本発明はトイレットペーパー、ペーパータオルなどの衛生薄葉紙のロール製品を複数個収納する包装袋特にその持手部に関するものである。

トイレットペーパー等の包装には、ポリエチレン等のフィルムを本体と持手部からなる包装袋に形成したものが用いられている。持手部には購入後、店頭から持ち帰るときの為に指掛け穴が備えられているが、特に多数のロールを収納したものでは、かなり重くなり、従来の指掛け穴(2穴)では指先が痛くなることがあった。また1つ穴の場合では、持ち運ぶ途中、持手部が千切れたりするなどの問題点があった。

持手部に指を掛けて実装包装袋を吊下げたときに指が痛くなりにくく持ち運び易い複数個のトイレットペーパー等のロール製品を収納する包装袋を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、複数個のトイレットペーパー等のロール製品を収容する本体部とこの本体部の上端側に持手部を備えた筒状フィルム包装体において、該持手部がチューブ状フィルムの左右両側にガセットを対称的に折り込んで平面状に折り畳み固定した扁平形状であり、この持手部に複数本の指が挿通できる指同時掛け用スリットを、上記左右ガセットの折り込み端縁を横切って設け、更にこのスリットを囲むシールラインを該持手部に施したことを特徴とする複数個のロール製品を収納する包装袋に係わる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明では、本体部と持手部を備えたトイレットペーパーやペーパータオルなどの衛生薄葉紙のフィルム包装体において、持手部の幅方向中央、持手部の高さの30%より下方に、指が3〜4本入れられるように40〜60mmの巾の指掛け用のスリットを両側のガセット(gusset)端に跨るように設け、スリットの周囲を縦横にシールする。このシール部よりやや大きいフィルム1枚あるいは複数枚で片面若しくは両面を補強する。さらに、縦シールの20〜40mm外側と横シールの5〜15mm外側に第2のシールを設ける。持手部上部を折り返してチューブ状としてもよい。
スリットは、直線でもよいが、弧状あるいは指形状に準じた波状にすることでより持ちやすくなる。
持ち手は、引張り試験の最大荷重が包装体全体重量の5倍以上で、この時の伸びが100mm以上とする。伸長量が大きく持ち手部の変形が生じて手になじみ、長い時間持ち運んでも指が痛くなりにくい。

図1は包装袋の平面図でチューブ状フィルムの左右両側を内側にガセット(gusset)として折り込みガセット折り込み端縁(1)(1)が中央で近接した位置で平面状に折り畳みその上端側には縦横適宜のシールライン(2)を施して表裏一体の扁平形状に固定して持手部(3)を構成する。
