Description

The present invention relates to an attachment for a roll paper core tube that is used by being loaded on a roll paper core tube in a medicine packaging machine used mainly in hospitals and clinics.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, wrapping paper used in a medicine packaging machine that dispenses and packages medications to patients in hospitals and clinics is rolled with a continuous paper having a predetermined width (hereinafter simply referred to as “roll paper”). This is used by being loaded on a support shaft in the paper feeding unit of the medicine packaging machine. The roll paper is provided with a core tube for facilitating the loading of the support shaft and a predetermined amount of the roll paper. Further, the inner diameter and the length of the core tube are adjusted so as to be compatible with the support shaft of the paper feeding unit.

In order to load the roll paper on the support shaft in the paper feeding unit of the medicine packaging machine and smoothly feed the roll paper, a locking pin protruding in the radial direction is provided on the support shaft, and the core tube The notch is provided with a notch, and the locking pin and the notch are engaged with each other. An example of such is known from US Pat. In addition, a permanent magnet is attached to one end of a cylindrical body that is rotatably supported on a support shaft, and a core tube having a ferromagnetic plate that is attracted to the permanent magnet is loaded at the end. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-228707 proposes that a roll paper can be smoothly rotated on a support shaft and fed by an attractive force between a magnetic plate and a cylindrical permanent magnet.

By the way, although the support structure in the paper feeding section of the medicine packaging machine usually differs depending on the machine manufacturer, the width of the roll paper is set to a substantially constant size because the purpose of use is the same. Therefore, for example, in a hospital with a large amount of dispensing, a plurality of medicine packaging machines are used, and the packaging paper is naturally consumed in large quantities. For this reason, when the manufacturers of the medicine packaging machines to be used are not unified, roll papers with different core tubes must be prepared.

If the type of roll paper used is biased and consumed, there will be inconvenience that the paper feeding unit will not match during use. In order to prevent such a situation from occurring, there is a problem that it is necessary to always have more stock than necessary, and excessive expenses are required. In addition, the roll paper that is used is generally laminated with polyethylene resin on one side of glassine paper, but the glassine paper is easy to dry and less sticky and easy to tear. There is a problem that the end part is damaged and becomes unusable, and it is not preferable to own a lot of stock.

The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and roll paper is commonly used even if the outer diameter size and engaging means of the support shaft in the paper feeding unit of the medicine packaging machine used are different. An object of the present invention is to provide an attachment for a roll paper core tube that can be used.

In order to achieve the above object, an attachment for a roll paper core tube according to the present invention comprises:
A roll paper core tube attachment that is used by being fitted on an existing core as a core tube unique to each medicine packaging machine mounted on a support shaft that supports a roll paper core tube for packaging,
An attachment main body fitted on the outer peripheral portion of the existing core, and a plurality of locking members radially arranged on the outer peripheral portion of the attachment main body and locked to the inner peripheral surface of the roll paper core tube (First invention).

In the present invention, the locking member is preferably a leaf spring (second invention).

According to the present invention, an existing core as a core tube specific to each medicine packaging machine is attached to a support shaft that supports a roll paper core tube for packaging, and the roll paper core tube attachment is mounted on the existing core. When a new roll paper is loaded via the attachment, the locking means provided on the outer peripheral portion of the attachment is locked to the inner peripheral surface of the roll paper core tube, so that the roll paper core tube for packaging can be The support shaft is rotatably supported via the core and the attachment. Thus, by preparing the attachments for roll paper core tubes having different sizes, the dimensional difference between the outer diameter of the existing core and the inner diameter of the roll paper core tube can be adjusted. Therefore, for example, a continuous wrapping sheet that can be used in common can be provided in correspondence with the support section of the sheet feeding section of the medicine packaging machine, and it is possible to improve the economy.

In addition, with a plurality of locking members arranged radially on the outer periphery of the attachment main body , a reliable locking force can be obtained when the roll paper core tube is mounted, and rotation between the existing core and the roll paper core tube can be achieved. The axis can be aligned to facilitate paper feeding.

If as before Symbol second invention, it is possible to obtain a reliable locking force with a simple structure.

Next, specific embodiments of the roll paper core tube attachment according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1 is a longitudinal sectional view of an attachment for a roll paper core tube according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged sectional view (a) of the attachment. Partial side views (b) are shown respectively.

In this embodiment, a roll paper attachment shaft (support shaft) 2 is provided in a paper feed unit 1 for continuous wrapping paper (roll paper) in a medicine packaging machine, and roll paper 5 is wound around the attachment shaft 2. The core tube portion that is attached can be fitted and installed.

The roll paper core tube attachment 15 (hereinafter simply referred to as “attachment”) 15 of the present embodiment has different dimensions of the roll paper mounting shaft 2 in the paper feeding unit 1 in the medicine packaging machine depending on the manufacturer of the medicine packaging machine. However, paying attention to the fact that the dimensions of the roll paper 5 used (in this case, the width dimension) are substantially the same, so that they can be used in common regardless of the dimensions of the mounting shaft 2. It is a thing of composition to do. For this purpose, a core tube (existing core 6) specific to each medicine packaging machine is attached to the mounting shaft 2 as it is, and the outer periphery of the existing core 6 is used for the roll paper core tube of this embodiment. A roll paper (hereinafter referred to as “common roll paper”) 5 is attached through the attachment 15 so that it can be used.

The core tube (hereinafter referred to as “roll paper core tube”) 12 of the common roll paper 5 has a larger inner diameter than that of the existing core 6. An attachment 15 is attached in the roll paper core tube 12 so as to be detachable from the roll core core 12 so that the dimensional difference from the existing core 6 can be filled.

As shown in FIG. 2, the attachment 15 is divided into a plurality (four in this embodiment) of leaf springs 17 'for locking the roll core tube 12 outwardly on the outer periphery of the main body 15a. A plurality of (four in this embodiment) leaf springs 17 for locking the existing core 6 are equally arranged between the leaf springs 17 'on the inner peripheral portion of the main body 15a. As shown in FIG. 3, the leaf spring 17 is bent outwardly at both ends 17a (only one side is shown in the figure), and the outside through the watermark hole 18 provided in the main body 15a of the attachment 15. And is protruded in the axial direction of the roll paper core tube 12. The watermark hole 18 is formed into an elongated hole so that the end 17a of the leaf spring 17 to be inserted is movable in the axial direction.

An elastic friction piece 19 made of a rubber material is integrally attached to an intermediate portion of the plate spring 17 on the side in contact with the existing core 6, and the width direction of the plate spring 17 is attached to the elastic friction piece 19. The lip portions 19a and 19a are formed by extending a part thereof.

In this embodiment, an existing core 6 specific to the machine is mounted in advance on the roll paper mounting shaft 2 in the paper feeding unit 1 to be used, and the attachment 15 is attached to the outer periphery of the existing core 6. Fit and install. Thereafter, the common roll paper 5 is attached to the outer peripheral portion of the attachment 15.

When the attachment 15 is loaded on the outer periphery of the existing core 6, the leaf spring 17 attached to the attachment 15 inserted therein comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the existing core 6 to be mounted from the periphery, and the existing core is removed. 6 is pushed back outward to a size corresponding to the outer diameter of 6. Then, since each leaf | plate spring 17 is located in the outer peripheral side of the attachment 15 at both ends, and is freely movable, as it is pushed by the outer peripheral surface of the existing winding core 6, it is energizing force in the part of the bending part 17b. The portion of the leaf spring 17 that protrudes inside the attachment 15 is strongly pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the existing core 6 by the reaction force. In other words, the leaf spring 17 presses and stretches the existing core 6 from four directions. Due to this stretching, the dimensional difference with respect to the shaft diameter at the mounting portion is automatically adjusted. Both end portions 17a and 17a of the plate spring 17 are pressed by the inner peripheral surface 12a of the roll paper core tube 12, and the elasticity of the plate spring 17 is maintained.

When the common roll paper 5 is loaded on the outer peripheral portion of the attachment 15, the outward leaf spring 17 ′ attached to the attachment 15 comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the roll paper core tube 12, and the inner diameter of the roll paper core tube 12 is reached. It is pushed back inward so as to have a dimension corresponding to. Then, as each leaf spring 17 ′ is pushed by the inner peripheral surface of the roll paper core tube 12, it is deformed against the urging force and displaced in the radial direction, and the reaction force causes the attachment 15 of the leaf spring 17 ′. The portion protruding outward is strongly pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the roll paper core tube 12. In other words, the leaf spring 17 'presses and rolls the roll paper core tube 12 from four directions. Due to this stretching, the dimensional difference with respect to the shaft diameter at the mounting portion is automatically adjusted.

Thus, the common roll paper 5 loaded on the existing core 6 is held concentrically with respect to the mounting shaft 2. An elastic friction piece 19 is integrally attached to each inner leaf spring 17, and the elastic friction piece 19 extends partly in the width direction of the leaf spring 17 to form lip portions 19 a and 19 a. Therefore, when a tension force is generated as described above, the friction force on the contact surface is increased by extending along the peripheral surface of the existing core 6. On the other hand, the roll paper core tube 12 is rubbed on the contact surface with the attachment 15 by the leaf spring 17 ′ provided on the outer peripheral portion of the attachment 15 projecting along the inner peripheral surface of the roll paper core tube 12. Power is increased. As a result, when the mounting shaft 2 starts to rotate in the feed-out direction, the existing winding core 6 and the attachment 15 that are integrally attached to the mounting shaft 2 are integrated by engagement by the leaf spring 17 and the attachment. 15 and the roll paper core tube 12 are integrated by engagement by the leaf spring 17 ', and the common roll paper 5 is supported by the mounting shaft 2 and rotated as a whole, and smooth feeding can be performed. .

When the attachment 15 is attached to the existing core 6 and when the roll paper core tube 12 is attached to the attachment 15, the plurality of leaf springs 17, 17 ′ attached to the attachment 15 are wide. Since it is narrow, even if the tension force is large, the axial frictional force associated therewith is significantly smaller than the frictional force in the circumferential direction, so that the insertion / extraction operation can be performed without difficulty.

According to the roll paper core tube attachment 15 of the present embodiment, even if there is a large dimensional difference between the roll paper core tube 12 and the existing winding core 6, it is automatically adjusted by the attached leaf springs 17 and 17 '. Can be installed without difficulty. Therefore, it is possible to employ a common roll paper for the paper feeding unit in various drug packaging machines having dimensional differences.

In this embodiment, although not shown in the drawing, instead of the leaf spring 17, an elastic body made of resin having elasticity is incorporated into the attachment 15 at a plurality of locations so as to obtain a locking force at the time of mounting. be able to. Of course, various other means can be employed as means for locking the attachment 15 to the existing core 6.
