Claims (2)
- 0.3×10 8 (Ω・cm)以上の溶融比抵抗値を有するポリエステル系樹脂を押出機から溶融状態としてシート状に押し出す押出工程と、押出機から押し出された溶融シート状体を移動冷却体に密着させて冷却する冷却工程と、冷却後のシート状体を延伸する延伸工程とを備えたポリエステル系樹脂シートの製造方法において、複数の針状電極が溶融シート状体の搬送方向と直交する方向に一定間隔で配列され、上記針状電極の先端部に、0.01mm〜0.05mmの半径を有する球体が最先端部周面に内接する先窄まり部が形成され、かつ上記針状電極と溶融シート状体との間隙が0.5mm〜5mmの範囲内に設定されるとともに、各針状電極の設置間隔が上記針状電極と溶融シート状体との間隙の5倍未満に設定されたコロナ放電機から、上記冷却工程で溶融シート状体にストリーマコロナ放電を行うことにより、溶融シート状体を移動冷却体に密着させて冷却することを特徴とするポリエステル系樹脂シートの製造方法。
- 針状電極の先端部に設けられた先窄まり部の頂角を90°未満に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシートのポリエステル系樹脂シートの製造方法。
