Claims (6)
- 微小電気機械スイッチであって、
表面に配置された第1コンタクトを有する第1電極と、
前記第1電極に連結された支持梁、前記支持梁に隣接し、前記第1電極から離れている第2電極、および前記第2電極に隣接し、前記支持梁から離れているコンタクト梁を有する片持ち梁状のレイヤと、
前記コンタクト梁に配置された第2コンタクトと
を備え、
前記支持梁は、低いばね定数を有し、前記コンタクト梁は、前記支持梁のばね定数より高いばね定数を有し、前記第2電極は、前記支持梁および前記コンタクト梁に比較して硬く、
前記第1電極および前記第2電極との間に動作電圧が印加されると、前記支持梁および前記コンタクト梁が曲がることで前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間にコンタクト力が生じる
微小電気機械スイッチ。 - 前記低いばね定数は、50N/mと150N/mとの間である
請求項1に記載の微小電気機械スイッチ。 - 前記コンタクト力は、前記動作電圧が40ボルトの場合に、少なくとも100マイクロニュートンである
請求項1または2に記載の微小電気機械スイッチ。 - 前記高いばね定数は、5000N/mと15000N/mとの間である
請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の微小電気機械スイッチ。 - 前記第2電極に配置されたストッパ
をさらに備え、
前記ストッパは、前記動作電圧が印加されている間に前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に隙間を形成する
請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の微小電気機械スイッチ。 - 前記第1電極に配置され電気的に分離された島
をさらに備え、
前記動作電圧が印加されると、前記島が前記ストッパと接触する
