Description
[発明の概要]
本発明は、代表的なフィルタリングされたEGM信号の大きさを追跡し、その大きさを所定期間にわたって監視できるようにする技法を対象とする。監視は、通常、少なくとも数日間に及ぶ。監視される信号は、未処理のEGM信号ではなく、検知増幅器に供給されるEGM信号と同じ周波数成分を有するフィルタリングされたEGM信号である。
Claims (7)
- 第1期間中に電極により検知された第1の一心周期の第1信号をバンドパス・フィルタリングすること、
バンドパス・フィルタリングされた前記第1信号のピークの大きさをサンプルホールドし、アナログ・デジタル変換することによって第1デジタルピーク値を生成すること、
第2期間中に前記電極により検知された第2の一心周期の第2信号をバンドパス・フィルタリングすること、
バンドパス・フィルタリングされた前記第2信号のピークの大きさをサンプルホールドし、アナログ・デジタル変換することによって、第2デジタルピーク値を生成すること、
前記第1デジタルピーク値および前記第2デジタルピーク値を報知すること、および
前記第1デジタルピーク値と前記第2デジタルピーク値を互いに比較して、前記心臓信号の減衰を識別すること、
を含む方法。 - 前記第1期間中に生成された第1の複数のデジタルピーク値から前記第1デジタルピーク値を選択すること、および
前記第2期間中に生成された第2の複数のデジタルピーク値から前記第2デジタルピーク値を選択すること、
をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1期間は、前記第2期間後の約24時間である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 警告を発することをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 検知しきい値を調整することをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ピーク値を比較して前記心臓信号の変化を識別することは、前記ピーク値を比較して前記心臓信号の減衰を識別することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電極により検知された第3の一心周期の第3信号をバンドパス・フィルタリングすること、
バンドパス・フィルタリングされた前記第3信号のピークの大きさをサンプルホールドし、アナログ・デジタル変換することによって、第3デジタルピーク値を生成すること、
前記電極により検知された第4の一心周期の第4信号をバンドパス・フィルタリングすること、
バンドパス・フィルタリングされた前記第4信号のピークの大きさをサンプルホールドし、アナログ・デジタル変換することによって、第4デジタルピーク値を生成すること、
前記電極により検知された第5の一心周期の第5信号をバンドパス・フィルタリングすること、
バンドパス・フィルタリングされた前記第5信号のピークの大きさをサンプルホールドし、アナログ・デジタル変換することによって、第5デジタルピーク値を生成すること、および
前記デジタルピーク値から中央デジタルピーク値を選択すること、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
