Description

本発明は、水平に配置されるほぼ平板状の器具本体を備え、前記器具本体の下面側に回転引掛け式に着脱自在に装着される円形かつ椀状の透光カバーを備えた天井用照明器具に関するものである。
回転引掛け式では、天井面に装着されている器具本体に対して、透光カバーを下側から押し当て、たとえば右回りに少し回して両者を着脱自在に装着する。いわば押し回しの要領である。透光カバーを外す場合は逆に左回りに少し回す。
大形部品となることの多い透光カバーを両手で持ち上げながら押し回しをする作業は困難である。押し回しの際の器具本体・透光カバー間の摩擦力は少ないことが望ましいが、これは簡単ではない。その一つの理由は透光カバー（例：圧空成形品）の板厚にばらつきが生ずるためである。また、器具本体とこれに装着された透光カバーとの間に過度の隙間（あそび）があると、そこを介して内部に虫が侵入するため、器具本体と透光カバーの接する部位に摩擦抵抗の少ない柔軟体を装着し、隙間（あそび）を無くしている。
本発明の目的は、器具本体と透光カバーとの隙間を無くす柔軟体の装着方法に関し、容易に装着でき、かつ、透光カバーの回転引掛け時の抵抗を少なくすることにある。
本発明においては、全体が輪状を呈し、輪各部の断面が中空状を呈する柔軟体を透光カバーの外向きに延在する鍔部と前記鍔部の内周縁に連接し、そこから垂直に立ち上がる垂直面部全周が接するように、かつ、垂直面部に対する滑動が可能なように接着せずに配置させる。また、前記柔軟体は、外周面が前記透光カバー鍔部外縁より広がり、さらに器具本体に装着させたときには、前記外周面が器具本体下折縁内周面に接する寸法とした。
本発明によると、前記柔軟体は中空状であるため、つぶれることで前記器具本体下折縁内周面に密着する。かつ、透光カバーの垂直面部を滑動するため、透光カバーを回転させる際の摩擦抵抗が小さくなる。
以上のことから、器具本体・透光カバー間の隙間（遊び）がなくなり、かつ、透光カバーの取付性を損なうことがない。
本発明の実施形態を図１〜図３により説明する。図示の天井用照明器具は、水平に配置されるほぼ平板状の器具本体１を備える。前記器具本体１の周囲にそこから下向きに折れ曲がる下折縁２を形成する。前記器具本体１の下面側に回転引掛け式に着脱自在に装着される円形かつ椀状の透光カバー６を備える。前記透光カバー６の周囲に外向きに延在する鍔部７を形成する。前記透光カバー６に前記鍔部７の内周縁に連接しそこから垂直に立ち下がる垂直面部８を形成する。前記鍔部７・垂直面部８に接するように柔軟体５を配置する。前記柔軟体５は全体が輪状を呈し該輪各部の断面が中空状を呈する。前記柔軟体５は前記鍔部７・垂直面部８に接するが接着はなされず該鍔部７・垂直面部８に対する滑動が可能である。前記柔軟体５における外面を前記器具本体１の前記下折縁２に連接させる。
前記器具本体１における前記下折縁２内周面に前記柔軟体５外周面５−２が接し、隙間（あそび）を無くする。図３に示すように、前記柔軟体５は全体が輪状を呈し、該輪各部の断面が中空状を呈しており、前記透光カバー６垂直面部８に、上方から弾発的に装着する。前記柔軟体５内周面５−１は前記垂直面部８に滑動可能なように接する。
説明を補足する。３は光源（環状蛍光ランプ）である。４は器具本体１に形成した鉤状のカバー取付具４である。透光カバー６は圧空成形機で成形されるが、その周縁鍔部７に複数の係合凸部８を設ける。透光カバー６を垂直軸回りに少し回転させることで、凸部８がカバー取付具４に着脱自在に保持される。これは回転引掛け式の着脱自在な装着構造である。

Claims (1)

  1. 水平に配置されるほぼ平板状の器具本体を備え、前記器具本体の周囲にそこから下向きに折れ曲がる下折縁を形成し、前記器具本体の下面側に回転引掛け式に着脱自在に装着される円形かつ椀状の透光カバーを備え、前記透光カバーの周囲に外向きに延在する鍔部を形成し、前記透光カバーに前記鍔部の内周縁に連接しそこから垂直に立ち下がる垂直面部を形成し、前記鍔部・垂直面部に接するように柔軟体を配置し、前記柔軟体は全体が輪状を呈し該輪各部の断面が中空状を呈するものであり、前記柔軟体は前記鍔部・垂直面部に接するが接着はなされず該鍔部・垂直面部に対する滑動が可能なものであり、前記柔軟体における外周面が前記器具本体の前記下折縁内周面に接することを特徴とする天井用照明器具。
