Description

【0001】

In addition, this back surface panel material 33 is good also as board | plate materials provided with design property, such as a vinyl chloride steel plate and an Erio steel plate other than said aluminum resin laminated plate.
[0032]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the back panel member 33 is made of a block-shaped foam polystyrene or the like so that the distance between the front panel member 15 can be maintained on one surface facing the front panel member 15. The support member 34 is fixed with a double-sided tape, an adhesive, or the like.
[0033]
Next, the construction procedure of the panel material mounting structure having the above-described configuration will be described.
Here, an example in which the panel material mounting structure is applied to a balcony of a house will be described.
First, arms are provided on the outer wall of the house, and a wife and joists are fixed, and then a waterproof pan is provided to construct a floor portion.
[0034]
Next, a plurality of support columns 1 are erected on the edge portion positioned around the floor portion at predetermined intervals so that each column 1 is vertical. Each support column 1 is attached so that the front end face 2 faces the outdoor side and the rear end face 9 faces the indoor side.
[0035]
Next, as shown in FIG. 7, a back panel member 33 is attached between the columns 1.
The back panel member 33 is attached by sliding, for example, from above the support column 1 so that the left and right side edge portions are fitted in the recessed grooves 7 and 7 formed on the adjacent support columns 1 and 1 and facing each other.
In addition, a support member 34 such as a block-shaped polystyrene foam is attached to the back panel member 33 in advance on the surface facing the front panel member 15 with an adhesive or a double-sided tape, and the support member 34 is attached. It is attached between each support | pillar 1 by making the surface currently made into the outdoor side.
[0036]
Next, the fixing pieces 20 are attached to the left and right side edges 15a and 15b of the surface panel member 15 as shown in FIG.
The fixing piece 20 is attached by press-fitting the engaging portion 23 of the fixing portion 21 into the concave portion 17 formed on the back surface 16 of the front panel member 15. In the fixed piece 20, the attachment portion 29 of the piece portion 27 extends in parallel with the plate surface of the surface panel material 15 from the side edges 15 a and 15 b of the surface panel material 15.
The fixing piece 20 can be easily attached to the front panel member 15 by an operator's manual work. Further, the attaching operation of the fixed piece 20 to the front panel member 15 may be performed before the panel construction operation, for example, in a factory.
[0037]
Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the front panel member 15 is placed along the support column 1, the left and right side edges 15a, 15b are brought into contact with the step 3 of each support column 1, and fixed to the side edges 15a, 15b. The piece 27 of each fixed piece 20 is brought into contact with the front end surface 2 of the support column 1.
And the surface panel material 15 is fixed to the support | pillar 1 using the fixing member 35, such as a screw, penetrating the through hole 30 of the piece 27.
[0038]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, the adjacent surface panel members 15 are fixed to the front end surface 2 of the support column 1 with the pieces 27 of the fixing pieces 20 being alternately fixed, and the surface panel members 15 are sequentially disposed between the support columns 1. Is fixed.

Then, the headboard which covers the upper surface edge part of the surface panel material 15 and the back surface panel material 33 which are provided in the front and back with respect to the support | pillar 1 is provided, and a balcony is completed.
[0041]
Therefore, according to the panel member mounting structure configured as described above, the front panel member 15 is formed with the recess 17 on the back surface 16, and the fixing piece 20 protruding from the side edges 15 a and 15 b of the front panel member 15 in the recess 17. Since the back panel member 33 is configured to be fitted into the concave groove 7 provided in the support column 1, the front panel member 15 and the back panel are provided. Since the material 33 does not have a structure in which a through hole for fixing to the support column 1 is provided, it is not necessary to perform a treatment such as application of a caulking agent, and the construction is simplified.
[0042]
Further, as described above, the front panel member 15 and the rear panel member 33 are not passed through and fixed with screws or the like, so that the screw heads do not appear on the plate surfaces of both panel members 15, 33, For example, by using a surface panel material 15 having the same design as the outer wall of the building, it is possible to obtain design uniformity, etc. The appearance can be improved.
[0043]
In the above-described embodiment, the fixing piece 20 provided on the front panel material 15 is fitted and attached to the concave portion 17 formed on the back surface 16 of the front panel material 15, and the piece 27 of the fixing piece 20 is extended. Although the example made into the structure made to describe was described, this fixed piece 20 is good also as another structure, if it is a structure provided with the part which protrudes from the side edges 15a and 15b with respect to the surface panel material 15, for example, a fixed piece 20 may be integrally embedded and fixed in a side edge portion of the surface panel member 15 and protrude from the side edge. In this case, for example, the front panel member 15 may be arranged and manufactured so as to have a structure in which the fixed piece 20 is embedded in advance.
[0044]
In the above-described embodiment, the attachment structure of the back panel member 33 to the support column 1 is a structure in which the side edge of the back panel member 33 is inserted into the recessed groove 33 formed in the support column 1. A configuration in which a caulking agent or the like is applied to the portion, or a configuration in which a bead material or the like is attached and pressed may be used. In this case, the waterproof performance can be improved, and the mounting state between the support column 1 and the back panel material 33 can be improved. It becomes possible to be in a fixed state.
[0045]
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the example in which the concave portion 17 of the back surface 16 formed on the front panel member 15 is circular has been described. However, the concave portion 17 may be formed in a polygonal shape such as a square or the front panel member 15. On the other hand, it may be formed in a concave groove shape that is continuous in the vertical direction, the horizontal direction, or the oblique direction, or a concave groove shape that is connected in the vertical and horizontal directions to form a lattice shape.
In this case, the shape of the engagement portion of the fixing piece 20 inserted into the recess is preferably a shape corresponding to the shape of the recess. For example, if the rectangular recess is a rectangular engagement portion, The engagement state between the engagement portion and the recess becomes more reliable.
[0046]
In the above-described embodiment, the panel material mounting structure has been described as an example applied to a house balcony. However, the panel material mounting structure of the present invention is not limited to this, and the front and back panels are not limited thereto. The structure may be applied to other configurations as long as the materials 15 and 33 are provided on the support column 1 and constructed in a wall shape.
[0047]
【The invention's effect】
[0048]
As described above, according to the panel member mounting structure according to claim 1 or 2 of the present invention, the fixing piece is configured to be fitted and fixed to the recess formed on the back surface side of the front panel material, and the recess is the front panel. Since the structure does not penetrate the material, holes and the like are not exposed on the surface of the surface panel material, and the effect of not impairing the design is obtained.
[0049]
According to the panel material mounting structure of claim 3 , a recess is formed in the support column, and a side panel of the back panel material is fitted into the concave groove so as to mount the back panel material. Since installation can be performed without applying, the effect of improving workability can be obtained. Moreover, since a through-hole etc. are not formed in a panel board surface, the effect which does not impair an external appearance can be acquired. And since it does not have the structure which provides the through-hole for fixing to a support | pillar, the effect that it becomes unnecessary to perform processing, such as application | coating of a caulking agent, is acquired.
[0050]
Further, according to the panel material mounting structure of claim 1 or 2 , since the fixing piece is projected from the side edge of the surface panel material, the surface panel material has a through-hole for inserting a screw. Since it is attached to the column with a fixed piece, the wall surface can be constituted by this surface panel material without impairing the design as a panel plate material. And since it does not pass through the front panel material and is fixed with screws, the head of the screw is not exposed on the plate surface of the panel material, and the design is not deteriorated or the appearance is not impaired. By using a surface panel material having the same design as the outer wall of the building, the design uniformity can be obtained, and the appearance of the building can be improved.
