Description

The present invention relates to a fixing structure for a binding tool, and more particularly to a fixing structure for fixing a binding tool such as a ring binder to a fixed object such as a file cover.

Conventionally, a metal rivet has been used to attach a binding tool to a file cover. However, in recent years, a binding tool has been fixed to a file cover by a synthetic resin crease instead of a metal lash.
For example, synthetic resin iron making disclosed in JP 2000-352407 has been proposed as synthetic resin iron making.

This plastic-made bag is configured so that it can be separated from the file cover and binding tool when discarded, so that each separated can be recycled as recycled goods, but aluminum, iron, etc. The conventional method of fixing a binding tool by caulking to the cover using the metal material rivet is excellent in durability because the binding tool is firmly caulked and fixed to the file cover.
However, in the case of a synthetic resin ridge, its adhesive strength is inferior to that of a metal ridge, and on the characteristics of the synthetic resin, it changes in a direction to return to the shape before being caulked by a change over time, Slight loosening may occur in the caulked portion.
In addition, for the convenience of assembling to attach the binding tool to the file cover, both the binding tool and the cover have a hole larger than the diameter of the hook to be fixed. May occur.

Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to provide a fixing structure for a binding tool that can firmly fix the binding tool to an object to be fixed and can be used for a long time without causing a loosened portion to be loosened.

To do.
The lower mold 213 is formed with ridges 217 for forming the protrusions 201 on the substantially conical body 211a.
The ridges 217 are formed at equal intervals at positions equally divided into 120 degrees with respect to the center angle with respect to the center of the prepared hole 209. It is formed so that its height decreases as it goes in the direction in which 213 penetrates into the pilot hole 209 (see FIG. 14).
Further, the upper die 215 is formed with female holes 219 corresponding to the shapes of the body portion 211a and the protrusions 217 of the lower die 213 (see FIGS. 15 and 16).

In the cutting and raising process for the lower hole 209, first, the upper surface of the plate-like fixing portion 16a of the holding member 16 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the upper mold 215, and the lower hole 209 and the female hole 219 of the upper mold 215 are positioned. From the lower surface of the fixing portion 16 a of the holding member 16, it is pushed up from the tip of the lower mold 213 toward the upper mold 215, penetrates along the peripheral edge 203 of the lower hole 209, and the vicinity of the hole edge 207 of the lower hole 209 is formed by the convex strip 217. The projection 201 is formed by cutting and raising in the direction intersecting the surface of the fixing portion 16 a of the holding member 16.
The distance between the tip 205 of the protrusion 201 and the hole edge 207 facing it is cut and raised to a position that is about 0.2 mm longer than the diameter of the pilot hole 209.
Thus, the protrusion 201 for fixing the binding tool 10 to the cover A with the synthetic resin ridge 100 is formed.

The shapes of the fixing hole 20 and the protrusion 201 are not limited to the structure of the above embodiment, and can be changed based on the idea of the present invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the protrusion 201 is formed by being bent at the deep part of the cut formed by cutting linearly inward from the peripheral edge 203 of the fixing hole 20, as shown in FIG. In addition, the protrusion 221 may be bent near the base along the extended portion of the hole edge 207 of the peripheral edge 203 of the fixing hole 20 and the entire protrusion 221 may be raised.
This protrusion 221 can be formed by, for example, a burring machine that flanges the periphery of the fixing hole 20.
The prepared hole 223 for performing the rising process of the protrusion is not a perfect circular prepared hole in the above-described embodiment, but a protrusion 221 corresponding to the protrusion 221 that is odd-shaped, that is, bent later, as shown in FIG. The lower die 227 is formed in a shape protruding inward from the peripheral edge of the lower hole 223, and the lower die 227 provided with the outer peripheral body portion 225 corresponding to the peripheral edge 203 of the fixing hole 20 is placed on the upper die 229 from the lower surface of the holding member 16. A protrusion may be formed by pushing up into the female hole 231.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 20, the protrusions 233 may be formed on the peripheral edge 203 of the fixing hole 20 at two uniform intervals.

In order to attach the binding tool 10 to the cover A, the lower end edge of the holding wall 24a and the holding wall 24b and the lower surface of the fixing portion 16a are joined to the cover A, and the synthetic resin rods described below are fixed to the fixing holes 20, 20. 100 may be attached.
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the two-hole type binding tool was demonstrated like the 1st binding rod 12 and the 2nd binding rod 14, the multi-hole type which increased the binding rod, for example, 3 holes It can be set as the binding tool provided with many bindings, such as 4 holes, 20 holes, 26 holes, and 30 holes.

FIG. 25 is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 23A-A. 26 and 27 are diagrams showing a method of fixing the binding tool with the synthetic resin jar shown in FIG. 21, and FIG. 26 is a cross-sectional view showing a method of attaching the binding tool to the file cover with the synthetic resin jar shown in FIG. FIG. FIG. 27 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the binding tool is fixed to the file cover with the synthetic resin basket shown in FIG.

The synthetic resin rod 100 includes a shaft portion 112 that is inserted into the fixing hole 20 of the binding tool 10, and a hooking head portion 114 formed at one end of the shaft portion 112, and at least a surface of the head portion 114. Alternatively, in order to fold the head 114 on either the back surface and separate from the shaft portion 112, the shaft portion 112 is outside the shaft portion 112 when viewed in the axial direction of the shaft portion 112. A groove 116 is formed at a position where the head 114 comes out of the fixing hole 20 into which the shaft portion 112 is inserted.

The synthetic resin bag 100 is for fixing the cover A of the file and the binding tool 10, and the shaft portion 112 is inserted into the fixing hole 20 of the binding tool 10, which is an object to be fixed. The shaft portion 112 is formed so as to be caught on the periphery of the fixing hole A 1 of the cover A formed at one end of the shaft portion 112, and the shaft portion 112 and the hooking head portion 114 are integrally formed with a thermoplastic resin such as polycarbonate. Become.

The shaft 112 has a cylindrical shape protruding from the approximate center of the hooking head 114, and the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 112 has a tapered shape whose diameter becomes shorter from the hooking head 114 toward the tip (lower end). It is a hollow cylinder. But the outer peripheral surface of the axial part 112 may not be a taper shape, but you may make it the hollow cylinder shape of the same diameter from the top to the bottom.

The hooking head portion 114 is concentric with the shaft portion 112 and has a disk shape larger in diameter than the shaft portion 112, and is configured such that its thickness gradually decreases at the peripheral portion, and the flat portion 120 of the hooking head portion 114. A flat circular first split groove 122 is continuously provided along the outer peripheral edge of the shaft portion 112. The hooking head 114 has a diameter approximately twice that of the shaft portion 112, and its thickness is approximately one fifth of the diameter.

The thinner the thickness of the outer peripheral edge of the catching head 114 is, the better. When the hooking head 114 comes out of the cover A of the file, it is made thinner so that the hooking head 114 does not get caught in the adjacent object when the file is taken in or out of the shelf for storing the file. Better.

The bottom portion 124 of the catching head portion 114 has a suitable distance (ie, a position corresponding to the first split groove 122, that is, along the outer periphery of the shaft portion 112 when the shaft portion 112 is viewed in the axial direction). Four planar arc-shaped second split grooves 126 are formed with a gap of about three times the width of the first split groove 122.

The first split groove 122 and the second split groove 126 are configured with a circular arc-shaped groove having substantially the same width from one end to the other end. The width of the first split groove 122 is approximately one half of the diameter of the catching head portion 114, and the depth of the first split groove 122 is approximately four times the thickness of the catch head portion 114. 1 and the width and depth of the second split groove 126 are substantially the same.

The central angle of the arc R 1 formed by the line connecting the linear both end edges of the second split groove 126 and the center of the catching head 114 is 60 °, and the linear both end edges of the adjacent second split grooves 126 are caught. The central angle of the arc R 2 defined by the line connecting the center of the head 114 is 30 ° (see FIG. 24).

In the hooking head portion 114, a portion where the first split groove 122 and the second split groove 126 face each other is formed in a thin shape that is thinner in other regions.

The shaft portion 112 has a hollow portion 130 formed therein, and a planar top wall portion 132 is formed at substantially the same height position as the bottom surface portion 124 of the catching head portion 114, and the outer periphery of the top wall portion 132 is more peripheral. A first inclined wall portion 134 that is inclined downward (in a direction from the hooking head 114 toward the tip) is formed, and further, the lower portion of the first inclined wall portion 134 is lower (the hooking head 114). A second inclined wall portion 136 that expands toward the tip) is formed to a height position that is substantially half the height of the shaft portion 112, and is directed downward from the lower end of the second inclined wall portion 136. Thus, a vertical wall portion 138 having substantially the same diameter is formed from the top to the bottom.

The shaft portion 112 is formed to be the thickest (thick) in the region from the top wall portion 132 to the first inclined wall portion 134, and to have an intermediate thickness (thickness) in the region of the second inclined wall portion 136, It is formed to be the thinnest (thinner) in the region of the vertical wall portion 138.

When fixing the cover A of the file, which is an object to be fixed, and the binding tool 10 with the synthetic resin bag 100, the fixing hole A 1 drilled in the cover A of the file and the fixing hole drilled in the binding tool 10. 20, the shaft part 112 is inserted into the fixing hole A and the fixing hole 20, and the tip of the shaft part 112 on the opposite side is processed at room temperature (cold) with a mold 150 (shown in FIG. 26). The front end portion is crushed and curled, brought into close contact with the periphery of the fixing hole 20 of the binding tool 10, and the binding tool 10 is fixed to the cover A in cooperation with the hooking head 114. Alternatively, the tip of the shaft 112 on the opposite side may be heated and melted to crush and curl the tip of the shaft 112.

When the binding tool 10 is fixed to the cover A with the synthetic resin ridge 100, the synthetic resin ridge 100 is fixed so as to cover the protrusion 201 formed in the vicinity of the fixing hole 20 of the binding tool 10, and the fixed portion of the synthetic resin ridge 100 is fixed. Since the shaft portion 112 bites into the protrusion 201 and the synthetic resin ridge 100 and the binding tool 10 are sufficiently fixed, even if loosening occurs between the synthetic resin ridge 100 and the binding tool 10, the synthetic resin ridge 100 is The portion biting into the projection 201 is bitten and the binding tool 10 does not rattle.
In particular, the protrusion 201c formed on the longitudinal center line X 3 (shown in FIG. 10) of the binding tool 10 restricts the movement of the binding tool 10 in the longitudinal direction and prevents rattling.
The projections 201a and 201b allocated to the left-right (width direction) across the longitudinal center line X 3 of the binding device 10 restricts the movement in the width direction of the binding device 10 to prevent its rattling.

When the binding tool 10 fixed by the synthetic resin basket 100 and the cover A of the file are separated and discarded, the separated members are collected as resources and separated without being destroyed in order to be recycled as recycled goods. There is a need to do. At that time, as shown in FIG. 28, the shaft portion 112 is twisted and bent between the cover A of the file and the binding tool 10, for example, the tip of the driver X is inserted, and the head 114 for catching and the closing tool 10 are used. When lifted, since the vicinity of the shaft portion 112 of the catching head 114 where the first split groove 122 and the second split groove 126 face each other is formed in the thinnest shape, the catching head 114 is The shaft portion 112 can be detached from the fixing hole 20 and the fixing hole A 1 by being broken at the portion, and the cover A and the binding tool 10 can be separated.

FIG. 33 is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 31A-A.

The synthetic resin ridge 300 includes a shaft portion 112 inserted into the fixing hole 20 of the binding tool 10 and a catching head portion 114 formed at one end of the shaft portion 112, and at least a surface of the head portion 114.

The synthetic resin bag 300 is for fixing the cover A of the file and the binding tool 10, and the shaft portion 112 is inserted into the fixing hole 20 of the binding tool 10, which is a fixed object, and the hooking head 114 is , together the formed for catching on the peripheral edge of the fixing hole a 1 of the cover a of the one end forming files of the shaft portion 112, the shaft portion 112 and head 114 for caught with a thermoplastic resin such as polycarbonate Molded.

The hooking head portion 114 is concentric with the shaft portion 112 and has a disk shape larger in diameter than the shaft portion 112, and is configured such that its thickness gradually decreases at the peripheral portion, and the flat portion 120 of the hooking head portion 114. Are formed with four planar arc-shaped first split grooves 322 at an appropriate interval (approximately three times the width of the first split groove 122) along the outer peripheral edge of the shaft portion 112. . The hooking head 114 has a diameter approximately twice that of the shaft portion 112, and its thickness is approximately one fifth of the diameter.

The bottom portion 124 of the catching head portion 114 has a suitable distance (ie, a position corresponding to the first split groove 122, that is, along the outer periphery of the shaft portion 112 when the shaft portion 112 is viewed in the axial direction). Four planar arc-shaped second split grooves 126 are provided so as to be spaced apart by about three times the width of the second split groove 126.
