Description

The present invention relates to an anatomical training table with a local exhaust device, and more specifically, to an anatomical training table with a local exhaust device that has a uniform suction capability over the entire surface of the anatomical training table and is excellent in maintainability.

In order to prevent decay and pathogen propagation over a long period of time, specimens used for anatomical training, which is an essential subject for medical students, are subjected to antiseptic treatment with a high concentration of formalin. For this reason, the anatomist and the corpse treatment person are exposed to a high concentration of formaldehyde emanating from the autopsy specimen for a long time. Since formaldehyde is considered to be a causative agent of so-called sick house syndrome in addition to acute toxicity and carcinogenicity centering on irritation to mucous membranes, regulations on formaldehyde concentration in working and home environments are becoming stricter. . According to guidelines provided by the WHO, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, the formaldehyde concentration in the atmosphere is 100 ppb in a specific work environment.
Hereinafter, it needs to be 80 ppb or less in a general home environment.

Conventionally, in order to suppress the high concentration of formaldehyde gas in the anatomical training room, the windows are opened or air is sent out to the outside with a ventilation fan. However, with such a method, it is difficult to effectively reduce the local concentration of formaldehyde around the anatomical training table while reducing the effect of air conditioning and deteriorating the anatomical training environment. Various anatomical training tables having a local exhaust function have been proposed. For example, in Patent Document 1, a tray on which an autopsy sample can be placed is provided on a gantry equipped with an air purifying device, and air is sucked from a suction port provided around the tray to the air purifying device. A blower for guiding is provided, and a blower outlet of an exhaust duct connected to the blower exhaust side of the blower is disposed on one side upper side of the tray, and air blown from the blower outlet is disposed on the other side of the tray. There has been proposed a workbench equipped with an air purifying device characterized in that the configuration is directed to the side. Further, in Patent Document 2, the suction port of the suction box is exposed to the suction opening provided on the inner side of the four sides of the dissecting table, and the exhaust side of the suction box is connected to the suction side of the collective suction box via a duct. The exhaust side of the collective inhalation box is connected to an exhaust blower via a flexible duct, and has at least the height of the vertical dimension of the subject to be examined at the four rounds of the dissection table, and has elastic deformability. It is made of a flexible material that can be folded inward and restored to its original shape according to the movement of both hands of the surgeon. A formaldehyde gas local exhaust system for a dissecting table provided with a flexible board or a comb-like flexible board has been proposed.

特開2004−180961号公報JP 2004-180961 A 特開2006−75592号公報JP 2006-75592 A

However, since the work bench provided with the air purification device described in Patent Document 1 requires a blower device, the device becomes a large scale, and since the air purification device is installed below the gantry, Thus, there is a problem that the leg cannot be put under the gantry in a state where the dissector is seated and workability is lowered. In the formaldehyde gas local exhaust system of the dissecting table described in Patent Document 2, a duct or the like is disposed under the foot, so the same problem occurs.

In the anatomical training tables described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, the intake capacity from the intake port differs depending on the position on the anatomical training table, and generally the intake capacity tends to decrease as the distance from the exhaust blower increases. Therefore, there is a possibility that sufficient inspiratory ability may not be obtained around the head and abdomen where a large amount of formaldehyde is present on the dissection practice table connected to the exhaust blower on the foot side of the subject to be examined.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an anatomical training table with a local exhaust device that has a uniform intake capacity over the entire surface of the anatomical training table and is excellent in maintainability.

The present invention that meets the above-described object includes a casing having an upper opening , a tray that is detachably mounted on the casing , an intake port that is provided inwardly on the four sides of the tray , and the upper portion of the tray is the casing. An air intake box connected to an exhaust blower for general ventilation through a duct, the upper surface of which is in contact with the lower surface of the tray, and the lower portion of the tray protrudes downward from the housing. An airflow that allows a space surrounded by a lower surface of the tray, an inner wall surface of the housing, and a portion of the side wall of the air intake box to penetrate the housing to circulate air sucked from the air intake port in a state of being blocked from outside air. A portion of the side wall of the intake box that penetrates the housing is provided with a plurality of openings that communicate with the intake flow path, and each of the openings faces in a direction in which air flows. From the intake box side By providing local exhaust with dissecting training stage, characterized in that one or more of the current plate through the opening is provided so as to extend obliquely with respect to the side wall of the intake box to the air flow path The present invention solves the above problems.

By introducing the air sucked from the intake port to the exhaust blower through the intake box, the suction force can be uniformly distributed in all directions, the air flow rate can be increased, and the suction force can be increased. In addition, one or a plurality of rectifying plates penetrating the opening are provided in the opening for communicating the intake flow path and the intake box so as to extend obliquely from the intake box side toward the intake flow path side in the direction in which air flows. As a result, the flow velocity of the air passing through the opening can be further increased, so that a sufficient intake capacity can be secured even in the opening far from the exhaust blower. Therefore, it has a high intake capacity over the entire surface of the dissection training table. Moreover, since the tray is detachable, it can be easily removed and cleaned, and the maintenance is excellent.

In addition, since piping and ducts for communicating the intake port and the intake box can be omitted, the structure is simplified, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the reliability can be improved.

Furthermore, since the amount of protrusion of the intake box downward from the housing can be reduced, a large space under the housing can be secured, and workability is not impaired even when an analyst is seated.

According to the present invention, an anatomical training table with a local exhaust device having a uniform suction capability over the entire surface of the anatomical training table is provided. Since the anatomical training table with a local exhaust device does not require a complicated device, it can be manufactured at low cost and has high reliability. Moreover, since the space below the housing can be secured widely, the workability of the dissection person is also good.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the anatomical training table 10 with a local exhaust device, the casing 11 is inhaled so that the upper part penetrates the casing 11 and the lower part projects downward from the casing 11. A box 12 is attached, and is attached to an exhaust blower (not shown) for general ventilation via a duct 13 on one end side in the longitudinal direction (foot side of an autopsy subject). An air volume adjusting damper (not shown) may be attached in the middle of the duct 13 in order to adjust the intake capacity. A leg 14 is attached downward from the housing 11, and a caster 15 for facilitating movement is attached to the tip of the leg 14. A shelf 16 is installed below the legs 14, and an airtight container 17 for keeping the drainage from the tray 20 in a sealed state via a drainage hose 18. The casing 11 can be made of any material having the strength necessary to hold the weight of the tray 20 and the autopsy specimen and sufficient corrosion resistance against blood, body fluid, formaldehyde, and the like. Preferably, stainless steel or the like is used. For the legs 14, the frame portions of the casters 15, the shelf board 16, and the intake box 12, stainless steel or the like is preferably used from the viewpoint of corrosion resistance and the like.

2 is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 2 of the anatomical training table 10 with the local exhaust device, and FIG. 5 is a schematic explanatory diagram of the anatomical training table 10 with the local exhaust device in a state where the panel on the side surface of the housing 11 is removed. Show. A tray 20 that is detachably supported by a plurality of support columns 24 is placed on a box-shaped housing 11 having an open top. Also for the tray 20, stainless steel or the like is preferably used for the same reason as the case 11 or the like.
The autopsy sample may be used for anatomical training in a state of being placed directly on the tray 20, but is configured to be able to support a plate-like member such as a saw not shown on the tray 20. It may be placed. An intake port 21 is installed inwardly on the four sides of the tray 20 so as to be inclined downward from the outside of the housing 11 toward the tray 20 side. 2 are provided with a lattice, a wire mesh, a large number of holes and the like so that air can be sucked.
The space surrounded by the lower surface of the tray 20, the inner wall surface of the housing 11, and the portion of the side wall of the air intake box 12 that penetrates the housing 11 communicates with the air inlet 21, and the air sucked from the air inlet 21 is outside air. An intake passage 22 is formed to flow in a blocked state. A drain pipe 29 is attached to the drain port 28 provided on the head side of the tray 20 downward. A plug may be provided so that the drain port 28 can be closed when not in use.

Intake box 12, penetrates the top to the housing 11, and contact the upper surface and the lower surface of the tray 20, the lower portion is disposed so as to protrude from the housing 11 downward, the intake box 12 housing 11 A plurality of openings 23 are provided on the side wall of the penetrated portion. The air sucked from the intake port 21 flows through the intake passage 22 while being blocked from the outside air, and flows into the intake box 12 through the opening 23. For this reason, the joint between the housing 11 and the intake box 12 is kept airtight by welding or through contact with packing or the like. The position, size, and number of the openings 23 may be changed according to the intake capacity of the exhaust blower, the intake capacity required for the anatomical training table 10 with the local exhaust device, and the like. In FIG. 2, all the openings 23 have the same size, but the sizes and shapes may be different from each other. Moreover, in order to adjust the magnitude | size of the opening 23, you may provide a sliding door.

FIG. 4 is a schematic explanatory diagram of the anatomical training table 10 with the local exhaust device in a state where the tray 20 on the upper surface of the housing 11 is removed. Each of the openings 23 is provided with a rectifying plate 27 penetrating the opening 23 so as to extend obliquely with respect to the side wall of the intake box 12 from the intake box 12 side toward the intake flow path 22 side in the air inflow direction. ing. By installing such a rectifying plate 27, the direction of the airflow passing through the opening 23 (indicated by an arrow in FIG. 4) is controlled, and by increasing the speed, the intake air can be taken away from the exhaust blower. You can increase your ability. 3 shows a state in which one rectifying plate 27 is installed in each opening 23, a plurality of rectifying plates 27 may be installed in one opening 23. Further, the angle formed between the current plate 27 and the opening 23 may be adjustable, and the size and shape of the current plate 27 may be changed according to the position of the opening 23.

The casing 11 is provided with a drain pipe connection port 25 for allowing the drain hose 18 and a drain pipe 29 attached to the lower portion of the tray 20 to communicate with each other. When the tray 20 is placed on the housing 11, the leading end of the drainage pipe 29 is inserted into the drainage pipe connection port 25, whereby both communicate with each other.
A drain port 26 communicating with the drain hose 19 is provided on the lower surface of the intake box 12. When the anatomical training table 10 with a local exhaust device is used, the drain port 26 is blocked by a plug (not shown) in order to prevent the air containing formaldehyde from being discharged to the outside and the intake capacity from being reduced.

Nine anatomical training tables with a local exhaust device with a length of 1920 mm, a width of 780 mm, and a suction port width of 90 mm (punching metal with an opening ratio of 70%) surrounding the four circumferences of the tray were manufactured. Connected. Eight of them were measured for the exhaust speed at the points indicated by a to i in FIG. The results were as shown in Table 1 below.

Figure 0004351291
Figure 0004351291

In all anatomical training tables with local exhaust devices, almost the same exhaust velocity was observed regardless of the measurement position. In addition, a sufficiently large exhaust velocity was also observed at points a, e, and i corresponding to the head side of the body placed on the tray.
