Description
The present invention relates to a mounting mechanism for a roll-wrapped packaging paper used in a medicine packaging machine mainly used in hospitals, clinics, and the like. The present invention relates to a packaging paper mounting mechanism of a medicine packaging machine that enables a common packaging paper to be mounted and used.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, wrapping paper used in a medicine packaging machine that dispenses and packages medications to patients in hospitals and clinics is rolled with a continuous paper having a predetermined width (hereinafter simply referred to as “roll paper”). This is used by being loaded on a support shaft in the paper feeding unit of the medicine packaging machine. The roll paper is provided with a core tube for facilitating the loading of the support shaft and a predetermined amount of the roll paper. Further, the inner diameter and the length of the core tube are adjusted so as to be compatible with the support shaft of the paper feeding unit.
In order to load the roll paper on the support shaft in the paper feeding unit of the medicine packaging machine and smoothly feed the roll paper, a locking pin protruding in the radial direction is provided on the support shaft, and the core tube The notch is provided with a notch, and the locking pin and the notch are engaged with each other. An example of such is known from US Pat. In addition, a permanent magnet is attached to one end of a cylindrical body that is rotatably supported on a support shaft, and a core tube having a ferromagnetic plate that is attracted to the permanent magnet is loaded at the end. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-228707 proposes that a roll paper can be smoothly rotated on a support shaft and fed by an attractive force between a magnetic plate and a cylindrical permanent magnet.
By the way, although the support structure in the paper feeding section of the medicine packaging machine usually differs depending on the machine manufacturer, the width of the roll paper is set to a substantially constant size because the purpose of use is the same. Therefore, for example, in a hospital with a large amount of dispensing, a plurality of medicine packaging machines are used, and the packaging paper is naturally consumed in large quantities. For this reason, when the manufacturers of the medicine packaging machines to be used are not unified, roll papers with different core tubes must be prepared.
If the type of roll paper used is biased and consumed, there will be inconvenience that the paper feeding unit will not match during use. In order to prevent such a situation from occurring, there is a problem that it is necessary to always have more stock than necessary, and excessive expenses are required. In addition, the roll paper used is generally a glassine paper laminated with polyethylene resin on one side, but the glassine paper is easy to dry and has low stickiness and is easy to tear. There is a problem that the end part is damaged and becomes unusable, and it is not preferable to own a lot of stock.
The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and roll paper is commonly used even if the outer diameter size and engaging means of the support shaft in the paper feeding unit of the medicine packaging machine used are different. It is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging paper mounting mechanism of a medicine packaging machine that can do this.
In order to achieve the above-described object, the packaging paper mounting mechanism of the medicine packaging machine according to the present invention includes:
A roll paper core tube having an inner diameter that can be fitted onto an existing core as a core tube unique to each medicine packaging machine mounted on a support shaft that supports a roll paper core tube for packaging. Friction engagement means is provided for enabling both rotation of the paper core tube, and the roll paper core tube is fitted onto the support shaft via the existing core by fittingly mounting the roll paper core tube on the existing core. Is rotatably supported (first invention).
In the present invention, it is preferable that the friction engagement means includes a locking portion for the inner surface of the roll paper core tube and a locking mechanism for the existing winding core (second invention).
The friction engagement means preferably has a configuration in which a plurality of elastic bodies are integrally attached to the inner peripheral surface of the roll paper core tube in an appropriate length in the axial direction (third invention). .
Here, the elastic body may be a leaf spring having a friction layer on the contact surface (fourth invention).
In addition, the elastic body may be a foamed material or a soft elastic material that is laid on a streak in the axial direction of the roll paper core tube (fifth invention).
The friction engagement means may be projected in the axial direction of the roll paper core tube on the end portion of the paper roll core tube, the end portion side is formed in a hook shape along the axis of the paper roll core tube A surface of the hook-shaped portion of the locking projection piece facing the outer peripheral direction of the roll paper core tube is an engagement surface portion, and this engagement surface portion is the existing winding portion. It can also be comprised so that it may engage with the edge part of a core (6th invention).
In this case, it is preferable that an elastic body is attached to the engagement surface portion (seventh invention).
Further, the engaging surface portion may be formed on an inclined surface having a downward slope toward the opening side of the locking projection piece (eighth invention).
In the present invention, the inner diameter of the continuous wrapping paper to be supplied is set as the inner diameter larger than the largest outer diameter of the roll core (core pipe) of the existing roll paper for wrapping machines. By providing friction engagement means in which an elastic force acts in the axial direction, an existing core as a core tube unique to each medicine packaging machine is attached to the support shaft body of the packaging machine paper feeding unit. When a new roll paper core tube is loaded on the existing core, the friction engagement means provided in the core tube is engaged with the surface of the existing core by a frictional force, via the existing core. The roll paper core tube can be rotatably supported by the support shaft body. Further, when the friction engagement means is provided at the end of the core tube, the friction engagement means provided at the end of the roll paper core tube is brought into contact with the end of the existing core, and the existing core is The support shaft body can be supported rotatably.
According to the present invention, the dimensional difference between the outer diameter of the existing winding core and the inner diameter of the roll paper core tube can be automatically adjusted by the friction engagement means provided on the roll paper core tube, so Corresponding to the support part of the part, it is possible to provide a continuous wrapping paper that can be used in common, and it is possible to improve the economy.
Further, if the configuration of the second invention is adopted, for example, when there is a large dimensional difference between the inner diameter of the roll paper core tube to be mounted and the outer diameter of the existing winding core of the feeder, the roll paper core tube and the existing A frictional engagement means is interposed between the roll core, the locking portion is brought into contact with the roll paper core tube, and the locking mechanism is acted on the existing core to couple them together. In addition, the rotation axis can be adjusted to facilitate the feeding of the paper.
According to the third to fifth inventions, when the dimensional difference between the outer diameter of the existing core and the inner diameter of the roll paper core tube is small, the frictional engagement means is directly attached to the roll paper core tube. Thus, it is possible to load paper feeding units having different dimensions without using an attachment. When the roll paper is loaded on the support shaft (existing core) of the paper feeding unit, the resistance of the elastic body is small in the axial direction. When the paper is fed out, a large amount of resistance is generated in the circumferential direction (width direction) to prevent slippage in the loading unit, and the paper can be smoothly rotated and fed out normally. Further, since the friction engagement means has a simple configuration, it can be provided without greatly increasing the cost. In addition, you may make it provide the said elastic material interspersed.
Further, if the configuration of the sixth invention is adopted, the roll paper is supported by the fitting shaft different from the engagement by the frictional force directly or indirectly with the attachment to the outer peripheral surface of the existing core. The paper can be fed while being supported by the body via the existing core. In this case, the inner end portion of the roll paper core tube is provided with an incision portion provided on the inner side of a plurality of locking protrusions provided on the inner side of the end portion of the existing roll core. By bringing the engaging surface portion facing the outer peripheral direction of the cut portion into contact with each other, both can be held by contact friction between the engaging surface portion and the inner end portion of the existing core.
Further, according to the seventh invention, the frictional force can be further increased, and the difference in the diameter can be automatically adjusted by the elastic deformation of the elastic body.
Furthermore, if it is set as the structure of 8th invention, automatic adjustment of an aperture difference can be performed simultaneously with raising a frictional force with the downward gradient. Such a system is more effective when the aperture difference is small. Of course, this type can be used in combination with the provision of an elastic projection on a part of the inner peripheral surface of the core tube.
Next, a specific embodiment of the packaging paper mounting mechanism of the medicine packaging machine according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a view showing a main part of a packaging paper mounting mechanism of a medicine packaging machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 1, and FIG. A figure (a) and a partial side view (b) are respectively shown.
In this embodiment, a roll paper attachment shaft (support shaft) 2 is provided in a
The wrapping
The frictional engagement means 11 in the wrapping
First, the case where an attachment is used will be described. The
The
An
The wrapping
When the
Therefore, the
And when attaching the
According to the wrapping
In addition, as for the engagement structure between the
Although not shown in the drawings, instead of the
Next, FIG. 5 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view (a) and a cross-sectional view taken along the line B-B showing an embodiment of the friction engagement means provided in the common roll paper core tube when no attachment is used. Yes.
The frictional engagement means 11A shown in FIG. 5 has
According to the frictional engagement means 11A of the present embodiment configured as described above, when the dimensional difference between the inner diameter D of the
At this time, when the
It should be noted that the
In addition, you may make it provide the
Further, as another embodiment, FIG. 6 is a sectional view showing an embodiment in which friction engagement means is provided at the end of the roll paper core tube, and FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the main part of FIG. The figure (a) in the case of attaching an elastic body to the figure and the figure (b) in the case where the engaging surface portion is inclined are shown.
The wrapping
The outer shape of the

In the case where the engaging
In the type in which the plurality of locking
