【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、紙や布等を挟むための構造として、筆記具や、化粧具、文具用クリップ等に適用される挟持構造に関し、特に筆記具における軸筒及びクリップ部の構造として好適な挟持構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の発明には、例えば、特許文献1に記載されているように、筆記具のクリップ(5)の前端側玉部を、ゴム状弾性を有する弾性部材(6)により構成し、該弾性部材(6)と軸筒(2)との間に挟持された被挟持物が容易に抜けないようにした筆記具がる。

しかしながら、上記従来技術によれば、特許文献1の図1、図3、及び図4に示されるように、弾性部材(6)を軸筒(2)に対して略接触させた構成とした場合、エラストマー樹脂等からなる弾性部材(6)が経年的に変質し、その成分が合成樹脂材料等からなる軸筒(2)に移行する現象等により、軸筒(2)の外周面に接着されてしまう場合がある。そして、この場合、クリップ(5)と軸筒(2)との間が容易に開放できなくなり、その間に被挟持物を挟めなくなってしまうという不具合を生じてしまう。
また、特許文献1の図2に示されるように、弾性部材(6)と軸筒(2)との間に若干のクリアランスを設けることで、弾性部材(6)が軸筒(2)に接着されないようにすることが考えられるが、この場合、部品寸法のバラツキ等により前記クリアランスを一定に管理するのが困難であり、上記のように、弾性部材(6)が軸筒(2)に接触してしまう場合が生じてしまう。
そこで、部品寸法のバラツキ等により前記接触が生じないように、前記クリアランスを大きめに設定することが考えられるが、この場合には、比較的に肉薄な被挟持物を挟持できなかったり、挟持できたとしてもその挟持力が弱くなってしまったり等の問題があった。

本発明は上記従来事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、その課題とする処は、弾性挟持部により被挟持物の抜止め作用を発揮できる上、弾性挟持部が対向する挟持部材に接着されてしまうのを防止することができる挟持構造を提供することにある。

上記課題を解決するために発明は、二つの挟持部材をこれらの間が狭められるように付勢することで、その一方の挟持部材の挟持部位と他方の挟持部材の挟持部位との間に被挟持物を挟持するようにした挟持構造において、前記二つの挟持部材の双方には、前記両挟持部位間が狭まった際に当接し合うように、硬質材料からなる硬質当接部が設けられ、前記二つの挟持部材の内の少なくとも一方には、前記挟持部位に配置され、且つ前記両挟持部位間が狭まった際に対向する前記挟持部材に接触することがないように、弾性材料からなる弾性挟持部が設けられており、一方の前記挟持部材が筆記具の軸筒であるとともに、他方の前記挟持部材が同筆記具のクリップ部であり、このクリップ部は、その前端部と後端部とを交互に前記軸筒に対して接近離間させるように、該前端部と該後端部との間の部位を前記軸筒に支持し、同クリップ部は、その前端側に上記挟持部位を配置するとともに、その後端側の外面に、弾性材料からなる弾性摘み部を有し、前記弾性挟持部と前記弾性摘み部とを連結部により一体に連結するとともに、これら弾性挟持部、弾性摘み部、及び連結部を一体成形していることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
本実施の形態の一例は、軸筒とクリップとの間に被挟持物を挟持するようにした筆記具Aにおける挟持構造A1として説明する(図1参照)。

筆記具Aは、第一挟持部材10(軸筒)と、第二挟持部材20(クリップ)ととにより、被挟持物x(図2及び3参照)を挟持可能な挟持構造A1を構成している。

第一挟持部材10は、硬質合成樹脂材料や、金属材料、木材等の硬質材料を、略長尺略筒状に加工してなる筆記具用の軸筒であり、本実施の形態の好ましい一例によれば、硬質合成樹脂材料の射出成形により形成されている。

第一挟持部材10の後端側の外周面には、後述する第二挟持部材20の弾性挟持部21a(玉部)に対向する挟持部位w1(図2参照)に、逃がし凹部11が形成されている。

なお、硬質当接部22aは、本体部22と別体の部材を本体部22に接合したものとすることも可能である。

よって、被挟持物xは、容易に抜けてしまうことがない。
