軸筒内に設けられ軸方向に延びる深さの深いカム溝と浅いカム溝を交互に形成した外カムと、
軸方向に移動可能にかつ回転可能に該外カム内に収納され上記外カムのカム溝に係合可能な突起を有し前部に前端カム面を形成した回転カムと、
該回転カムに連結され後方に付勢されているリフィールと、
該回転カムの前方に設けられ上記回転カムの突起が上記外カムのカム溝から外れたとき上記回転カムを回転させるよう上記回転カムの前端カム面が係合可能なカム面を有する案内カムと、
上記回転カムの突起が上記外カムの深いカム溝に係合したとき該回転カムの後退動を阻止するよう上記外カムの後方に設けられたストッパーと、
該ストッパーに当接する際の衝撃を緩和するよう上記回転カムの後端に設けられた緩衝部材を具備することを特徴とする筆記具。
