BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an inspection method and apparatus under a track board, and more particularly to a method and apparatus suitable for checking in real time the presence or absence of a cavity or the like under a track board while starting running on a track.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The railway line forms a track on the roadbed constituting the base, and the track is formed by laying rails on a roadbed formed on the roadbed and sleepers placed on the roadbed at intervals. Since the road of the vehicle is regulated by rails, the road bed is packed with ballast on the railway lines.
[0003]
By the way, if there is a hollow inside the basement that is the roadbed, it may lead to a major accident due to the depression of the road surface. For this reason, it is desirable from a viewpoint of accident avoidance to detect the presence or absence of an underground cavity beforehand. From such a viewpoint, it is conceivable to perform a cavity inspection under the railroad track using a ground penetrating radar. An inspection method using a ground penetrating radar is one that uses a ground penetrating radar that combines one transmitting antenna and one receiving antenna.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, at present, it cannot be inspected accurately using a ground penetrating radar or the like. The sleepers on the track surface are mostly made of concrete, which makes it difficult for radio waves to pass through compared to soil. To make matters worse, there are rebars inside, making it difficult to measure underground by transmitting radio waves through this part. Because.
[0005]
That is, as shown in FIG. 6 (1), the
[0006]
When the
[0007]
A first object of the present invention is to provide an optimum multipath ground penetrating radar system for detecting a cavity under a track surface.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a system capable of preventing some paths from being affected by sleepers regardless of the position of the antenna system.
A third object of the present invention is to obtain a system that can acquire an image that greatly reduces the influence of sleepers.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the inspection method under the railroad track according to the present invention moves the array antenna while moving the array antenna in which the transmitting antenna element array and the receiving antenna element array are arranged along the railroad track. The array is generated by emitting radio waves toward the bottom of the track board while switching a plurality of transmission antenna elements for each unit, and repeating the operation of switching reception by a plurality of reception antenna elements for each transmission from each transmission antenna element. Pulse echo data is generated based on parameters of the antenna traveling direction, transmission / reception distance, and time, and a two-dimensional cross-sectional image below the track board is generated for detection.
[0009]
Further, the track board inspection apparatus according to the present invention has an array antenna in which a transmitting antenna element array and a receiving antenna element array are arranged along the track on a traveling body of a railroad track, and the transmitting antenna element group is element-by-element. A transmission antenna switching means for switching and a reception antenna switching means for switching a group of reception antenna elements in units of elements, and a reflected wave of a radio wave emitted from a transmission antenna element selected for each switching process by the transmission antenna switching means. Computation for obtaining a two-dimensional image data under the track board from a received signal at the receiving antenna element, having a control means for sending a signal for switching the processing to be received simultaneously by a plurality of receiving antenna elements for each transmitting antenna element Means, and image display means for inputting the image data from the calculation means and displaying a two-dimensional image under the track board. That.
[0010]
[Action]
In the present invention as described above, a transmission antenna element array that can have a plurality of transmission antenna elements and a reception antenna element array that has a plurality of reception antenna elements are moved along the railroad track. Since the transmitting antenna elements are sequentially switched to radiate radio waves and the reflected waves are received by the receiving antenna elements in the receiving antenna element array, some of the transmitting antenna elements or some of the receiving antenna elements are sleepers. Even if it exists above, the other transmitting antenna element can radiate radio waves into the ground, and the other receiving antenna element can receive the reflected wave. Even if it exists, it is possible to reliably detect a cavity or the like without being affected by sleepers.
