 90%.
[0007]
Although the multi-fifimental yarn is optimal for the form of the yarn, it may be a bulky processed yarn such as false twisted yarn or fluid jet processed yarn.
The yarn is mixed with other fibers within a range of less than 60%, for example, by using known mixing means such as aligning, mixing, twisting (including fine spinning and twisting), false twisting, and fluid jet processing. May be. Other fibers to be mixed may be long fibers or short fibers, and may be raw yarns or bulky processed yarns, and examples thereof include natural fibers such as cotton, silk, and wool, polyester fibers, polyamide fibers, and acrylic fibers.
[0008]
The total denier of the cellulose multifilament yarn is preferably 75d to 200d, more preferably 100 to 150d. The number of single yarns in the multifilament yarn is not particularly limited, but is preferably 20 filaments or more, more preferably 40 filaments or more.
In the case of twisting using cellulose multifilament yarn, the twist coefficient K (= T × √D; T is the number of twists T / m, D is the total denier of the cellulose multifilament yarn) is 10,000 to 27000, preferably 12000. 25000 is required. When the twisting coefficient K is less than 10,000, slippage between the fiber yarns at the texture point increases, so that the self-weight sag occurs and the silhouette is not clean. On the other hand, if the upper limit of K of the twisting coefficient exceeds 27000, it exceeds the twist resistance of conventional cellulosic fibers and is not practical.
[0009]
The twisting direction of the twisted yarn to be used may be S twist or Z twist, and the arrangement method may be any of SZ, SS, ZZ and the like.
The twisted yarn may be a twisted yarn of a plurality of yarns such as twin yarns and triplets, where the twist number T is the total twist number of the lower twist and the upper twist, and D is the total denier of the twisted yarn.
The warp knitted fabric in the present invention may be a tricot knitted fabric or a Russell knitted fabric. There are no restrictions on the knitting structure. For example, 1 × 2 tricot, 1 × 3 tricot, 1 × 2 tricot and 1 × 3 tricot (half structure) are preferably used. However, the knitting gauge should be a high gauge of 24-36 GG, preferably 26-32 GG. If it is less than 24GG, there are few organization points and it will become easy to raise | generate a dead weight, and tailoring will become remarkably inferior.
[0010]
If it exceeds 36 GG, the knitting gauge is generally too dense with respect to the total denier, which causes problems in knitting and is not suitable.
In the present invention, the cellulose multifilament mixture ratio of the yarn constituting the surface portion of the warp knitted fabric needs to be 40% or more, preferably 50 to 100%, more preferably 50 to 90%. The purpose of is not achieved. In the range not impairing the object of the present invention, specifically, in the range of less than 60%, the knitting stage, for example, the back portion may be knitted with other fibers such as nylon. Other fibers to be mixed may be long fibers or single fibers, and may be raw yarns or bulky processed yarns. For example, natural fibers such as cotton, silk, wool, etc., single materials such as polyester fibers, polyamide fibers, acrylic fibers, etc. It may be a yarn or a composite yarn.
[0011]
Fabric basis weight, 130~350g / m 2 preferably 165~300g / m 2, more preferably effective when the 200-30Og / m 2. If it is less than 130 g / m 2 , even if it is used as a long dough, it will not cause sagging due to its light weight. The heavier the fabric weight, the more likely it will be to sag itself. However, if the upper limit of the fabric weight exceeds 350 g / m 2, it will be too heavy to be practical as a women's outerwear.
[0012]
The strong twist warp knitted fabric using the cellulose multifilament yarn of the present invention can be processed by a usual method. For example, after scouring a strong twist warp knitting machine with a nonionic active agent, a direct dye or a reactive dye is used as the cellulose dye, and when the composite partner is a polyester fiber, a disperse dye is used. Dyeing in bath or two baths. As a finishing method of the strong twist warp knitted fabric, a normal processing agent can be used.
Will not be affected.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
EXAMPLES The present invention will be specifically described below with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
[0014]
【Example】
[Examples 1-4, Comparative Examples 1-2]
Viscose rayon multifilament yarns 75d / 33f and polyethylene terephthalate multifilament yarns 30d / 12f were interlaced to prepare twisted yarns having different twist coefficients K as shown in Table 1.
[0015]
Next, as shown in Table 1, using a tricot knitting machine of various knitting cages, using these twisted yarns for the front and back, a half tricot structure of a combination of 1 × 2 tricot and 1 × 3 tricot, warp knitted fabric Got.
After scouring each raw fabric knitted fabric at 90 ° C. with a nonionic activator 1 g / L using a liquid dyeing machine, 0.4% owf of disperse dye (Resolin Blue FBL, manufactured by Dystar), Disper TL (Meisei Chemical) (Tamol type dispersant), 1 cc / L, pH 6.5, bath ratio 1:20, dyed at 130 ° C. for 60 minutes. Subsequently, hydrosulfite 2 g / L, sodium hydroxide 0.5 g / L, bath ratio 1:20, reduced and washed at 80 ° C. for 10 minutes, then washed with hot water and reactive dye (Sumifix Brill Blue R, 0.6% owf, sodium sulfate 50 g / L, sodium carbonate 15 g / L, bath ratio 1:20, dyed at 60 ° C. for 60 minutes, then score roll FC-250 (manufactured by Kao Corporation, Cleaning agent) 1 cc / L, bath ratio 1:20, soaping was performed at 80 ° C. for 10 minutes. After dyeing and drying, it is impregnated with an aqueous solution containing 2% by weight of Nikka Silicon AMZ (manufactured by Nikka Chemical Co., Ltd., aminosilicon softener), coated with 85% pickup, dried at 140 ° C. for 2 minutes, and as shown in Table 1. A dyed knitted fabric with various basis weights was obtained.
[0016]
Using the obtained dyed knitted fabric, a dress having a length of 120 cm was prepared, and the silhouette after sewing was evaluated. As a result, as shown in Table 1, the examples had no dead weight and a beautiful silhouette. Moreover, about the texture, it had the texture peculiar to a cellulose filament. On the other hand, the comparative example caused drooping of its own weight, the silhouette did not appear cleanly, and the tailored finish was extremely inferior.
[0017]
Example 5
As a result of evaluating the twisted yarn, knitting, and dyeing finish in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the cupra multifilament yarn 100d / 80f was used in place of the mixed yarn used in Example 1, there was no self-weight sagging and a clean silhouette was obtained. It was. Further, the texture of the obtained fabric had a texture specific to cellulose filaments.
[0018]
[Comparative Example 3]
In place of the mixed yarn used in Example 1, viscose rayon multifilament yarn 50d / 20f and polyethylene terephthalate multifilament yarn 30d / 12f were interlaced, and twisted and knitted as in Example 2. When drying after dyeing, the yarn was drawn out 20% longer than the normal width to obtain a dyed knitted fabric with a basis weight of 120 g / m 2 . As a result of the evaluation, there was no problem with the texture and self-weight sagging peculiar to cellulose filaments, but the fabric weight was small and the fabric was thin, and the fabric did not satisfy the intended effect of the present invention.
[0019]
[Comparative Example 4]
As a result of evaluation by twisting, knitting, and dyeing finishing in the same manner as in Example 1 except that cotton yarn (cotton count of 100) was used in place of the mixed yarn used in Example 1, as a result of evaluation, there was no self-weight sagging and a clean silhouette appeared. However, the texture was unique to the span.
[Comparative Example 5]
In Example 1, except that a 28 GG circular knitting machine was used instead of the tricot knitting machine, the results were evaluated by twisting, knitting, and dyeing finishing in the same manner as in Example 1. As a result, self-weight sagging occurred, the silhouette was not clean, and the tailored finish was remarkably high. It was inferior.
[0020]
[Comparative Example 6]
As a result of evaluation by twisting, knitting, and dyeing finishing in the same manner as in Example 1 except that polyethylene terephthalate multifilament yarn 75d / 36f and cupra multifilament 30d / 12f were used instead of the mixed yarn used in Example 1, There was no dead weight, and the silhouette was beautiful. However, the product fabric had a texture peculiar to polyester.
