Description

The present invention relates to a fixture for attaching an attachment provided with a recess whose inside is wider than an entrance to a support material, and in particular, the attachment is an exterior decorative material (outside corner material, curtain, etc.) of a building such as a house. Plate, post, windbreak plate, etc.), exterior material, inner wall material, and the like.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H10-228667 discloses a protruding corner member mounting tool that attaches an exterior corner member of a building to a pillar (support material) as a kind of a conventional mounting tool of this type. In this case, a fitting groove (concave portion) whose interior is wider than the opening (inlet portion) is provided on the protruding corner member side to be attached. The protruding corner member mounting tool includes a fitting portion bent in a U shape, a fitting groove engaging projection cut and raised outward from the fitting portion, and a pair of flat plates continuous on both sides of the fitting portion. Shaped piece.

In this fixture, first, an external force is applied to both pieces of the fixture so that the angle between the two pieces becomes smaller, so that the fitting portion can be inserted into the fitting groove of the exterior corner material. In this state, the fitting part is inserted into the fitting groove deeply from the opening part of the fitting groove, and the external force applied thereafter is released, so that the fitting part is released. The fixture is attached to the protruding corner member while being inserted into the fitting groove. In this attached state, the fitting groove engaging protrusion is expected to engage with the fitting groove. Then, by attaching the protruding corner member to which the fixture is attached in this manner to the column (support material), the protruding corner member is attached to the column via the fixture.
JP 2001-193261 A

However, in the above-mentioned corner member fitting, the fitting portion bent in a U shape cannot be deformed if the fitting is first attached to the pillar (support material), and therefore, it is deep in the fitting groove. It has a structure that makes it impossible to insert. For this reason, it is necessary to attach the fixture to the protruding corner material (attachment) before attaching the fixture to the pillar (supporting material). There was a problem that (attachment) could not be attached to the fixture.

In addition, since the range in which the fitting groove engaging protrusion can be displaced by the elastic deformation is reduced as a whole, the fitting groove engaging protrusion is not effectively engaged with the fitting groove in some cases, and attachment is uncertain. There was also a problem of fear.

The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional situation, and the object of the present invention is to attach the attachment to the support first and then attach the attachment to the attachment. An object of the present invention is to provide an attachment that can be attached to a support member after the attachment is attached.

Another object of the present invention is to increase the elastic displacement range of the engagement piece engaged with the inner surface of the recessed portion of the attached object, so that the engagement piece is always effectively brought into elastic contact with the inner surface of the recess. The object is to provide a fixture that can be securely attached to a support material.

Still other objects of the present invention will become apparent from the following description.

The fixture according to the present invention is a fixture for attaching an attachment object provided with a recessed portion whose inside is wider than an inlet portion to a support material.
A first and second fitting body parts that are formed by processing an elastic metal plate and are attached to the support member, and are bent on each other to form bent parts. A first separation in which only the bent surface and the base end side are continuous with the first bent surface and are cut and raised from the second bent surface and the distal end side is projected from the bent portion. And a second separation piece that is continuous with the second bent surface only at the base end side and is cut and raised from the first bent surface and protruded from the bent portion at the distal end side. And a first engagement piece cut and raised to the outside so that a part near the tip of the first separation piece is left uncut, and the second separation piece side is cut close part from the tip of said second separation protrusions And a second engagement piece cut and raised outward so as to be,
When the first and second engaging pieces are relatively pushed toward the inner side of the concave portion from the inlet portion side of the concave portion, the first and second engaging pieces are once in the concave portion. The first and second engaging pieces are spread by elastic restoring force when passing through the inlet portion of the recess, and are elastically displaced so as to be pushed inward and retracted inward. The distal end side of the engagement piece is in contact with the inner surface of the recess.

In the fixture of the present invention, the bent portion itself does not need to penetrate deeply into the concave portion of the attachment. Accordingly, the attachment can be attached to the attachment after the attachment is attached to the support first (of course, the attachment can be attached to the attachment after the attachment is attached to the attachment).

In addition, the first and second separation pieces are respectively connected to the first and second folding surfaces only at the base end side and protruded from the bent portions. Further, the first and second separation pieces Since the first and second engaging pieces are formed by cutting up a part, the first and second engaging pieces are elastically deformed by the first and second separating pieces, respectively, Since it can be displaced by both deformation, its elastic displacement range can be enlarged.

Therefore, the distal end side of the first and second engagement piece is engaged always effectively is resiliently abuts against the inner surface of the recess engagement, Ru can be made to the attached compound can be securely attached to a support member .

In the fixture of the present invention,
(A) The attachment can be attached to the support after the attachment is first attached to the support, or the attachment can be attached to the support after the attachment is attached to the attachment.
(B) The elastic displacement range of the engagement piece engaged with the inner surface of the recessed portion of the attached object is increased, and the engagement piece is always effectively in contact with and engaged with the inner surface of the recessed portion. Can ensure that the object is attached to the support,
Such excellent effects can be obtained.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the drawings.

1 to 9 show Embodiment 1 of the present invention. The present embodiment is an example applied to a fixture when the object to be attached is a building exterior corner material and the support material is a base material such as a pillar. As shown in FIG. 7, the attached object 1 (exterior protruding corner member) has two sides 2 and 3 that are perpendicular to each other, and the inner corner portion has a length direction of the attached object 1. An extending groove-like recess 4 is provided. The recess 4 has a shape in which the inside is wider than the entrance 4a (opening).

FIGS. 1-6 has shown the fixture 5 in a present Example, and the whole is formed by pressing one metal plate rich in elasticity, such as a spring steel plate. Therefore, all the parts of the fixture 5 described below are integrally provided. The fixture body 6 of the fixture 5 has first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8, and these first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8 are mutually in a state where no external force is applied. The bent portion 9 is formed by being bent so as to form a 90-degree included angle. The first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8 are provided with mounting holes 10 and 11, respectively.

Near the bent portion 9, first and second separation pieces 12 and 13 are provided. The first separation piece 12 is located on the same plane as the first bending surface 7 in a state where no external force is applied, but only the base end side is continued to the first bending surface 7. Both side portions are not continuous with the first folding surface 7 by providing cuts 14 and 15 between the first folding surface 7 and the both sides. Further, the distal end side of the first separation piece 12 is cut and raised from the second bent surface 8 and protrudes from the bent portion 9. Similarly, the second separating piece 13 is located on the same plane as the second folding surface 8 when no external force is applied, but only the base end side is located on the second folding surface 8. The both side portions are not continuous with the second folding surface 8 by providing cuts 16 and 17 between the second folding surface 8 and both sides. Further, the distal end side of the second separation piece 13 is cut and raised from the first bending surface 7 and protrudes from the bent portion 9. The bent portion 9 is divided into three parts by providing the first and second separation pieces 12 and 13.

Wherein the first separation protrusions 12, the first engagement piece 18, the outer and the portion of the first separation strip 12 to the side is left cut close to the tip of said first separation protrusions 12 It is formed by cutting up. The first engagement piece 18 is slightly curved in a generally arc shape so as to be concave outward. Similarly, a second engagement piece 19 is left on the second separation piece 13 so that a part of the second separation piece 13 is cut off on the side closer to the tip of the second separation piece 13. It is formed by cutting up outside. The second engagement piece 19 is slightly curved in a generally arc shape so as to be concave outward.

Next, a method for attaching the attachment object 1 to the support member 20 (underlying material) using the attachment 5 in this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. First, as shown in FIG. 8, the fixture 5 is attached to the support member 20 using nails, screws 21 or the like using the attachment holes 10 and 11.

Thereafter, as shown by the arrows, the first and second bent portions 9 are pushed near the inlet 4a of the recess 4 by pressing the attachment object 1 (protruding corner material) against the fixture 5 side. When the second engagement pieces 18 and 19 are relatively pushed from the inlet 4a side of the concave portion 4 toward the inner side of the concave portion 4, the first and second engagement pieces 18 and 19 once become the concave portion 4. It is elastically displaced so as to be pushed inward by being pushed by the inlet 4a. However, when passing through the inlet 4a of the recess 4, the first and second engagement pieces 18, 19 spread due to the elastic restoring force, and the first and second engagement pieces 18, 19 as shown in FIG. The object to be attached 1 is attached to the fixture 5 by abutting and engaging with the inclined portion so that the tip end side of the recess extends toward the inside of the inner surface of the recess 4.

In this fixture 5, the bent portion 9 itself does not need to penetrate deeply into the recessed portion 4 of the attachment 1. Therefore, even if the fixture 5 is attached to the support member 20 first, the attachment object 1 can be attached to the fixture 5 without any trouble.

Further, the first and second separation pieces 12 and 13 are continuous only on the base end side to the first and second bent surfaces, respectively, and protrude from the bent portion 9. Since the first and second engaging pieces 18 and 19 are formed by cutting and raising a part of the separating pieces 12 and 13, the first and second engaging pieces 18 and 19 are respectively Since it can be displaced by both the elastic deformation of the second separation pieces 12 and 13 and its own elastic deformation, the elastic displacement range can be increased.

Therefore, the distal end sides of the first and second engagement pieces 18 and 19 are always effectively brought into elastic contact with and engaged with the inner surface of the recess 4 so that the attachment object 1 is securely attached to the support member 20. Can be.

In the above description, the fixture 1 is attached to the fixture 5 after the fixture 5 is first attached to the support member 20. However, of course, the fixture 5 is attached to the fixture 1 after the fixture 5 is attached. Can also be attached to the support member 20. Furthermore, the attachment object 4 can be attached to the fixture 5 by inserting the first and second engagement pieces 18 and 19 into the recess 4 from the opening end in the length direction of the recess 4.

In the present invention, the size of the included angle between the first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8 in the state where no external force is applied is not necessarily limited to 90 degrees. Further, the bent portion 9 may be completely bent into a U shape so that the first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8 are parallel to each other. In the first embodiment, the first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8 are basically flat, but in the present invention, the first and second bent surfaces are fundamental. May be curved.

10 and 11 show Example 2 of the present invention. Also in this embodiment, the fixture 5 is formed by pressing one elastic metal plate such as a spring steel plate as a whole. Therefore, all parts of the fixture 5 described below are integrally provided. .

The fixture body 6 of the fixture 5 includes three chevron portions 24 and four flat portions 25 provided between and on the outer sides of the chevron portions 24. Each chevron 24 includes first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8, first and second separation pieces 12 and 13, cuts 14 to 17, and first and second similar to those in the first embodiment. Second engagement pieces 18 and 19 are provided. Mounting holes 10 and 11 are provided in the mounting tool main body 6, and the mounting tool 5 is mounted on the support member 20 by using the mounting holes 10 and 11 as shown in FIG. be able to.

The attached object 1 in the present embodiment is a panel-like material having a substantially flat shape such as a building exterior material (outer wall material) or an exterior decorative board material, and is provided with three groove-like recesses 4 on the back surface side. ing. As in the case of the first embodiment, these recesses 4 have a shape in which the inside is wider than the inlet 4a (opening).

Also in the present embodiment, as in the case of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. The attachment object 1 can be attached to the support member 20 via the attachment 5 by engaging with the inclined portion so as to expand toward the inside.

12 and 13 show Example 3 of the present invention. In this embodiment, the structure of the fixture and the mounting structure previously proposed by the inventors of the present invention in JP-A-2002-38694 is used. In this embodiment, the fixture 5 is formed by attaching two U-shaped members 27 to a base material 26.

The base material 26 is formed by pressing one elastic metal plate such as a spring steel plate as a whole, and therefore all parts of the base material 26 described below are integrally provided. The base material 26 has a fixture main body 6, and the fixture main body 6 further has one angled portion 24 and two flat portions 25 provided on both sides of the angled portion 24. ing. The chevron portion 24 includes first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8, first and second separation pieces 12 and 13, notches 14 to 17, and first and second similar to those in the above embodiments. Two engaging pieces 18 and 19 are provided. Each flat portion 25 is provided with mounting holes 10 and 11, respectively. Using these mounting holes 10 and 11, as shown in FIG. 13, the mounting tool 5 is attached to the support member 20 with a nail, a screw 21 or the like. Can be attached.

Each U-shaped member 27 is formed by pressing one elastic metal plate such as a spring steel plate as a whole. Therefore, all parts of the U-shaped member 27 described below are integrally provided. ing. Each U-shaped material 27 has a bottom portion 28 and a pair of sandwiching pieces 29 and 30 and is generally U-shaped in cross section. The bottom portion 28 has an elongated rectangular shape and a flat shape, and is attached to the base material 26 by spot welding or the like in a state of being in full contact with the flat portion 25 of the base material 26. Each sandwich piece 29, 30 is bent up from both ends in the width direction of the bottom portion 28 and raised. Each of the clip pieces 29, 30 has a substantially rectangular engagement piece 31, which is formed by cutting and raising a part of the clip pieces 29, 30 inward so that the tip ends of the clip pieces 29, 30 are left uncut. An appropriate number of 32 is formed. The engaging pieces 31 and 32 are slightly curved in a generally arc shape so as to be concave inward.

The attached object 1 in the present embodiment is a panel-shaped material having a substantially flat plate shape such as an exterior material (outer wall material) and an exterior decorative plate material of the same building as in the case of the second embodiment. A groove-like recess 4 is provided, and two protrusions 33 are provided on both sides of the recess 4. The concave portion 4 has a shape in which the inside is wider than the inlet portion 4a (opening portion) in the same manner as in the above embodiments. The protrusion 33 has a rectangular cross section, and therefore both side surfaces 33a of the protrusion 33 (which will be engagement surfaces with which the engagement pieces 31, 32 are engaged as will be described later) are attached. 1 is a surface extending in the thickness direction.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 13, as in the case of the second embodiment, the distal end sides of the first and second engaging pieces 18, 19 of the chevron portion 24 are arranged on the inner surfaces of the recesses 4. It is possible to engage with a portion inclined so as to expand toward the inside. At the same time, when the ridge 33 is relatively pushed toward the bottom 28 between the pieces 29 and 30, the engagement pieces 31 and 32 are pushed by the edge portion of the ridge 33 and elastically deformed. The tip portions of 31 and 32 are pressed against both side surfaces 33 a of the protrusion 33. Here, since the engagement pieces 31 and 32 protrude obliquely from the far side to the near side from the support member 20, when the attachment object 12 is moved in a direction away from the support member 20, the engagement piece 31. , 32 tends to bite further into the engaging surfaces 6, 7, so that the attachment 12 cannot move away from the fixture 5.

Thus, in this embodiment, the engagement between the first and second engagement pieces 18 and 19 and the recess 4 and the engagement between the engagement pieces 31 and 32 and both side surfaces 33a of the protrusion 33 are as follows. By both, the to-be-attached thing 1 can be reliably attached to the support material 20 via the fixture 5. FIG.

(Reference Example 1)
14 to 20 show Reference Example 1 for the present invention. The attached object 1 (see FIGS. 19 and 20) in the present reference example is an exterior corner material similar to that shown in FIG. The recessed part 4 which made | formed was provided.

14 to 18 show the fixture 5 in this reference example, and the whole is formed by pressing one metal plate rich in elasticity such as a spring steel plate. Therefore, all the parts of the fixture 5 described below are integrally provided. The fixture body 6 of the fixture 5 has a pair of base portions 40 and 41 and first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8. The pair of base portions 40 and 41 are substantially rectangular and flat, and form a 90 ° angle with each other when no external force is applied. The bases 40 and 41 are provided with mounting holes 10 and 11, respectively. The first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8 are provided between the base portions 40 and 41, and are bent from the base portions 40 and 41, respectively. The first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8 are bent at an acute angle with each other to form a bent portion 9. However, the bent portion 9 is continuous with only the central portion of the first and second bent surfaces 7, 8, and both outer portions between the first bent surface 7 and the second bent surface 8 are By providing the notches 42 and 43, it is made non-continuous.

The first bending surface 7 is provided with two first engaging pieces 44 by cutting out part of the first bending surface 7 at the two locations so that the bent portion 9 side is left uncut. Similarly, two second engaging pieces 45 are provided by cutting out part of the second bent surface 8 at two places so that the bent portion 9 side is left uncut. It has been. The first and second engagement pieces 44 and 45 are slightly curved in a generally arc shape so as to be recessed outward.

Next, a method for attaching the attachment object 1 to the support member 20 (underlying material) using the attachment 5 in this reference example will be described with reference to FIGS. First, as shown in FIG. 19, the fixture 5 is attached to the support member 20 (underlying material) with the nails, screws 21, etc. using the attachment holes 10 and 11.

After that, when the bent portion 9 is relatively pushed toward the inner side of the recess 4 by pressing the attachment object 1 against the attachment 5 as indicated by an arrow, the first and second engagement pieces 44 are pressed. , 45 are elastically displaced so that they are once pushed by the inlet portion 4a of the recess 4 and retracted inward, but when passing through the inlet portion 4a of the recess 4, the first and second engagements spread by elastic restoring force. As shown in FIG. 20, the distal ends of the pieces 44 and 45 are brought into contact with and engaged with an inclined portion so as to expand toward the inside of the inner surface of the recess 4, and the attached object 1 is attached to the fixture 5.

In this fixture 5, the bent portion 9 has only a part of the first and second bent surfaces 7, 8 continuous, and the other portion is between the first and second bent surfaces 7, 8. Since they are discontinuous, the bent portion 9 and the first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8 are very easily elastically deformed. Since the first and second engagement pieces 44 and 45 are formed by cutting and raising a part of the first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8, the bent portion 9 and the first and second bent pieces 9 and 8 are formed. Since it can be displaced by both the elastic deformation of the bent surfaces 7 and 8 and its own elastic deformation, the elastic displacement range can be increased.

Therefore, even if the fixture 5 is attached to the support member 20 first, the bent portion 9 of the fixture 5 can be inserted into the recess 4 of the fixture 1 and the fixture 1 can be attached to the fixture 5. it can. Further, the first and second engaging pieces 44 and 45 are always effectively brought into elastic contact with and engaged with the inner surface of the recess 4 so that the attachment object 1 is securely attached to the support member 20. be able to.

In the above description, the fixture 1 is attached to the fixture 5 after the fixture 5 is first attached to the support member 20. However, of course, the fixture 5 is attached to the fixture 1 after the fixture 5 is attached. Can also be attached to the support member 20. Furthermore, the attachment object 4 can be attached to the fixture 5 by inserting the first and second engagement pieces 44 and 45 into the recess 4 from the opening end in the length direction of the recess 4.

The size of the included angle of the first and second bent surface 7 and 8 in a state in which the outer force is not applied is not necessarily limited to the angle shown in the drawings. Further, the bent portion 9 may be completely bent into a U shape so that the first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8 are parallel to each other. In the reference example 1 , the first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8 are basically flat, but the first and second bent surfaces are basically curved. You may make it make.

(Reference Example 2)
FIG. 21 shows Reference Example 2 for the present invention. Also in this reference example, the fixture 5 is formed by pressing one elastic metal plate such as a spring steel plate as a whole, and therefore all parts of the fixture 5 described below are integrally provided. .

Each chevron 24 is provided with first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8, a bent portion 9, a notch, and first and second engaging pieces 44 and 45 similar to those in the first embodiment. ing. The outer flat portions 25 are provided with mounting holes (not shown), and the mounting tool 5 can be attached to the support member 20 with nails, screws 21 or the like using these mounting holes.

The attached object 1 in this reference example is a panel-like material having a substantially flat plate shape such as a building exterior material (outer wall material) or an exterior decorative board material, and is provided with three groove-like recesses 4 on the back surface side. These recesses 4 have a shape in which the inside is wider than the inlet 4a (opening).

Also in this reference example, in the same manner as in the reference example 1 of FIGS. The attachment object 1 can be attached to the support member 20 via the attachment 5 by engaging with an inclined portion so as to expand toward the inside.

(Reference Example 3)
FIG. 22 shows Reference Example 3 for the present invention. In this reference example, the structure of the fixture and the mounting structure previously proposed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-38694 by the inventor of the present application is used in the same manner as in the third embodiment. In this reference example, the fixture 5 is formed by attaching two U-shaped members 27 to a base material 26.

The base material 26 is formed by pressing one elastic metal plate such as a spring steel plate as a whole, and therefore all parts of the base material 26 described below are integrally provided. The base material 26 has a fixture main body 6, and the fixture main body 6 further has one angled portion 24 and two flat portions 25 provided on both sides of the angled portion 24. is doing. The mountain-shaped portion 24 is provided with first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8, a bent portion 9, a notch, and first and second engaging pieces 44 and 45 similar to those in the first and second reference examples. It has been. Each flat portion 25 is provided with an attachment hole (not shown), and the attachment 5 can be attached to the support member 20 with a nail, a screw 21 or the like using these attachment holes. Each U-shaped member 27 is the same as that of the third embodiment shown in FIGS.

The attached object 1 in this reference example is a panel-like material having a substantially flat shape such as an exterior material (outer wall material) and an exterior decorative board material of the same building as in Reference Example 2 , and one piece is provided on the back side. A groove-like recess 4 is provided, and two protrusions 33 are provided on both sides of the recess 4.

In this reference example, as in the case of the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the engagement between the first and second engagement pieces 44 and 45 and the recess 4 and the engagement between the engagement pieces 31 and 32 are made. The attachment object 1 can be reliably attached to the support member 20 via the fixture 5 by both the engagement with the both side surfaces 33 a of the strip 33.

(Reference Example 4)
23 to 25 show Reference Example 4 for the present invention. In this reference example, the portions corresponding to the cut portions 42 and 43 of the metal plate that is the material of the fixture 5 are cut inward without being cut off, so that the first and second portions are bent from both ends of the bent portion 9. An excessive deformation preventing piece 46 extending obliquely between the bent surfaces 7 and 8 is formed. Other configurations are the same as those of Reference Example 1 shown in FIGS.

In this reference example, when the included angle of the bent portion 9 is reduced to a predetermined size due to external force, the excessive deformation preventing piece 46 is sandwiched between the first and second bent surfaces 7 and 8 and the bent portion 9 Limit further deformation. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the bent portion 9 from being excessively deformed and causing permanent deformation or damage.

In the present invention, members other than those described in the above embodiments can also be used as attachments.

As described above, the fixture according to the present invention is useful as a fixture for attaching various attachments.
