前記軸筒(10)に対し前記回転子(3)と連動して軸方向へ往復動自在であるとともに周方向へ回転不能な軸体(4)と、
前記軸筒(10)に対して周方向へ回転不能であって且つ軸方向へ移動不能に設けられ、前進した際の前記回転子(3)に当接して、前記回転子(3)を回転させる固定カム斜面(6a)と、を具備し、
ノック体(1)に対して周方向へ回転自在なノック切換スイッチ(7a)を設けるとともに、このノック切換スイッチ(7a)に、周方向において部分的に前方へ突出する周突部(7b)を設け、そして、前記軸体(4)の後端面に、所定角度領域では前記周突部(7b)と周方向に隣り合うとともに、それ以外の角度領域では前記周突部(7b)によって当接される周突部(4d)を設け、
