Claims (4)
- 鋳型の周囲に配置した電磁コイルにパルス状の交流電流を供給しながら鋳造する電磁界鋳造装置において、前記電磁コイルと電気的に並列に接続されているダミーコイルと、共振型インバータの交流電流の出力を複数系統のパルス状の交流電流の出力にタイムシェアリングする手段として、インバータの出力側と電磁コイルの間に設けられたスイチィング素子と、このスイチィング素子の導通を制御する制御手段とで形成されるタイムシェアリング手段を備えて、これらのパルス状の交流電流の出力を前記電磁コイルと前記ダミーコイルへ供給することを特徴とする電磁界鋳造装置。
- 前記鋳型を上下振動すると共に、前記タイムシェアリング手段が前記共振型インバータの交流電流の出力を、前記上下振動に同期させてタイムシェアリングすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁界鋳造装置。
- 請求項1に記載の電磁界鋳造装置を用いて、鋳型の周囲に配置した電磁コイルに交流電流を供給しながら鋳造する際に、共振型インバータの交流電流の出力を複数系統のパルス状の交流電流の出力にタイムシェアリングして、前記電磁コイルへ供給すると共に前記複数系統の内の少なくとも一系統の出力をダミーコイルに流すことを特徴とする電磁界鋳造方法。
- 前記鋳型を上下振動すると共に、前記タイムシェアリング手段が前記共振型インバータの交流電流の出力を、前記上下振動に同期させてタイムシェアリングすることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電磁界鋳造方法。
