Description
炭化珪素粒子(南興セラミックス社製 商品名「炭化セラミックスパウダ(完全還元焼)(061900)」、平均粒径:14.60μm、粒子径10.08〜20.20μm:89.2重量%)42gを秤量した。
金型3を電気炉4で700℃に加熱する代わりに600℃に加熱したこと、アルミニウムの代わりに、アルミニウム−シリコン系合金を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様にしてアルミニウム合金複合体を得た。得られたアルミニウム合金複合体は、亀裂などは発生しておらず均一な漆黒の色彩を呈していた。又、漆黒を呈する食器用アルミニウム複合体中、炭化珪素粒子は重量比にてアルミニウム100に対して145含有されていた。

Claims (4)
- アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金100重量部中に、平均粒径が10〜20μmで且つ80重量%以上が粒子径10.08〜20.20μmである炭化珪素粒子140〜150重量部を分散させてなることを特徴とする漆黒を呈する食器用アルミニウム複合体。
- 請求項1に記載の漆黒を呈する食器用アルミニウム複合体の製造方法であって、炭化珪素粒子を押し固めて炭化珪素のプリフォームを形成するプリフォーム形成工程と、上記プリフォームに該プリフォームの外周面全体からアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金の溶湯を加圧鋳造により含浸させる溶湯含浸工程とを備えていることを特徴とする漆黒を呈する食器用アルミニウム複合体の製造方法。
- 溶湯供給部とこの溶湯供給部の内底面に連通口を介して連通するプリフォームの充填部とを有する金型の上記プリフォームの充填部内にプリフォームを配設し、このプリフォーム上に内蓋を載置すると共に上記溶湯供給部の内底面上に貫通孔を有する絞り板を配設した上で、上記溶湯供給部にアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金の溶湯を供給して加圧することによって、上記プリフォームと上記充填部の内壁面との間を通じて上記溶湯を上記プリフォームに該プリフォームの外周面全体から含浸させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の漆黒を呈する食器用アルミニウム複合体の製造方法。
- 炭化珪素粒子をバインダーを用いることなく押し固めて炭化珪素のプリフォームを形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の漆黒を呈する食器用アルミニウム複合体の製造方法。
