廃油または再生重油を減圧蒸留して、常圧換算沸点が250℃〜565℃の範囲である少なくとも1つの蒸発留分と蒸留残渣とに分離し、得られた蒸発留分を(1)硫酸処理、(2)中和処理、及び(3)精製処理に付して、再生油を得る、再生油の製造方法。
(1)硫酸処理に必要な硫酸量を1/5〜1/10程度に低減できる。
(2)(1)の結果として、廃棄物である硫酸ピッチ量も低減できる。
(3)中和処理に必要なアルカリ化合物と水溶液量を1/2〜1/10程度に低減できる。
(4)(3)の結果として、廃棄物である中和生成物量も低減できる。
(5)精製処理に必要な活性白土量を1/5〜1/15程度に低減できる。

撹拌時間:白土投入完了後の撹拌時間
遠心沈降処理量:白土処理量+白土4%−白土除去時のロス分
遠心沈降時間・回転数:遠心機にかけた時間と回転数

Claims (9)
- 廃油または再生重油を減圧蒸留して、常圧換算沸点が250℃〜565℃の範囲である少なくとも1つの蒸発留分と蒸留残渣とに分離し、得られた蒸発留分を(1)硫酸処理、(2)中和処理、及び(3)精製処理に付して、再生油を得る、再生油の製造方法。
- 減圧蒸留が、150〜1mmHgの範囲の減圧度で行われる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 蒸発留分は、2〜6つの留分からなる請求項1に記載の方法。
- (1)硫酸処理は、蒸発留分を硫酸と混合し、混合物を静置して沈殿物を形成し、形成した沈殿物を除去して油分を得る工程である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- (2)中和処理は、硫酸処理で得られた油分をアルカリ化合物で中和する工程である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- (3)精製処理は、中和処理で中和された油分に含まれる浮遊物を除去する工程である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 浮遊物の除去は、中和処理で中和された油分を活性白土と混合し、次いで活性白土から油分を分離することで行う、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 再生重油は、廃油を常圧または減圧で蒸留して、少なくとも廃油に含まれる水分を除去して得られたものである、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 減圧蒸留は、常圧換算沸点が156℃以下の物質が蒸発する条件で行う請求項8に記載の方法。
