Description
図1は本発明を油入ブッシングに適用した実施形態を示す断面図であり、1は変圧器などの電気機器への取付用フランジ2を備えた接地側金具、3は屋外側に露出される導電釉碍管、4は機器内部側の碍管である。導電釉碍管3は磁器製の碍管本体の表面に導電性釉薬を施釉し、耐汚損性能を向上させたものである。5はブッシング頭部側の高圧側金具、6は機器内部側の高圧側金具である。頭部側の高圧側金具5は絶縁油の膨張室を形成している。

Claims (1)
- 屋外側の碍管を導電釉碍管とし、その上端面と高圧側金具との間及びその下端面と接地側金具との間にそれぞれガスケットを介在させて中心パイプの張力により圧縮したセンタークランプ構造の導電釉ブッシングであって、導電釉碍管の上下両端部に導電金具をそれぞれ導電性セメントまたは導電性樹脂により導電的に接着固定し、各導電金具の外周面にネジ孔を形成し、また高圧側金具と接地側金具にもそれぞれネジ孔を形成し、上部の可撓性導体の両端部を上部の導電金具のネジ孔と高圧側金具のネジ孔とにボルト締めし、また下部の可撓性導体の両端部を下部の導電金具のネジ孔と接地側金具のネジ孔とにボルト締めすることにより、各導電金具と高圧側金具及び接地側金具との間を、それぞれ電気的に接続したことを特徴とする導電釉ブッシング。
